McDonald's

I usually like to stop by a MCDs when Im overseas because the food is much better than in the states but unfortunately the two times I have gone by this one the food has been cold. So disappointing. They do however have a unique menu. When chicken strips that actually have meat on the inside versus just breading. They still have better sauces and mcFlurrys than the US as well.

The McFlurry with Carmel was just what we needed for dessert..The Grinch is now happy...

Signature chicken is always on point. Plus the McCafe always has great desserts.

Entrance and drive thru are one ..drive thru gets back up, you cannot drive in the park either

das Essen war unterirdisch Pommes sehr kalt und auch der Burger war miserabel. Immerhin die Cola Light war top. Ironie aus. Ihr solltet euch deutlich steigern .

Essen war heiß, es ging sehr schnell und Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich. Komme gerne wieder.

Unfortunately for a take away order of 40€, they completely forgot to add the 5 sauce…

I can only compare this McDonald's to Ukrainian equivalents, but I thinks that's enough. Cashier managed to help me in English(what I always consider to be a huge bonus cuz of my lacking German skills). The cleanness 4/5. The food was still warm, but the French fries portion was not full and not hot enough. Why so greedy, lol? BigTasty still good and juicy though. Expected my first experience of German McDonald's to be above Ukrainian ones. Nope. Mediocre. Better then no McDonald's in the city at all though.

Fehlte schon öfter was bei der Bestellung als wir was geholt haben. Tische sind öfter mal nicht abgewischt. Das Personal ist leider auch nicht grad überwiegend freundlich. Eine hat meine Mann angepammt, dass er ihr das Geld nicht hinschmeissen soll. Was nicht der Fall war. Der Kunde ist hier leider nicht König. Parkplatz und Ein- Ausfahrt sehr eng

The French Fries are usually served dry and wrinkled when ordered from the drive through window. You have to lucky to receive hot and crispy fries. This location stopped serving breakfast about two years ago. This is strange because it's sister (same owner) location in Grafenwoehr does.

It’s a McDonalds, nothing to flashy but food was good and staff was quick. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Entry to parking/drive through lot is a bit strange. Read road signs carefully.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and pancakes at 10 Am. I could not use my card at the kiosk and had to pay at the register. They were very busy and I could not pay for my order. They got overwhelmed with the bar crowd. I was told I had to wait. I waited over 30 minutes to just pay. Then I was told that it was no longer Breakfast menu but I could still get just the pancakes. I ordered a 20 spicy chicken nugget Menü and only received 18. I want my two chicken nuggets

Burned pie, dry chicken nuggets, cheese not melted on burger and unfriendly customer service. No gloves used when food is prepared

Waren heute mit einer Person ( Spastikerin die nur schwer einen Becher halten kann) hier essen. Es war ein sehr großes Problem für die Dame an der Ausgabe uns einen Strohhalm zu geben. Erst nach diskutieren und sich schnippisch anreden lassen ( obwohl die Situation erklärt wurde) haben wir mit Augen verdrehen einen Strohhalm bekommen. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Es ist jedesmal eine Frechheit von den Mitarbeitern, das Sie die Bestellung nicht richtig machen. Wieder fehlt Essen und das nicht gerade wenig, ohne Kassenbon kommt man eh nicht weit und wenn man was sagt wird man dumm angemacht. Macht in Zukunft eure Arbeit richtig !!!!!!!

Really disappointed, when I opened my take away order at home the nuggets were over coated and over fried they tasted awful. Also the fries were soggy and cold.
