Made an appointment for winter tire change. Arrived 15 minutes early. It's now more than an hour since the appointment time and the car is not yet in the bay. They logged me in as arriving an hour later than I did. I presume to make it look better on their system. They estimate completion about 2 hours later than scheduled. I've had very good experiences at other stores. I'd avoid this location if you can

I recently had an appointment at this service center for a tire rotation, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite my scheduled appointment at 4 pm, I found myself waiting for an unreasonably long period of time. It has been more than two hours since my appointment, and there has been no sign of progress. The excessive waiting time for a simple tire rotation is certainly not what I expected. As a customer who opted for the discount tier, I had hoped for a smooth and efficient service. However, the delay has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It is essential for service providers to honor scheduled appointments and manage their resources effectively. Long delays and pretending to provide services is unacceptable. Finally, someone took my car into the garage at 5:49 and claimed it was ready for pick up by 5:52!! However, when I got home, I realized they didn't do anything! Overall, my experience with the long wait and pretending to provide services, possibly due to the store closing at 6 pm, was incredibly frustrating and troublesome. The lengthy and unexpected wait for the tire rotation appointment has left a negative impression.

Axel the rep helping me out on a tier blow out was amazing he went above and beyond to get things taken care of and nice store clean and wifi

Every employee here was so kind and assuring. I was in a tough situation after purchasing the wrong size tires online. This location had the size I needed. Even though they had 10 people in line ahead of me they assured me they would get me taken care of even if they were closed. Different members of the staff would come in every so often to assure me they were working as quickly as they can and to make sure I was okay. That was above and beyond service to me. They made sure to keep me updated and express their gratitude for my patience even though I was the grateful one for their hard work and assurance. Thank you for the great customer service even during the busiest time of your day! I appreciate you all and your store!

I'll first say that the service team is very polite and attentive. Axel and Adam were great. However... They have you scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning, then have no idea how their day is because they take walk-ins before you, and they tell you service will be quick. Noon turned to 7pm. I would recommend a better system for appointments and prioritizing people who have made the effort to get things done in time.

One of my tire’s air started to leak when I got to work at 5:30AM. I panicked and drove straight to discount tire when I noticed it and decided to wait in the lot until they opened. Luckily, Axel happened to be there early in the morning and he helped me out! For that reason, they just gained a loyal customer and I will be coming to this location even though there’s one closer to home. Excellent service and I appreciate the generosity and professionalism!!

Carl was incredibly helpful, finding me tires that I needed. He was able to get me in an out on a very busy day, very quickly. I highly recommend this location and my experience was fantastic. Carl was very friendly and a great communicator. He made the experience so easy. Thank you!

This store and staff were great. I was able to walk in without an appointment, I was greeted instantly and helped right away. I had a leak in my tire, they told me it was a free service to look at it and fix the leak. They quoted me about an hour, which was no problem as I work 2 blocks away and was able to walk back to work. I got a call from the service provider about 45 minutes later, and apologized that it was going to take just a little longer. Again, no problem as I was so close. I really appreciated the up front call letting me know it was going to be longer than the hour originally quoted and constant updates of their progress. When I went to pick up my car, again I was greeted promptly and was handed my keys. The service rep Axel was great. He took care of my car and provided 100% great customer service. I highly recommend this store and all their staff.

Cody, the store manager, has the best customer service skills I've experienced in quite a while. I was extremely impressed with the level of speed and workmanship at this location. I recommend this Discount Tire store. 🛻💨

Too slow, not enough workers, sell you tires when in distress, will not call back and let you know car is done, will not call back on tires that you ordered. Will always say that they have called you. I own business and live on returning calls, and receiving all my calls, but for some reason i always miss their calls, really? They do offer free air.

For tires this is the place to go. Found the best price on the tires I wanted here, they stick to their appointment times and get you in and out as quickly as possible, even when it's super busy. Plus their financing is great as long as you pay off the balance in the allotted time frame

Fantastic team! I got 4 tires replaced here, and it went smoothly as could be. Everybody was super friendly, professional, and communicative. Axel in particular was great; he proactively let me know of a few other issues with my wheels which I really appreciate, as I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

It's by far with Jake in there, it's the best Discount tire location in the country, and I have been going to discount tire for over 24 years now in many states, and one of the best friendly crew u can interact with. When you go there, consider urself a family member. I am super happy, and it totally worth my drive over half an hour to be seen there, and by far, The location on Wadsworth and i70, is the worst in the country. They all should be replaced

I got up first thing this morning made a few calls to Discount Tire locations, as soon as I would mention used tires I would get this lack of Interest from locations. I called this location I got Jeremy and he never lost his enthusiasm he was very professional I asked for two used tires he put me on hold came back shortly quoted me a price because he had them was a little more than what I wanted to spend he work with me because they were used tires and respected that I had a budget I could tell my safety was more important than selling tires .I told him I would be down in 30- 40 minutes. I got there Jeremy actually greeted me with a smile and a handshake, checked out my tires and notice I could use a set of four he checked he had a set of four I spent double the money I was going to spend, blew my budget out of the water and I did that because of the great customer service and he explained why I should get the set of four and I felt 100% comfortable and confident and what he was saying . Thank you very much Jeremy for your great customer service! I highly recommend this location I noticed a lot of great teamwork and communication amongst the team . I’ve used this Discount location for a number of years and it’s been great, but had the absolute most amazing customer service this week. I ordered tires online. They called the next day to schedule my install but let me know they thought they might actually get them in that day and if I wanted to come in earlier they would let me know as soon as the tires got there. Short version - got tires installed later that day. They did a great job, but when I got home, I just didn’t like how they looked on my truck. Went back the next day, Erik (same guy as day 1) spent longer than most people probably have patience for helping me pick out new tires based on my needs. They actually had them in stock, so he was able to get the switch scheduled. The whole time I was waiting I watched him give impeccable customer service to 2 different very elderly gentleman as well as several others. I’ll likely be asking for him going forward because he was so genuinely helpful. Thank you discount tire!

Joel at the Discount Tire in Englewood was unbelievably helpful to me. I got a nail in my tire and was calling all around trying to find a place to repair it. I couldn’t wait long because I had a 7 week old baby with me. He proactively called me back when they had a cancellation so that I could come in and only had to wait an hour. What a life saver! I bought a full sized spare there about a year ago. I needed the spare yesterday. It turns out they sold me a rim with a different lug pattern and wrong size tire. The spare is clearly unusable. Do not recommend going to discount tire.

Couldn’t be bothered to assist me even though I’ve used them for 20+ years. No acknowledgement when walking in and no one wanted to take my money. When I called to tell them I was disappointed, the guy said “oh well.”

Showed up without an appointment as my tire just caught a nail and turns out, they could not fix it. They REPLACED it with a new tire and had me on my way in just 40 minutes. It pays to get the road hazard package when you buy the tires! Thanks Discount tire!

I went in to have a nail in my tire fixed and not only do they provide this service for free, they guarantee the plug and patch for the life of the tire. Very professional employees and fast service. I will absolutely be returning

Literally I live right behind this shop. Went in to ask if the can take off my temp tire and put another till tire on real quick. He said yes and wasted my time by going through the whole process to check me in. Then to tell me it'll be an hour before they can swap a single tire. Good way to treat your neighbors. Could have just said "no sorry we can not swap your tire real quick" from the start.

This is by far the best discount tire location I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for years through multiple cars now. They always take care of your issue quickly. I’ve bought two sets of tires and had countless screws / nails patched and I know I can ALWAYS rely on the team here. I’ll never buy tires anywhere else. Thanks Discount Tire!
