The location and feeling one gets when they are at this prestigious hotel is one of a kind. The service is 10/10. The prices are 7/10. The rooftop is just amazing. Try it out.

Quite a nice hotel, conveniently located in town. Very courteous service. Enjoyed breakfast. Left my phone charger in the room and they kept it for me, picked it up a few weeks later on another visit to Embu town. Would recommend it to anyone seeking a nice hotel while around Embu town.

This is a luxurious hotel located in Embu town. Easily accessible. Was looking forward to a good stay after a long day and journey, Nokras was just that. I love a hot shower and comfort. They did not disappoint. So many packages were available for an easy stay; vanity pack, sewing kit and more. We were informed that various games were available unfortunately was too tired for that, felt bad for missing on that. Various restaurants were available within, for easy access to food. We had the deluxe rooms, no disappointment experienced. Service was so great from the gate. A staff escorted us to the room, explained every detail and even got us the extras we needed. The food was so damn good!! So many great choices, vegetarians covered. On the meat department i enjoyed every bit. Breakfast was full of great choices too, eggs were cooked on the spot and according to your preference.

Centrally located. If having breakfast as a non-resident, there's zero variety found it to be very odd. I mean, they had pancakes, sausages and samosas and you couldn't order one of each just go with either of the three. I ordered a chicken enchiladas and there was a whole foil paper inside which the chef couldn't explain, I found that very worrying and totally lost my appetite amd had to pay for it despite them offering a new set.

Nokras Silver Oak Hotel was a great and pleasant surprise to me after a very long and tiring day in my hometown, Embu. The staff from the gate, parking and servers are extremely welcoming especially to those who might feel a bit daunted by the elegance of the hotel coming from the farm all dusty. We were directed to The Balcony restaurant....there are 4 restaurants in this hotel. Beautiful views as far as the eye can see. Having been through an exhausting day, all I needed was a great meal and a refreshing smoothie. The server was very kind and I asked her to recommend the best meal and beverage for us, which she did to my delight. We had Hoisin Chicken with rice and Butter Fry chicken with greens and french fries. Vitamin Load smoothie and Healthy Juice Cocktail were so delicious and refreshing....the real deal...no fake stuff here. Time was not on our side as I needed to be in Nairobi the same evening. The Hotel is very understanding and within 30-40 minutes, we had our food on the table. Kudos. I was refreshed, well fed, energetic and ready for my journey. Well done Nokras Silver Oak Hotel, that was service with a Capital "S". Keep it up. Will definitely visit again.

The food was tasty and fresh with a nice selection on the menu. It was a birthday dinner so we requested a cake and the wait-staff brought the cake in singing and dancing. We all had a wonderful time.

Lovely place with spectacular views especially at the top floor restaurant. Loved the pork ribs and hoisin beef and chicken.

Affordable high class accommodation and restaurant service within the town centre. Highly recommended for those undertaking tourist visits and conference organizers.

Location is reliable as it's along the highway. I was there for a conference meeting and the place is serene. Just perfect and Cosy. I would give 5 stars but price is overrated.

It's a modern hotel, conviently located within Embu town and with ample secure parking ground. They've got several restaurants to choose from, my favorite rooftop, which has got some amazing views of Embu town. Their food is great, I had some goat soup 🍲 and samos that were so delicious, from their menu I could see other dishes and a variety of soft and alcoholic drinks 🍸 at affordable rates.

The hotel is mostly beautiful with various restaurants to eat from that also have good food. I had a couple of issues during my stay but the staff for the most part were helpful in sorting them out. I found the standard rooms relatively small and the location of the hotel means you're susceptible to noise from the road depending on which room you get. The deluxe rooms are more spacious and they have suites so if you manage to get those (they are only two suites I think) they looked worth it to me.

For the price its a 4. Reception was good friendly. The room is decent. However it was too hot at night and there are no phones to call reception. There is noise too since I was by the road. There is also a musky smell in the room. However the shower was clean and well equipped. The elevator was too hot as it it glass and facing the sun. I love how there are different entertainment options in the building. The views are good from the room.

Good service and location. New hotel. But room finishes poor. Rough edges where senior citizens can fall. No mosquito nets and no AC. Hot room environment.

Professional friendly staff, food was great. They even accommodated out of the menu dishes for my toddler (great chefπŸ‘¨β€πŸ³, he went above and behold). Rooms were clean and spacious. Hope they will have website ready soon.
