All was closed because Corona except one bakery with delicious pastry. We tried the waffles and they were amazing. Nevertheless, the harbour is quaint and nice for a small trip even in December. Check the tide times and make sure you have wind proof clothing. And just enjoy :-)

Clean clear sea but not much else here .. Still worth the visit for the peacefulness

Scenic harbour. We used it to get onto the ferry for Spiekeroog.

Lovely little town and harbor. Very colorful with lots to offer from multiple coffee shops and full restaurants and bars with quaint hotels. I'd love to come and explore more.

There is a quiet place with lots of lovely locations around and with delicious food and great atmosphere. I don't know why, but there everyone's really nice and smiling at you and giving you a wonderful feeling. 5* + 5* + 5* + [etc]

Really cute small harbour, full of colours, nice restaurant around the corner and stand with fish-sandwich to go

A very pretty harbour and very cosy. There is a lot of exotic sea food to try out in the restaurants.

Lovely little harbour town with lots of traditional trawler boats - good cafes and gift shops, and a spa too :)
