Doctor was nice to my wife. Front office staff was very confrontational and inconsiderate / rude. It's time to tip the clerical ship over there. It's time to end your mask requirement. The CDC guidelines no longer recommend masking and the federal government executive branch has declared the pandemic to be over. All you are doing with this requirement is angering patients and their families.

I have been a patient at this practice for over a decade. My providers, Stacey Mitchell and Lori Gerard are phenomenal, and have provided compassionate care, as well as valuable education and insight into my diabetes management from young adulthood, throughout my pregnancy and now. Because of insurance coverage, I transferred care to a larger practice for a year or so, and missed the personalized care I was used to here. I was very happy when I was able to return to this clinic.

Very disappointed with this place and will be going to a different endocrinologist. The staff was giving me the run around when trying to make an appointment. I called to make one and was told I had to make an appointment from the patient portal. I then did that and was told I had to call to make an appointment. I emailed them back on the portal stating the differing instructions I was hearing. I also called during business hours but had to leave a message. I have yet to hear back from anyone and they are now ignoring me. Staff seems very rude and incompetent!

Emily is a breath of fresh air in the medical world! She takes time to develop relationships, and shows personal and sincere interest in her patients and their unique needs. Emily is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to her patients' ever changing medical situations. I know that I can count on Emily to listen and take appropriate actions to help me and my medical needs.

I just moved here from out of state and I truly didn't realize how bad I had it back home until I went here for my first appointment yesterday. Dr. Jeffers was very professional and helpful, she listened to me and you could tell she truly cares about her patients. With my previous endocrinologist, any concerns I had were dismissed as "normal" or "that's just how it's going to be" but Dr. Jeffers never made me feel like that. She talked me through my options and respected my decisions. I'm so grateful I transferred here because I genuinely feel like my health is in better hands.

Dr. Linda Buckley is great! She's been my doctor for years. I find her to be a really informed doctor and very thorough. I haven't had any issues with her office or her. Her expertise is impeccable. I would definitely recommend her because she has basically saved me from so many unnecessary procedures.

Dont waste your time with this practice unless you like doctors with poor bedside manner. I saw Dr. Deaver and the initial interaction was great. Unfortunately due to life and being unable to make or afford an in person appointment, it had been 6 months since I had last seen her. I made an appointment for February of this year. It started out unpleasant, and stayed the same way in my 10 minute meeting with her. She started off the conversation very abrasive stating it’s been a long time since she’s seen me. She barely looked up from her iPad to speak to me, and I was clearly frazzled and frustrated. I tried to let her know the hardships and because they don’t offer video appointments, that made it more difficult. She then proceeded to barely look at my numbers and assume I had not been taking my insulin. I did not even get to bring up my concerns about that to Ms. Deaver as she was speaking over me, and making accusations. I ended up getting flustered and left after a very brief appointment. She added some conditions to my chart that day that were not valid as we didn’t even have a full evaluation. After I left, I honestly sat in my car, cried, and called a few people to make sure I wasn’t just taking something personally. I was assured I wasn’t, and that was just a bad doctor. That same day, I emailed the office to let them know my experience and I was considering another doctor because she had some of the worst bedside manner. After I shared my experience hoping I could see another doctor, I declined a call from Ms. Deaver to go over what happened because I prefer everything in writing. I contacted them this month, and they stated I should look for another provider. Not to mention, the office is in an area that is always doing construction and you have to either find street parking, or the garage parking on the 3rd floor up, and you have to use a janky elevator, or the stairs. The other staff is great, but the doctors lack bedside manner and should be ashamed they are nice the first appointment, but as soon as you don’t come in on their terms, they turn on you.

I always appreciate the time taken by Emily Giffin, PA to review my medical needs. She is professional and cares about her patients. I would not hesitate to recommend Swedish Family Medicine to my friends and family.

Great staff and an office that is always running ON time being respectful of my time unlike so many that have a packed waiting room. Dr Deaver is caring and compassionate and ask the right questions.

Great doctors, very caring and generous with their time. Also very prompt at keeping their appointments - in other words unlike many doctors, She was very respectful of my time as well as her own.

I will start this out by stating that we have not even seen a doctor yet because of how strict this office is for no reason. Got a new patient appointment but after calling letting them know I was going to be roughly five minutes late they denied my appointment after I was already halfway through my 50 minute drive to this appointment. Had to reschedule and was going to brush it off until my second appointment. I called as they had severe construction going on, I was then given no clear instruction on how to get to the building yet again. Was told go east about two blocks then you'd be there. My appointment time was already happening it was three minutes past my appointment when I called and she stated unless I get there within time frame they have to refuse me again. Asked the time I had to be there before I was turned away then she refused to give a time while claiming we were yelling at her. Absolutely the worst receptionist I have dealt with in the medical field. So unfortunately I can't speak on how the other staff is because we couldn't make it that far due to the lack of efficiency in this office. Also very unfortunate that I had to pay $50 prior to my appointment which I have never heard of or experienced this at any other office in my life.

