Great place for kids and the kid inside us all. The service is unbelievable fast and friendly. Which is surprising because of how busy they are. Great price for the amount of food you get and the quality. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and yummy. I wish they used that orange juice in the mimosas. Everything I’ve had so far was amazing. Try the pancake wrap, thank me later.

We had a great experience on a Sunday morning. Our server was super friendly and helpful. Made good suggestions and brought our kids an extra side of whipped cream. Place was super busy and we were ready to leave bc they don't accept reservations, but after getting our name on the list, they called us 5 mins later to be seated. Food is fresh and good portions. Loved the curly fries and avocado toast. Would love to try the shakes next time but we were so full. Parking lot is large but packed

Our 2nd visit to the restaurant. Giving atmosphere with a line in the parking lot as well as the entryway. Today we tried: pancakes with a side if sliced banana, eggs Benedict with home fries and coffee. Their pancakes are so fluffy and tasty.eggs Benedict was good. The restaurant creates very extravagant dishes and shakes- not for the weary.

Very disappointed with the food and service. They were featured in a popular television show so we had to check it out. Made a reservation but made us wait until whole party was together, our driver had to park the car. They sat us and ignored us for over 15 minutes. We used our phones to look at the menu. We finally got menus and they were disgusting. We placed our orders and waited, and waited and waited. It wasn't very crowded, but they looked understaffed. Service is very slow. They shamelessly had a loop of the episode that aired on TV featuring the restaurant. We looked at what was highly recommended and passed. We finally got our food and sadly was not impressed. I guess if you just want to say you went to a famous place then go, but definitely had better pancakes elsewhere. Skip the peanut butter and chocolate pancakes not edible too sweet and artificial tastings. Skip kids pancakes rip off. Chicken sausage was very dry and over cooked. Over priced but with the hype, they feel they get away with it, I wonder if they get a lot of repeat customers or just looking for new people to keep their business alive.

We started our extended family Christmas eve tradition visiting this place this year. We were a party of 8. Upon arrival the parking lot was a mad house ( as to be expected this time of year) The wait was longer then it needed to be because the first server never wrote our party of 8 down on the waiting list. Once we was seated, everything was great! The food was delicious! Alot of choices, which mean you gotta go back. The drinks was festive and strong. Which was a delightful surprise. We definitely will be back before 2022 Christmas Eve..

It’s not worth the hype! The parking SUCKS! We waiting 30 minutes just to park. The menus were filthy. I mean no one EVER cleaned them. The booth we sat at was visible dirty from the seat having food from the prior guest to the floor just nasty and the table was wet because they just used a soiled cloth to “clean it”. Because I was there with my 16 month old, I didn’t complain and just did what every great mother would and that’s to clean it. I cleaned the high chair, table, seat, and menus before we got comfortable. The bathroom I used was filthy (the floor toilet and sink) & the cabinet was falling apart. The wait staff is over worked. It’s clear as day so we didn’t complain when they took 20 minutes to take our order. The bus boy sweeps air (sweeping the same spots that aren’t dirty while customers are eating). He even spilled cold water on a customer and didn’t even apologize. The food was mediocre. IHOP is way better and cheaper. Theirs just “look nice” Don’t waste your time or money.

Great Place To Get pancakes and waffles especially if you like them dressed Up. The Waffles are great. Crispy on the Outside And soft and fluffy on the inside. Eggs Were a Tad over cooked but that was minor. The juices were freshly squeezed and the milkshakes are amazing. Pricing was not bad either. Would highly recommend for all day breakfast

I visited this place on March 13th with group of 12. I was little concern because this place doesn't take reservations. As soon as I arrived wait time was given to me 2hrs+ for table of 12. Luckily I got the table under half hour. Place is nice and open. You can seat in comfortably not like any other brunch places where have to squeeze in. Food was delicious and portion were big. My whole group enjoyed the food. Price is decent compare to the portion is being served. Variety of food selection. They do also have bar seating and drinks menu as well. I will highly recommend this for brunch. Heads up if you have larger group and visiting this place over the weekend, then please get there early. Because wait time is a lot for bigger table. Also, hard to find parking as well. Ask the person when you check-in if you can't find parking they will tell you where the alternative available parkings are. Try this place you won't regret it!!!

I had a great time eating here with my loved one. She had eggs Benedict which were amazing and I had the Pancake Burrito which was a 6/10 I would say. The place was packed but still got great service from our server. Parking can be challenging here. When I got there at 9:00 on a Sunday there’s was plenty of parking but when we left around 10:20 there were many cars scrambling to find a spot. When we left our spot, 2 cars started arguing for who was going to take my spot…

Extremely busy during brunch time, but it was so worth it. I sat at the bar and the server was great! You could tell she had a lot of tables but she was efficient and friendly. I got the Mediterranean Avocado toast, fresh orange juice and salmon dinner dish! Enjoyed all the food!

After hearing about this establishment for some time, I decided it was finally time to dine with my family at the Brownstone Pancake Factory. Upon arrival, the parking lot area located adjacent to the restaurant was crowded. It is free, but be prepared to wait at least a few minutes for an available spot and to be seated! My party and I were seated in the covered outdoor section of the restaurant, where my table had a clear view of the lobby area. This restaurant is family friendly! I noticed there were a lot of families with children dine here. Our waiter, Justin, was engaging and attentive to our order! We mentioned it was our first time here and he recommended his favorite dishes. I ordered the "Gourmet Mushroom and Spinach" omelet without feta cheese and garlic, accompanied with a side of breakfast potatoes. The omelet was scrumptious! I also ordered a belgian waffle and it was served with whipped butter and topped with powdered sugar. I would recommend this restaurant and return when in the area!

