Pretty view but horrible service, pool was a bit dirty, felt like there was a bunch of safety hazards around the slide area. Bathrooms were dirty and slippery. The pool is not deep enough for the slide area. So basically when you you slide down the slide, you will it the bottom of the pool. There was one life guard for the slides and people were sliding down one after another. I probably recommend this place to sit and hang out only. I don't think i would go there again.

Went at night. Very nice design and mountain view! Service is kinda a bit slow as the kitchen is far from the tables. Juices were very good but medium quantity (with respect to price).

We used the pool, slides, and restaurants, everything was very nice, safe for kids, and fun for us, and relatively good price. Needed some fine tunings on little details, but over all was a nice experience in a nice area with clean fresh air. The manager is very close to the customers and listens to comments. Recommended.

If you’re looking for a clean and quite escape in South Lebanon, this is the place to go. Spend a night at the Chalet, you won’t regret it. The swimming pool is clean, warm and fresh water. The service is great, but a bit slow and expensive, but that’s expected for a resort of its quality. Enjoy it

Very rude owner. Room full of cockroaches, bad maintenance and rooms aren't clean, and then the owner is mad saying it's all small things. All of this for 140$? This isn't worth 1$ never coming back

Very nice place, amazing swiming pool, water is so clean and warm, amazing sea view, very nice food, fatoush was amazing, mixed grill plate is expensive for what you get, shisha is nice, staff is nice and welcoming and very nice to talk to, service is very good, they have chalet available to rent which gives you access to swiming pool for free, wifi available also and parking. Nice escape from the city if you want to spend a nice calm afternoon or evening with your family.

It is a new resort located in the south of lebanon (almost near the border) they have 8 chalet (4 bungalows with 2 floors each). They habe a nice view and a swimming pool

1- Best resturant in the area (Naqoura). 2- 5-Stars chalets setup. 3- Prime location ( Sea Veiw + landscape).

The water in the pool is not clean at all! The colour is green and it's smelly !!! It's a nice location and the chalet is good. The room service is slow.

Bad service i orderd 2 sandwishes they took 40 min and water was served withoud cups the plates are served without spoons i dont advise to go there

It's great for the kids and the water is clean and slides are really nice and the sitting place is amazing
