Dylan Reents is great. Skilled, patient, listens to me about my complicated anatomy, but I also listen to him because he's the brace/AFO maker and has the skills. It's my first time working with him after having the same brace guy for a decade, and we've been working together to get the brace just right. I've had to go back a couple times for minor adjustments but that's due to the, again, complex way my feet are, and nothing to do with him. He keeps going and going until he gets them just perfect, and I highly recommend him and Hanger.

Mike and Whitney took their time to explain how products were made and what to expect. They made my experience less distressing but very inclusive. I am very impressed by their knowledge and empathy. I definitely would recommend Hanger to my sphere.

These guys are amazing! I have been using them make prosthetic legs for me for over 20 years. The staff here is always welcoming, and they take care of your needs regardless of what issues you have. The current staff is the best they have had in my many years using them. Lu and her staff always go above and beyond to make sure that I have the latest equipment that I need to live an active lifestyle and take care of all the heavy lifting with my insurance company. They are always willing to accommodate my schedule when I need to be seen and will keep having me come back for minor “tweaks” until I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

my leg had a knee replaced and the femur become loose after years of use and some times while standing I would lock my knee and when I started to move it would wobble and I would fall and once I fell right through my grand father clock and broke the glass but the Brase helps keeping my knee from locking and now I dont fall thank you chuck Titus

I am an above the knee amputee, and have been for 33 years! My “leg guy” Brad is amazing, I am so thankful for how wonderful he is! Not only his knowledge but willingness to work with my schedule. I recently got a new leg and was able to walk around 11,000 steps a day on vacation. He knows I am an active person and helps me to maintain that lifestyle. I have a waterproof leg, and an ankle with motion plus a socket with a skull up the side - who could ask for more? I attend clinics that they put on to teach new skills. I am a hard fit and we work together until it is right! The office personnel are always kind as well.

My mom had to have a knee replacement surgery after a fall left her completely immobile. Hanger came to the hospital and delivered a brace that stopped her from moving her knee in any way that might re injure herself. My mom was extremely reluctant to have anyone touch her leg but Haley was extremely careful and explained everything she was doing to help ease my mom. She also explained numerous times how to take the brace on and off and normal instructions to help my mom feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend Hanger and especially Haley. The people who fitted me with my grace seemed to not really know what they were doing. Spent $206 after insurance on my brace. At next check up with ortho specialist right now. My doctor is now telling me the Hanger Clinic didnt follow their instructions and fitted me with a completely wrong brace that is not properly treating my injury and is not what the doctor told them to give me. Will update soon, waiting to see if the Hanger Clinic will give me the correct brace or reimburse me or what. Do not recommend.

I had a great experience at the Hanger Clinic at 499 E Hampden. I saw Michael Keys, who adjusted my arch supports and got me a lift that seems to have resolved a number of issues I was having. The whole experience took less that 40 minutes and was surprisingly affordable. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for Orthotics.
