Stopped for lunch and ordered two chipotle chicken melts. Literally just chicken, cheese, and sauce on these things. They managed to screw up both of them by not wrapping the tortillas, so when I opened them, they spilled their contents and sauce all over the wrapper and my hands. I just threw it all away. Making tacos is tough work after all

My drinks were simply carbonated water. Missing an order of cinnamon twists and the tacos I ordered without sour cream were loaded up with them. Service was quick just Wrong.

I’m disappointed because I wanted to try this new location & my first time was tonight. They Forgot 3 items out of my order and I didn’t realize it until I just now got home… my kid is upset they forgot her soft taco. I am missing a beefy melt burrito and a dorito loco taco out of Gordita box. Hard and soft Shells were dry. Food quality was eh, but the girl at the window was nice though so that was good:) overall I’m definitely not impressed but I’m in the food industry myself and I understand new staff, & being short staffed.

Prices are going up but the food is still good, they are introducing some new items and the taco subscription is really cool.

This location was great when it first opened. They must have major lack of employees now. Been a couple times lately, missing items to all orders while I was there. And the app will not let you order there. !!?!!

This is a new location for Elyria, I ordered a drink and two tacos and they had me pull around and wait in a parking lot. Week before that I ordered a burrito and drink and once more made me pull around. I'm stop going there. Service is a joke that they can't even make food and deliver at window is lazy employees.

Crystal was our cashier. She was so nice and polite. This place is really clean and has a great atmosphere. The Employees are super nice.
