I have had nerve problems for over a year now and have seen 9 doctors with no solution or diagnosis. I saw Jordan today who knew exactly what the problem was. I don’t understand half of what he was saying but I feel so good and have high hopes. Jordan loves what he does and genuinely cares about his patients, he gives everyone as much time as they need. Thank you so much Jordan.

Bob, Nora, and Mark (when he was working here) have been absolutely amazing! They helped me through all kinds of back and hip problems I was having from sports and gym injuries, and I was planning to continue to go here indefinitely as my insurance allows it and to make sure I don’t have repeat injuries as I work back up into heavier olympic lifts. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning after my visit today. Life has been very hectic this past month and I managed to not record an appointment in my calendar causing me to miss the appointment. The front office lady was very adamant about charging me a missed appointment fee despite the fact that I’ve been coming here for 10 months, sometimes several times a week, giving thousands to this clinic, and was planning to continue to come here for a very long time. There are many more reputable PT clinics in the area that are able to see the forest for the trees, it’s just disappointing to have to start therapy elsewhere with someone that doesn’t know my body or injury history. The fee is a great tactic to clear your books of trouble patients but probably best not used to frustrate your repeat customers. I would leave a 5 star review for the actual therapists though. **Updated to five after discussions with ownership **

Coming to HDPT was one of the best decisions of my life. I had multiple concussions and was really struggling to recover fully - specifically, very minor impacts or quick jerks of my head were giving me concussion symptoms and I found nothing that gave me relief. I saw neurologists who were not able to help, I sought alternative therapies that did not help, but HDPT and Dan were able to bring me back to 100% within just ~5 weeks. The deep knowledge and expertise Dan had regarding a topic (concussions, vestibular issues, etc.) that so few people were able to help me with was incredible. I would emphatically recommend HDPT to anybody going through a similar experience.

Can't begin to explain how frustrated I was after leaving work for an hour to come here to find that I had been booked at the other location. Secretary offered to reschedule me for a different day since there were zero doctors in office. And the one I was scheduled at didn't even bother calling when I missed my appointment. Thanks for nothing PTIS!

I suffered crippling headaches and other injuries as a result of an auto accident. After working with an exceptional therapist, Melanie Titzer, and the staff at Physical Therapy & Injury Specialists, my sense of wellbeing has been restored. I cannot say enough about the competence, caring and professionalism of this team! I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone dealing with similar issues.

Bob is so great, he's helped me with various issues, such as a concussion from soccer, a neck injury from child birth and a recent ankle injury. Every time he's been so great in finding quick and easy solutions that really take into account the whole body.

My therapist, Ryan, is very knowledgeable about post surgery and injury issues.. He is calm, very bright and has me work to my capacity. I really like the fact that he works with me the whole time and never uses an assistant to fill in. He is very professional. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I am an incomplete spinal cord injury with nerve pain the last 39 years. I first saw Bev just months after my injury when I hurt my shoulder back in '85. Whenever something wasn't right i have always gone to this group. I have been seeing Jordan as much as possible ( insurance limits) for the last 2 years. we had a breakthrough in the last 6 months where the treatments have reduced my nerve pain by 80%. This is life changing and allowing me to actually enjoy my retirement and the so called golden years. everyone is so caring and amazing. it's something you will never get at a corporate PT group. Thank you is not enough you folks have changed my life.

I have used several therapists at PTIS and they are all excellent. Bob and Nora know what they are doing and are very interested in solving your problems and teaching you exercises so you can get well as soon as possible. I highly recommend this organization.

I cannot recommend Josh Orton enough. He got me through Covid, with PT, alleviating as much pain as possible, keeping me as active as possible, until I could schedule surgery for my hip replacement. He then oversaw my rehab and healing, through manipulation and PT exercises, for a quick recovery. Josh is professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He listens and explains anything asked. I have the upmost appreciation for and trust in Josh.

I found out I have cervical spinal stenosis. Just before I came in to see Josh Orton I had to go to the ER then a neurologist & had a 10 level pain. After seeing Josh for awhile I went down to a 1 to 0 level pain. Thank You Josh !!

PTIS is fantastic! I've been seeing Bob for years-he keeps me chugging along in all my activities. I've referred many people to PTIS and they've all been well taken care of no matter which therapist they've seen. Grateful to have consistent great care for myself and a great resource for my clients.

I saw Josh Orton for about a month as I was having pain in my abductors. He was really great. He gave me flexibility stretches and strength exercises for home. While in office he helped dry needle and that really did wonders for it. He was really friendly and helpful and if I ever need PT again, I'll be going back to see him.

I am so thankful that I switched from another PT practice to PTIS about 3 years ago! I initially went for shoulder pain that wasn't improving after 3mo at a different PT practice. It was crazy because the first appointment I had included an adjustment of my upper rib and the shoulder pain immediately subsided. My chronic hip pain has greatly improved and only bothers me when I don't take the time to stretch. I have seen several therapists at this practice and seriously, you cannot go wrong! The soft tissue work is the best that I have ever had!

I have been going to PTIS for many years. This clinic gives excellent care! Bev has helped me tremendously with manual therapy and dry needling and has "miracle hands". She has great knowledge regarding treatment of spinal cord injured patients. The PT assistants are also very good and knowledgeable. The office staff are helpful and keep patients informed regarding insurance coverage.

Special thanks to Jordan Couchon for getting me through a painful and debilitating back problem. When I first became his patient I was on bedrest and had to use a walker for the limited amount of walking I was able to do. Jordan's willingness to work on the main issue as well as to correct older long term back, hip, and groin issues made it possible for me to put the walker aside and return to a much better quality of life. I shall always be grateful for his hard work and abundant answers to questions as well as his kindness along the way. When family and friends ask for a recommendation for a really great physical therapist I do not hesitate to give them his name because I know they will receive the best care possible.

I went to PTIS for SI joint inflammation issues for approx. 5 months. The therapists knew immediately the source of pain and exactly how to treat it, and knew what exercises and stretches would help, I saw Bev and Nora through most of that time and found them verey patient, ecouraging, and very knowledgeable. I linkened them to having "magic fingers." Going to them is a win-win. Karol E

I have had the pleasure of having Bev Parrott as my PT for the past four years. After being discharged from Craig hospital, following a Spinal Cord Injury, I was referred to Bev at PTIS. Bev has been amazing in her treatment with exercise, dry needling, physical manipulation and emotional support. I am confident that I have only been able to reach the level of recovery that I have with Bev’s help. I feel so blessed and grateful.

I have been seeing Josh for close to a year and he has been excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He has helped me through a foot surgery and has also helped with back pain. I would highly recommend Josh and this practice.
