To be very honest, this has been the worst restaurant experience hands down. WORST MEXICAN FOOD I’VE EVER TASTED (coming from someone who was raised with Authentic Mexican food and Mexican Household). On top of that HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in on my lunch break hoping for at least decent enchiladas. I was yelled at for asking my enchiladas a certain way (authentic way) and humiliated for asking if they had or sold a certain kind of salsa. I thought to myself alright maybe she’s not having the best day and chose to take it out on me. That’s fine, I let it slide and decided to still pay for my plate. When I saw my “plate” I was still willing to give it a chance even though it looked like a puddle of juices mixed with beans and onions. “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. Helll nahh, throw the whole book away. It was a plate of canned beans and basically biting into a soggy tortilla full of onion. Not only did I feel humiliated by their cashier but disappointed in myself for wasting $14 on a plate that tasted like *****. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. LITERALLY

First time here. Asked a local, he said get the spicy breakfast burrito, it’s actually hot. Ordered it, only $2.89 and a minute later it was ready. Not huge, but man it was great! Green chili had the kick I love. Can’t wait to come again.

Santiago's is dressed for Fall! Authentic food, well prepared and presented. Popular for lunch, even on a Wednesday. Super friendly staff and an upbeat, colorful vibe

I would give them a ZERO if I could. After calling multiple times to place a catering order being put on hold, asked to call back and hung up on After talking to management through email and then being yelled at by the same person answering the phone because she got in trouble for not doing her job THEN showing up day of pick up to find out my order was never placed, the cooks had no idea that I needed 100 breakfast burritos and even suggested that I ordered from a different location. Just as I was about to leave someone (probably the same lady that yelled at me on the phone)pulls my ticket out from a book that she had in a cupboard above the register She entered everything in and then put it on the cook line so I had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes. Meanwhile other people that had catering orders are coming in picking up their boxes and leaving. I’ve never had their food before and I only ordered it because my event suggested them but I will never spend another cent at this restaurant. The customer service is awful and in what world is it appropriate for staff to yell at a customer ? Never again

Placed a phone order 2 months ago. Went and picked it up, they had my order packaged in a bag. Paid for it and left. Got home and realized they left my order of chips and salsa out. I called the restaurant and told them what happened. The lady on the phone took my name and stated that next time I came in they would take care of it. Fast forward to yesterday, I was nearby so I stopped in to pick up the chips and salsa and was told by a gentleman that they would only honor it if picked up within 2 weeks. Advised him that was not what I was told. His response was “ sorry can’t help you”. Terrible customer service. Someone pays you for a product, honor it. Simple. Not to this location. I have supported them for years. This is the payback? Do better.

What a rip off . Price very expensive. Really small portions. Got a Burrito Bowl and it was mainly all green chili no steak . Did not get what I wanted. Did not find out until I left. I asked for chicharon they gave me a tiny cup of carnitas. I also Now understand what the conversation between the two ladies was and that was to intentionally screw up my order. Ladies behind cash register definitely don't want your business. They will even argue with you. Definitely racist. Portions are so small that I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get more food. The owner of this location should definitely do something about this.

I have been a long time customer. Mostly breakfast burrito or bowl. I was surprised at how busy they were today and number of people inside. Some who ordered online were complaining that it was taking longer to get food than standing in line. The staff were efficient but not friendly and with some a little short. Still love the burrito and bowls. I find the bowls a little pricey. Parking was a challenge only because they were so busy. Normally parking is just fine. I would love to be able to customize bowl and take out potatoes (low carb option) in the future but for now will keep ordering and getting my fix.

When I worked from home I would walk here at least once a week. It is very popular in the mornings often with 20 or more people in their little shop. Some how though, they always mange to get my breakfast buritto out in 10 min or less. The best day to go is Thursdays, since that is when they put chorizo in their burritos. Also their Chile is to die for.

No tables, this location is take out only. The food is always on point though and they are quick and friendly. I too wish they would make a vegetarian green chili. So my girls would eat there also....

This is usually my go to place but today lacked in the food area. I ordered a side of fries which was literally nothing and ordered a delux smothered burrito and was missing tomato, lettuce, and extra cheese we asked for.

Food is great, execution not so much. I asked for 2 burritos per order. 4 takeout orders = 8 burritos. I confirmed, then get home a had 1 per order. Sad

Wait times for takeout orders on breakfast burritos are insane…. Not really fast food. It seems that the burritos get smaller every time. Tamale kitchen breakfast burritos are bigger and better. Taste and price.

I thought the food would be better after reading some reviews, but those people need to get our more and try really good street tacos. Was it an off day? Not sure what everyone liked about this place. The saving grace was the salsa, now that was excellent. A lot of different salsa to choose from.

If you want to violently throw up for 2 days, order chili rellenos. It was the most disgusting meal ever!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I will NEVER eat at that filthy place again!!!!!!

Horrible customer service!! Tried to order breakfast burritos for a work event. Since I work for a municipality it had to be a tax exempt purchase. I told the person at the register this, they did not ring it up as such. When I pointed out the mistake they made a big deal about having to void the last purchase and create a new one. They did not allow me to purchase burritos because of this. Took my business down the street to Jalapenos where they had no issues running it tax exempt.

The food was awesome! They could have been a little more helpful when I was ordering. They could tell it was my first time there, but I guess I did well on my own.

This restaurant used to be much better. I would order a pint of green chili and they would supply two flour tortillas. They recently raised their price from $5.37 to $6.40 including tax and today they said you don't get the tortillas anymore. Also, their burritos, tacos, enchiladas, etc are pretty pedestrian. I see a lot of people giving their food 5 stars. I guess they don't know what authentic Mexican food should taste like. Even Del Taco is better, lol. It's sad when a restaurant puts profit above service. Really, how much can two flour tortillas cost them. I won't be going back.

I get breakfast burritos here almost every day, because it is near my job. I prefer the green chili over the milder red sauce. It’s a solid place and the franchise is a staple of the metro Denver community. The Indian tacos are really good with ground beef also.

The only complaint is that they don't all have a place to sit. But otherwise, some of the best Mexican food in the state! Their smothered, half n half, deluxe, carnitas and beans burrito is a staple for me! Wife loves half n half chile relleno burrito. Ooooooh and their breakfast burritos on Saturday!! Chorizo is my favorite!

I got a lot of burritos fast. The order taker was able to watch Fox News, take my order, and give me change without ever making eye contact with me. If you don’t like to talk to people in the morning and you FOX News you’re gonna love this place!