The food was AMAZING!Tservice was friendly fast an quick. I was concerned about all the people jammed in the vestibule waiting for table with Covid Omicron Variant running ramped. This made me very nervous. The should have a text system at peak time to eliminate so many people in a confined space. Especially since some of the were not wearing mask.

Visited Brownstone Pancake Factory during our stay in NJ we went on a busy Sunday morning at 10:30am and got seated quickly despite the crowd. The menu is impressively extensive with generous portions. We ordered a bacon, eggs, and cheese croissant, pancakes, and carnitas with fries - all delicious. However, the service could've been better.

Always a good time at Brownstone Pancake Factory! Their second is just as good as their first. We went here after our hike through the Palisades Park. The food is delicious! Friendly and fast service . generous portions and the price is right. We love their creative spin on breakfast classics. Definitely coming back.

Brunched here on Labor Day Saturday. We were seated immediately. The food portions are huge and value for money! They have good coffee. The service could’ve been better and they also every time someone celebrates their birthday they launch bubbles through a bubble machine and this can be a little annoying especially in an indoor space! Most bathrooms were non functional and had unclean floors.

The servings here are HUGE! This place single handedly put me into a coma from eating so much. They have a great menu with a lot to choose from and a lot of fun ways that the food is presented to you. Come with an open mind and an empty stomach!

This brunch spot exceeded my expectations! The menu is impressively extensive, offering a wide array of options, and the portions are satisfyingly generous. The brunch menu, in particular, caught my eye with its amazing variety. The drinks, including the milkshakes, live up to the hype. I decided to keep it simple with a caramel ice latte, but unfortunately, there was a hair stuck to the ice. However, the staff handled it gracefully, swiftly replacing it and even providing a latte to go as a gesture of goodwill. Despite a minor hiccup, my overall experience was fantastic. I made a two-hour drive to try this place, and I can confidently say it was well worth the journey. The diverse menu, cool drink options, and their commitment to customer satisfaction make this brunch spot a definite go-to.

Large portions sizes, nice staff, comfy seating. Really cool eatery for the whole family. Lots of "fun food" selections.

Fun time for brunch. Weekends are busy but fun. Great 90s music amd the staff is very sweet and attentive. The food is average BUT so cute! Worth the IG worthy pics and worth the money to see my Chile smile ear to ear when she saw her Unicorn Waffles. The food list is extensive, if you wanna have fun or if you Wanna be healthy they have options. They also have a fun list of boozy coffees and drinks which made my day! I had the beef brisket on cheddar pancakes topped with poached egg and hollandaise. 5 star on presentation, 3 for taste, but I will for sure come back! Very fun atmosphere and perfect to celebrate, as they have the cute sparklers for birthdays and special occasions.

Brunch burger and chicken panini were amazing. The burger was one of the best I've ever had. Just a little loud inside, maybe lower the music. Oh.. and a credit card fee? RIDICULOUS. I paid cash and saved $3. They make out well enough no need to SNEAK that on the bottom of the bill. CASH IT IS!!!

This place is a vibe. Kind of like a party to start your day. Def a great place to have brunch. Was super disappointed they ran out of the short rib special especially since I just placed my order and my heart was set on it. Still all in all service was great the music was on point and the food was delivered quickly. FYI the portions here are massive so if you’re on a diet bring a friend or two to help you out!

First time at this location, was nice, outside was neat (smelled terrible though - something with the turf they put down). Inside was nice, host and waitress was nice, lots of energy, food was okay. I ordered the churro French toast and it was pretty but was over loaded with brown sugar. The other order was the mini waffles with the sausage and egg. And I had the vanilla dream. Food was 6/10. Atmosphere was 7/10.

This place was even better than we expected, the hype is well earned! We had the sweet apple pie pancakes and the fried chicken & waffle, no complaints whatsoever on the food, our server Chris was very kind and friendly. Literally the only downside is that there’s limited parking even though the lot is a decent size, I see this as a good indicator for the business though. Also, for first timers, I would recommend getting there right when they open or a little afterwards to beat the rush and not have to wait for a table. Without a doubt I will be back soon.

Wow wow wow.. move over Texas.. everything is bigger at Brownstones. I was told about this place and it did not disappoint. You can easily share any dish or milkshake you order with 2 people. The food was delicious especially the waffles and pancakes. My brother said the penne was very flavorful. The presentation is also superb. Drinks were good too..

My first experience with this gem was a late breakfast for two, and my girlfriend is a regular here. Between us we ordered Nutella banana pancakes, a Belgian waffle, as well as an omelet and fries to bring home for the following day. Each item was a masterpiece, leaving nothing to be desired. The check rang in at around $50 including coffees excluding tip, with which I was generous due to excellent and attentive service. We will DEFINITELY continue to patronize this wonderful, cozy, warm-feeling establishment. Well done.

I've been to this location twice already, and I have to say my family and I love it. The food is excellent, the portions are very generous, the staff is friendly, and the place has an awesome vibe. If you're in the area or are willing to take a trip (We drive in from the Bronx), please visit this location and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
