["I have mixed feelings about Karoo Fountain. It's a lovely place, friendly and helpful owner, BUT 2 nights I didn't have hot water to bath, had to boil kettles for the bath and thank goodness I bought a solar light before I stayed there as on my last night, no power - not loadshedding - no power or water till 9pm. Then loadshedding till 10pm. It was cold and dark and noisy from contractors braaiing and kuiering. In retrospect it wasn't too bad, but coming back tired and hungry and needing a hot relaxing bath made the experience not too good.",null,[0,238]]

It's a nice place beautiful. But the bedding I'm not happy

Room was very big and clean. Only complaint I have is that the little kitchen area didn't have a sink to wash dishes. Well worth the stop over.

The reception, facilities and service are beyond my expectations.

Worst experience of my life. I arrived there and called on number provided at gate, the calls were just being rejected. Tried buzzer at gate, same thing. I had to drive around at night, woman and child alone, in a foreign town after a long drive, to find another accomodation. I just want my deposit back, never again will I book this place!!!!

Love staying whenever going to Northern Cape. The gave upgraded their place and their prices for me are the best competitively. Thats what makes me return to them. I recommend them for the quality accommodation and friendliness provided and best price

what a super place great clean rooms . very well priced . safe parking.

Unfortunately my experience differs from other reviewers. The decor, size and position were fine and appropriate for its affordable cost. However I was disappointed that a full ash tray awaited us at the door to room1. There was excessive outside light at night with thin curtains making sleep problematic. The fridge was very noisy and no ice in the freezer. The room was unserviced with used towels and no soap. Fortunately there was toilet paper. I feel the price is appropriate but "luxury " is incorrect.
