Dr. Ouyang really listened to me and her practical advise stopped me from making the wrong decisions with my dental work plans. She is a perfectionist and does excellent work. In only two visits she did miracles on my front teeth. I'm so happy and highly recommend her.

Recently , I went to the Enfield office to get a dental cleaning and the hygienist was very efficient, very friendly , and did a really good job. Previously, Dr Gao had put in a couple crowns on my teeth that were molars that were in very bad condition. There was very little of one tooth left, the other not much better, after being filled over the years several times and I did not think the process would work. However, when Dr. Gao was done they looked like brand new teeth. My only regret is I didn’t get this done several years ago when it was suggested. Her staff is equally professional, considerate, and kind. I would also mention again that the cosmetic replacements here are simply top shelf. I would not even consider going to a different Dentist. Dr Gao is the best ! The Best 😀

I’ve been going to this same building for dentistry all my life, originally run by the late Dr. Salius. His motto was “be kind” and he ran things very professionally. I’m happy to report that the people who took over the office have managed to carry on those same values and professionalism. Have had only positive experiences here.

I just want to thank the Enfield Office for being so nice and accommodating. The front desk was very friendly, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gao. Very knowledgeable and she didn't hurt me! I would recommend them if you're on the fence.

Julie did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. No pain, informed me of all of what she was doing, very professional.

People in the office can be very nasty. I had a rushed dental filling that ended up being very painful, the injection was done way too fast and they started drilling into my tooth before I was numb.

Very clean, friendly dental office on New Britain Ave in Hartford. I had to take my baby with me until he was picked up and they were so sweet and understanding. The assistant took him and gave him a little tour. Definitely recommend!!

I've had a good experience with this place so far, and today I was particularly impressed by their customer service. A while back they called me because they had to reschedule one of my appointments to a week earlier which I confirmed with them was okay. Unfortunately when the appointment finally came around, I still had it in my head that it was not until next week, so I ended up missing the appointment. Typically you get charged for a no-show, but this place was kind enough to waive it for me just this one time. I'm not sure if they do this for everyone's first time missing an appointment or if it was just because their rescheduling is what threw me off, but either way it was very kind of them to do. They had every right to charge me, but chose not to anyways. I doubt there are many businesses out there that would do that, but this is one of the few!

Me & my son love coming here! Staff are very sweet and pleasant, very informative and great with professionalism. They’re also always on time, take their time but expect to be in and out with no issues! My son has been coming here since he was 2 or 3 and he’ll be 7 this year. Highly recommend this place for families🤗.

It has been a year since I’ve gone to get a cleaning - yesterday, 10/8/18. I was welcomed back with open arms...no hassle. My appointment was super quick and I arrived a few minutes late. My teeth feel SUPER clean also. Side Note: I need to get work done on a tooth and they provided me with estimates so I am not blinded by the bill on my next visit.

I never, ever write any reviews but after today's visit I just had to! I'm literally writing this as soon as I got home. I have not gone to the dentist regularly due to not having access to dental care growing up and massive dentist anxiety even after I got insurance. I was so anxious and nervous before today's visit, which was my first visit at the dentist in a couple of years. I saw Dr. Ouyang as a new patient and I had an amazing, wonderful experience. She is so knowledgeable, gentle, and kind and made me feel so comfortable and safe. I know many people get anxious at the dentist, especially when they have had limited or no dental care in the past like me (and just in general), I highly highly recommend seeing Dr. Ouyang. She is the best!

I had a dental cleaning with Chris and it was wonderful! She made me feel comfortable as we talked about life and shared lots of laughs. I also enjoyed my interactions with Dr. GAO and Gail at the front desk. I truly felt like part of the family during my visit!
