Okay so as far as store cleanliness goes it was very clean and the produce and everything tasted fine. My issues was the workers. First I got there and stood in the building for a few minutes no one was to be seen, I looked out the window and one of the workers was smoking and talking on the phone and just ignored the fact that customers were inside(guess her personal time is more important) then someone FINALLY came from the back and she was full of attitude and didn’t listen to half of what I said.

The young lady who fixed my sub today was awesome. Made exactly the way I asked. They should either give her a raise or make her the manager . She is the first in almost a year that can hear what you tell her you want then make the sub right.

Owner is very stingy with everything! Always out of one or two bread choices. Service is not good at all. In fact, one employee is cranky all the time. I'm done going there. There's a subway 4 miles away that's a whole lot better!

cheap with the toppings and they don't make the sandwiches right, do to a cheap owner, owner told employees to take a slice of cheese off my wrap saying it only got 1 triangle... which is not the case! Do own a franchise restaurant if your not going to make the sandwich the right way, your giving subway a bad name. So now I only go to she subway on 4th street by puffers.. they do it right and their toppings are always fresh.

me and my brother and cousins came in and it was one of the best restaurant experiences i’ve ever had. the workers where very polite, respectful, and on point. it was very fast and efficient and the food was delicious.

Nice friendly staff, always fresh bread and made to order sandwiches. The only negative is the location which sometimes suffers from all the traffic trying to get in and out of Chestnut commens.

Super yummy. I have tried several subs but have come to love the new beef brisket with smoked cheese. The customer service was also great. The girl Jordan who waited on us was very personable & easy to talk to. She had a smile on her face & was actually happy with her job. Nice to see young people enjoying life & not so miserable. I only gave 4 stars because the new owner took soup off the menu & my family & I really liked it in the fall/winter😭

Shrinkflation has hit Subway. You went from "Eat Fresh" to "Eat Less". All three Subs did not have nearly the amount of food in them as usual. Possibly because it's an online order and we're not there to watch the subs be made? And the Subs were salty. First time i ever bit into a subway and no meat fell out. Not even close to falling out. Subs didn't even pass the weight test i'm use to. Don't think we didn't notice and we won't be back.

The lady behind the counter was incredibly short tempered and borderline aggressive with me while making my sandwich. She didn’t want to give me more than 4 tomatoes on a footlong. She informed me that no subways in Elyria accept “Subway”coupons. When I told her the one on Cleveland Street has for me recently she was sarcastic and rude. I will never go back there again.

11/26/23: Stood for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Employees were stooped down behind the counter chitchatting. Female employee looked at me then stooped down again chatting to a coworker ignoring me. I left without placing an order—Mr. Hero got my business!

They should honor coupons. Not a very good subway.
