One of the best hospitals around Embu. They have great services apart from the queue section as one awaits to see the doctor. But everything else is excellent, I have received great services from Dr. Kaburu & Dr. Karimi and am impressed.

Your queue management is chaotic. Patients take long sited waiting for services. I have spent one and half hours on the queue and I had to leave without being attended to.

The doctors are okay, HOWEVER On queue management you spend more than20 minutes waiting.. The worst part is billing particularly NHIF comprehensive , on several occasions we have spent over 1hr waiting for bills to be 'posted' so that we can leave..mind you; with only billing remaining no other business for us in the hospital. I may get treated in the future by them, but will only give them 20min to bill my invoice, past that, they will call we arrange a convenient time for me to come back. Town staff seem unmotivated ever since another branch was opened. Would only recommend if you have enough patience to withstand the waiting.
