Today I went to one of the paediatrician of this hospital.a lady ...how can a Dr be so rude and mad at patients....she was so rude to me and to my 3.5 yrs old baby ...she should learn some basic manners to talk to pateints ....i will never recommend this doctor to anyone ...she made me cry and said that m not a good parent .i was quite because ..my upbringing is not such that i scream at people like this ...had a worst experience.....m not mentioning her name .she is the only pediatric Dr there ...how can she be so heartless and senseless while talking...#worst paediatrician ever...never ever visit her ....you will loose money and your time ...

I was admitted here for 3 days due to stomach pain. I have been to different hospitals including the leading ones in kerala but the kind of behaviour by the staffs including the nurses, doctors and even the security guards here are very much patient friendly. They treat you like they really care about you. This is a kind of attitude most top rated hospitals dont have but this hospital definitely has a soothing approach. To be honest, this hospital may not have the best infrastructure or doctors but they definitely have the sincerity and honesty that a patient would yearn for. And that attitude itself is enough for a patient to heal himself.

I had to visit this hospital to make an x-ray after a fall at the hotel. Compared with European clinics, the equipment is very scanty .The hospital looks a bit shabby. Obviously It has long been no repair. However, I was provided with qualified assistance. The doctor spoke good English. The price for services for Europeans is very reasonable.

A hospital with good infrastructure with worst service. It is one of the oldest hospital in the coastal area. Good facilities, parking area, ambulance etc. are available but staffs approach is very bad. Charges and bills are comparatively high among the same class hospitals in the area. Booking facility is very bad and treating as a good source for their money making. Doctors are highly qualified experienced professionals.

Pathetic Service...Never Recommending pediatrition dept of MI...Dr is shouting to the patients and I had a worst experience today from the pediatrition Dr.

I called this hospital today morning for my children docter booking. One lady took phone i told her... I need to book premsi babu docter... She ask me op number. I told her we are booking this docter first time.. We dont have op number. She said they need op number otherwise you cant book docter.... This is hospital staff response... This is first time happend in my life. My one year children was fever. But i dont happy with hospital... Then i went direct there booked. She not responding also phone call....... Really bad hospitality. Not care

They charge extra cash for 'Special Card' & there is no special treatment or caring from their side. One of the funniest thing is they gave everyone to this 'special card' and collect the cash without tax..

Administration very poor. There is no need to shout at the patient while calling for booking.

Services need to be improved. The night duty casualty section should be improved. The services of experienced doctors are not available at night.

So many mosquitos we don't know how many sick people are here the mosquitos is a big problem we asked a nurse about a doctor and the nurse is thinking thinking atlast she told and we gone there atlast waiting about a half and hour we just knew that the doctor searching is not this it's someone else. Pls upgrade the nurses knowledge

Very bad performance by staffs Today( 14/8/23) i went to hospital with my 6 years old child emergency. Children doctor was their but the staff told me u have to take appointment to see doctor. What a foolish they told. Do we know when kids have emergency to book doctor. They asked me to take to casualty. They didnt even considered that is a kid. In casualties their is student doctor not professional doctor. Very bad hospital management and staffs

I dont have opinion that this is a good hospital. As every hospitals, they want to make money, and not for charity. Recently I went to see one Doctor sjv in regard to diabetes. Diabetic patientsbhave to take medicine continuously and foe kong time. He wrote medicine which has high price. If I use this medicine for long time I will have to sell my house. I think he takes money from medicine manufacturers to help them sell their high price medicine.

Good services provided by hospital management. especially the hospital nursing staffs 👏🥰. Caring , friendly and soothing . The ambulance facility is also good.

Having less staffs takes more time to consultation, Pharmacy

Very bad service of staff nurses..

Easily accessible..good hospital with average facilities..can be made more patient friendly..well dedicated staff and experienced doctors available ...expect much more improvements in all aspects