I truly love having Dr Deaver for my doctor on this journey that has been life-changing. I am thankful for virtual visits because of my work schedule and long distance to drive and I just appreciate her support and understanding.

I love this office, i arrived early and they were able to get me in earlier than my scheduled time which is appreciated. Jenna is just amazing, she genuinely listens, cares, and I did not feel rushed out the door. She offered her opinion which is appreciated. I trust her judgment. They have got me this far in stabilizing my thyroid issues.

The practice of care is certainly missing from healthcare for Linda Buckley. Her staff put the wrong code for my insurance company. The code was not only wrong, It was expired and obsolete. The practice blatantly and repeatedly refused to call the insurance company, even though they were waiting for the practice to call them to figure this out. They would say that there are 1000 codes and each individual case is different which is absolutely true, and certainly not my case nor the issue at hand. Their behavior was shocking and simply out of place. I asked my local internal medicine doctor at a different practice what codes they would use for such a procedure. I was given four different codes, and none of them included the one that Linda Buckley’s practice was adamantly giving and refusing to correct. A very strange experience. And apparently she doesn’t like it when you bring this to her attention and are helpless in the face of a medical practice who is putting the procedure request together. Their behavior comes across as incompetent and unprofessional. I’m not sure if it’s arrogance, ignorance, egoic state of mind or simply incompetence Or a combination of all. Linda Buckley does not handle or manage patient care effectively at all. Her practice from the outside looks put together until you actually experience specific issues pertaining to your health and care. She is incredibly incompetent and unprofessional.

I can't say enough nice things about the staff (was able to get an appointment in record time due to a cancellation) and of course I just love Dr. Gerard. Extremely professional and helpful. Took time to review my records and talk with me. Thank you!!!

Dr Buckley came highly recommended, and still exceeded my expectations. She was knowledge, patient, and very skilled doing my biopsy. I work with over 9000 physicians and would but her at the top of the ladder. I will be recommended her to anyone who needs an Endocrinologist, as well as other physicians who would need to recommend patient's to an Endocrinologist.

Dr. Buckley is thorough, kind and compassionate. I appreciate that she wants to be 100% before making a diagnosis that could lead to surgery. The staff is also friendly and professional. So grateful to have been referred to their office!

Dr. Deaver is such a wonderful Doctor. She has been very kind and sympathetic to my recovery. I have truly been struggling with the decreased energy, untreated Graves gave me so much energy and finding ways to motivate myself since treatment started has been difficult. She continues to keep me fully informed on my thyroid numbers and keeps me on path. Always offering advice on how get active and is always very kind and professional. Thank you Dr. Deaver for all your help through this process.

Dr. Buckley was recommended by a good friend. I am so happy with the service and care I received at my 1st check up. Loved the person who checked me in and all of the staff that were involved. Such a great comfortable atmosphere.

Dr Buckley is amazing! I have a complicated health history which she considers when making any decisions regarding my T1D. She is wonderful at looking at the "whole picture". Very Caring!

Dr. Deavers is an excellent doctor with a calm demeanor and affable bedside manner. I always feel comfortable talking with her about my health issues.

Dr. Deaver and her assistant were great! She was caring, professional and efficient. She was able to explain what she was seeing with the ultrasound in layman’s terms. Then got the material needed with the fine needle aspiration (fna) should be sufficient for diagnosis. While you know she is very busy, (I was originally scheduled for almost a month out, they had a cancellation so I got in early), you would never know it. It never felt nor did it seem like Dr Deaver was rushed or that I was not her focus at that time, which can be a refreshing change in this day and age where healthcare professionals work loads are larger and larger…

I am under the care of Dr. Jeffers I would recommend her to anyone seeking an endocrinologist. She is very kind and an attentive listener. She provided me with the most thorough and detailed plan for managing my diabetes to date. Thank you Dr. Jeffers!

They were very helpful. My old doctor didn’t do anything for me and I was getting sicker. I got a new doctor who knew something was wrong so she referred me to Denver Endocrinologist and Thyroid. They figured out that I am type 1 diabetic which saved my life.

We have always had a great experience with Dr Deaver and the entire office. The staff is very helpful and nice as well. We have referred this office to a few people already because of wonderful treatment we have received there.

Dr. Girard is so personable and friendly and great at explaining the results of my tests and the plan of care for the future. Plus, I am so favorably impressed that she called me with my lab results the same day they were available. I am so pleased to have found her for my care. Thank you.
