Where
do
I
begin!
1.
They
are
disorganized
causing
them
to
have
incorrect
information.
It
would
help
if
they
were
apologetic
but
they
aren't.
-
I
kept
having
to
correct
them
about
having
only
1
fusion
in
my
back
not
2
with
multiple
PT!
And
more
than
once
they
said
let
me
check
the
notes.
Like
I
wasn't
right
about
my
own
body
2.
I
kept
getting
hopped
around
to
multiple
PT
and
when
I
finally
liked
one
and
asked
to
just
be
scheduled
with
them
they
said
he's
a
traveler
and
I
had
to
stick
with
my
original
person
who
evaluated
me
even
though
the
clinic
had
already
bounced
me
around
like
a
ping
pong
ball.
Then
after
that
they
bounced
me
around
again!
Due
to
this
I
got
different
exercises
every
time
by
all
the
different
people
and
then
asked
if
I've
been
doing
them.
I
really
liked
the
last
PT
I
was
with
and
was
going
to
ask
to
stick
with
him
but
I'm
not
going
back
now!
3.
Scheduling!
There
hasn't
been
anyone
there
at
the
desk
to
check
me
in
or
check
me
out
and
I
was
trying
to
get
appts
scheduled
so
I
called
and
they
said
the
scheduling
person
is
out
I
can
just
schedule
it
when
I
come
in
after
my
session.
so
I
go
in
and
there's
no
one
to
schedule
me
it
was
my
last
session
scheduled
in
a
two
week
block.
So
after
that
I
called
the
next
day
and
finally
got
someone
to
schedule
me
over
the
phone
and
they
said
they
were
booked
out
two
weeks.
All
because
of
the
shuffle
THEY
caused.
So
I
had
to
wait
two
weeks.
So
when
I
came
back
I
was
then
told
i
need
to
make
sure
and
come
to
PT
by
the
PT
person
who
obviously
didnt
know
about
the
scheduling
issues
and
then
she
said
she
had
to
reevaluate
me!
Which
looking
at
my
insurance
claims
billed
me
an
extra
$100!!!
That
day
there
wasn't
anyone
to
check
me
in
or
out
but
there
was
someone
sitting
more
in
the
back
of
the
check
in
area
and
they
acted
like
they
were
bothered
to
help
like
I
felt
uncomfortable
trying
to
schedule
with
this
person.
And
I
wonder
if
she
wasn't
a
scheduler
because
then
there
was
a
scheduling
issue
that
wasnt
my
fault
but
got
blamed
on
me.
They
booked
me
for
a
wed
and
thur
appt.
by
mistake.
I
remember
when
talking
to
the
scheduler
she
was
adding
me
to
M/W
340pm
and
I
said
I
actually
couldnt
do
that
wed
could
you
put
it
on
thursday.
But
the
lady
didnt
cancel
out
the
other
one
and
kept
me
on
both
causing
me
to
have
a
missed
appt.
I
did
get
reminders
for
both
but
I
assumed
the
wed
one
was
just
sending
a
reminder
out
of
error.
She
also
put
me
on
Thursday
for
a
weird
time
that
i
don't
usually
do.
My
appts
are
340
every
time
and
she
put
me
at
3.
So
I
showed
up
at
340
and
the
manager
was
very
nasty
about
my
cancellation
rate
and
said
they
didnt
even
have
me
down
for
an
appt
and
i
said
then
why
did
i
get
an
appt
confirmation
text?
Then
she
found
it
and
was
even
more
rude
and
said
well
this
one
today
was
the
mistake
and
then
yesterday
was
the
actual
appt.
I
said
no
ma'am
Thursday
was
the
appt
and
she
said
well
then
why
didn't
you
come
at
3?
Like
she
was
unbelievable
rude
and
I'd
been
through
so
much
with
this
place
that
I'm
done.
