You advertise online that this location closes at 10 so I placed a carryout order on the website around 9:30 and recieved an email confirming the order. When I arrived at the store the door was locked and on the sign that displays the store hours it had a "9" sticker covering all the 10's that were previously there. If you have to change store hours that's fine but you need to make sure the closing times are clear both online and at the physical location. Hoping the charge isn't just accepted in the morning when the staff arrives. Please fix this. Wasn't fixed and they still charged me. Top notch service 👌👏👍

Foods good. You guys can edit your hours on Google by clicking on the hours and hitting "suggest an edit" and then uploading a picture of your store hours. Really easy

I love Romeo's pizza and have been a loyal customer for years. Since it has sold to a new owner, it's been hit or miss. Tonight I called at 8:50 p.m. and was told they weren't taking orders because they were cleaning up and closing and only had one driver. I said no problem, we would pick up. Nope, he said, they need 20 minutes for pickup. It's Wednesday and their hours say open until 10:00. Papa John's is open.

Just tried the Bold pickle pizza and cheesy bread and they were both DELICIOUS! Bold Pickins are our favorite pickles and Romeo's made a great combo with the toppings. Would highly recommend!

Ordered a Romeo deluxe. My first pizza as well from here. The service was good. Pizza didn't take long. The sauce is good, a sweet style. The toppings were relatively flavorful, except maybe the pepperoni and mushroom, a little bland. But the main disappointment that brings the score down was the crust. The stuff was like little Caesars quality. The pizza was ok overall. I ate it. But it would just make more sense to go to Little Caesars next time. Save some dough, to eat the same quality dough.

I eat here once a week. It's always hot and amazing. They always run great deals too so the pricing is pretty good imo. Vegetarian pizza for the all cool kids and it is easy to park and get in.

We ordered the Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni pizza for dinner, with a garlic bread and 2 liter ots. My husband took one bite and his face turned sour. I took a bite and relayed the same facial expression! Something wasn’t right, it tasted sour and one half was done the other half was burned, the sauce tasted like metal. I’m not sure if it was the cheese or the sauce that made everything terrible! I’m sorry guys but those are the TWO MOST IMPORTANT COMPONENTS OF PIZZA. What happened to Romeos?! Not only did I call and explain the issue but I asked for an original pepperoni pizza because we’ve never gone wrong with that, and they told us we HAD to get the same pizza?! I’m sure the pepperoni was cheaper? I was confused. I really hope this next pizza at least tastes decent. I’m kind of upset we have to wait another hour to eat :/ THANKS GUYS…….. Romeo"s Pizza at Chestnut Commons is by far the best. Sadly, I've tried other Romeo"s closer to my home, and they just aren't as good. Idk what Chestnut Commons is doing differently. Please don't change a thing. The pizza is always cooked to perfection. Toppings are equal throughout each slice. You can tell it's made by a crew that cares. Thank you Romeo"s for being my first choice in quality pizza.

Tried to use this coupon 2PT on a $160 order and it didn't work! This happens routinely. Don't advertise what you can't deliver! However everyone loved the pizzas!

This is normally my go to place but my last two orders have been wrong. First I ordered square cut due to a picky toddler and it wasn't cut correctly. This time I ordered traditional pizza with extra sauce and got a think crust with light sauce. Small things like getting orders correct matter. Do better Romeo's.

I order here often and most times it's great, I've ordered salad multiple times and one of the ingredients is croutons, well I picked up an order and when I got home I noticed there wasn't any. When I called I was told " we don't use croutons in our salads". So instead of just admitting they forgot them and take responsibility for this they lie and say we have never had croutons here. 🤣 I guess that's one way to go about things. I'd say just make sure you double check they haven't forgotten anything before you leave. But all in all they do a good job here.

Romeo's is (was) my all-time favorite go-to pizza delivery place! You have no idea how sad faced I am right now to learn they (after all this time) NO LONGER deliver to North Ridgeville. *heavy depression* UPDATE: Funny. The very next week my guy called and ordered pizza and it was delivered! I guess it's hit or miss or who you talk to or whose doing the delivering if you get delivery to North Ridgeville.

Interviewed there 10 days ago. I've called 5 times to follow up only to be told I'd be called back by the hiring manager or owner. They claim to be hiring all positions yet they refuse to return or take my call. I have years of GM experience, an open schedule, a new car and didn't ask for any perks, just a job with whatever hours they can spare. Shout out to them for just never returning people's calls though. Honestly couldn't guess why, perhaps bad management and a manager that is overwhelmed by needing to hire someone... Yikes. Romeo's is my go to pizza place and I always enjoy it. The sauce is amazing as commonly said and the pizza as a whole is just so much better than mainstream, brand name pizzerias and is never a let down.
