Completely incompetent! Didn't want to accept termination. There is no email address mentioned as an alternative for termination. Shut the shop down! There are too many chatterboxes while people are missing in the craft.

Mr. Stürtz saved my day today. I received a free replacement for my defective SIM card without any problems and was immediately available again. In addition, he proactively switched me to a different contract with more performance. This is how customer service works :)

The service on site is good but otherwise it's bottom drawer, every time I try to call I wait on hold for ages only to hear "unfortunately we can't answer your call personally" then don't use the phone... Thank you
