Terrible service, unfortunately I ordered the wrong perfume set online as a gift for the first time. I went to this store at the train station to return the box intact, just as I received it at home. A blonde lady with short hair who appears to be the manager of this place opened the kit in front of all the customers and accused me of already using the perfume when I hadn't even opened it. I find the service and behavior of this employee very sad because for some reason there are perfume testers. I felt humiliated and poorly judged, even though I knew the product on my part was intact. I will never go to this store again, I will never buy anything from Import Perfumery again and I will not recommend this perfumery to all my acquaintances. I have never experienced anything like this and for me it was the last time.
