Friendly staff and a breathtaking view from the patio. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed at one of their rooms @ Lilly Rose, wow from the decor to the cleanliness, this was beautiful. Thank you

The service was basically non existent. And when we asked the waitress if she forgot about us, her response was just that the kitchen is slow.... we were hoping to order more drinks because we had to wait almost 2 hours for our breakfast. The "savory pancakes" turned out to be a single curry pancake with hardly any cheese. Don't bother going there, there definitely will be better places in the same street.

Seems to be taking a turn for the worse. Food was appaling. Brockwurst at R130 was a glorified Vienna sausage with one spoon of mash on the side and a few bits of salad. Pies were doughy and not cooked through and chips were ice cold. Menu is expensive and food disappointing. They can't seem to cope with Loadshedding and made finding a way to pay our bill, our problem. Been going there for years but no more. It's not worth it anymore.

Exceptional breakfast service, with delicious food. Sour dough bread, freshly baked was of high quality. Accommodation is comfortable. Good value for money.

Restaurant service is very poor. Many staff at Restaurant standing there on their phones. Not acknowledging us waiting. Didn't even clean the table with coffee cups of previous patrons still on the table. When asked for help with orders we were greeted by passionless and unfriendly staff. Such a pity and marked deterioration from my previous experience here.

Very disappointing actually. Food is avg but expensive. Service was ok, but most of the waiters spent thier time on their phones. Pity, as it is a good location for dullstroom

Very basic breakfast spot. Nothing to write home about, unfortunately. One always had high hopes for little spots like this that have serviced so many traveler’s and tourists. Service had little to no personal touch and professionalism and although greeted and welcomed by what seemed to be the manager- there did not seem like much management going on. We were given one small pot of rooibos tea when both my partner and I ordered some, so it barely gave us each more than a cup. Food arrived before the cutlery and the toast way after the food- both having ordered brown, we got white. I’m really not the fussy kind and choose to be the patient and understanding patron, but this was not the best experience. I hope that this traditional spot can return to its former glory rather than rely on the fact that patrons will arrive given the limited other options and it’s central location in Dullstroom.

The worst breakfast I have ever had. Hollandaise sauce was terrible, couldn't even take more than a bite. Besides that my friends had the 9-5 and that was worse, egg shells in the eggs, cooked so hard it could bounce. On all the dishes the presentation was terrible, plates looked old and warn.

Had a leisurely lunch. The chicken salad and the spinach and feta was truly superb. Loved the fruit shake as well

Our first breakfast during our long trip and the best or nearly the best one. Not cheap, but delicious, smart and nimble staff. It was really great!

Service was decidedly poor. The bockwurst was a frankfurter and the mash was lumpy. The price was also seroousky overboard fir what we got. This used to be my go to place in Dullstroom but will not return

Hi. Although I did not stay here , i did visit the shop , and found to my surprise the artisan breads and rolls ( crispy rolls would be nice) how ever i did like the look of the breads, plus i noticed some very tasty looking pies in there hot cupboard which i will definitely try both on my next visit to Dullstroom. I did buy a packet of there healt rucks which our very good, and well priced. One thing i found odd was they have these lovely products but not advertise out side i am sure that if they did they would sell a lot more.🤔 The one down side is that a friend of mine brought a sour dough bread and unfortunately it was not cooked though. 😣 See you guys next i am in Dullstroom 👍
