Unfortunately, it's very difficult for emergency patients to get there (the first 6 people are treated in the morning, but you have to get in line at 6 a.m.... I was sent out in tears two days in a row because I was the 7th or 8th in line "Thanks to a slipped disc", I was in terrible pain and could barely walk or stand... Well, if you're lucky enough to get in, you'll be welcomed very nicely, the doctor will examine you thoroughly and explain everything to you. With an appointment the waiting times are very short.

The telephone availability is a joke. We've been trying to call countless times a day for several days - no chance. Busy all the time, and when it's not busy, there's an announcement saying that there are no telephone speaking hours at the moment. The telephone speaking times given do not match the times given during the announcement.

Unfortunately I always find myself in front of a closed door. According to the announcement on the practice telephone and the information on the internet, nothing is correct here. It's a gamble. When did you doctors get here? I don't understand how people can treat patients like that. I come to Neuwiedenthal and torture myself to Neugraben.

Unfortunately, treatment was only partially successful! 1) Pain in the buttocks after a fall and at the same time 2) back pain 1) Unfortunately, the hematoma on the buttocks was overlooked... this was then discovered by the (emergency) family doctor at the weekend. Now it's off to the surgeon 2) Lumbago detected. Treated successfully!

2 hour wait despite appointment I wonder why you make an appointment? Sure, I can accept a waiting time of 20-40 minutes if it's full, but 2 hours. For a practice that doesn't accept emergencies? When I asked after 1 hour, we didn't get an answer as to how long it would take

I can only recommend the MVZ in Neugraben. Friendly staff, doctors are very nice and explain everything to you. If you have an appointment, everything happens very quickly. Even without an appointment you will receive friendly service, but of course you have to bring your time, that's quite clear. This is also the case with other doctors. I always feel in good hands in this practice. Keep it up.

We (the whole family) have been patients at MVZ Neugraben for around 6-7 years. There were days when the practice was full. That's why very long waiting times and being reachable by telephone were almost impossible. But what I personally think is good is that the doctors and nurses were and still are helpful. Even in emergency situations where I thought it wouldn't work at all, it worked well with the help of the nurses and doctors. We are very grateful to the practice for its good and often quick willingness to help and cooperate. I also think that the situation (availability/waiting time/appointments) in practice has improved significantly recently. Keep it up!!! And thank you for everything!
