Bed bugs and no running water! Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever head at a motel and I was only there for one hour. Within that one hour I could feel bugs crawling on me from the cigarette burned bed. I tried brushing my teeth but the sink did not have running water. The smell of smoke was so thick in my room, that the stale odor seeped into my suitcase and ruined my clean clothes that I was to wear the next day. After one hour in the room, I went down to their desk and told them I need a refund because there were bed bugs and no running water. The white trash woman that runs the hotel who was earlier bragging about running over her ex-husband with her car immediately escalated the situation by pointing and yelling, “Look here, here, here, you see that, NO refunds.” I couldn’t believe someone would refuse a refund when they the room has bed bugs and no running water. I told her that I was just going to protest the charge on my credit card then and post a review to every site out there to warn future customers. Immediately afterwards, I drove to the Hampton Inn and the first thing I did was quarantine my clothing in a garbage bag and went downstairs to the hot tub to sterilize myself. The next morning, I drove to Target and purchased all new smoke and bed bug free clothing. This is a truly horrible business. Do not stay at this hell hole. Sleeping in your car or on the side of a street, both are better options.

Absolutely horrid!!! Was not able to take a real shower the entire time I was there because the hot water would go cold within 5 minutes and it came out in almost sprinkles from the shower head with zero water pressure. The place is disgusting and dirty and reeks of cigarette smoke. Cigarette burn holes all over the bed. No phone, coffee maker, no cups no nothing about as bare as you can get. Not to mention the propane heater kept going out and was giving me a major headache when it was on I don't even know if it was safe to be running. And Scott the owner has got one of the worst attitudes I've ever seen in my entire life! I was nothing but nice to him the entire time that I was there and even went out of my way to give him food and snacks multiple times as kind of a peace offering so he could drop the bad attitude and he ended up instead waking me up in the morning and demanding i leave right then and there and refusing to extend out my night because I dared to ask not to be woken up in the morning because I've been dealing with insomnia and my sleep schedule has been backwards. Even the Motel 6 would accommodate for this and every other hotel that Ive stayed at. But instead this rat-trap had the nerve to kick me out! And they aren't cheap! $75 a night for something that is about one step up from a crack den. Not to mention from 7 in the morning there was construction workers outside with this man speaking in Spanish yelling on the top of his lungs on the roof all the way till 11 when I got woken up and loud construction equipment banging things around right outside my room! I got zero sleep and then had to get kicked out like that just because I had asked to not be disturbed in the morning and that I would sign the paperwork later on. I have no idea what is wrong with that owner but he has one of the nastiest meanest attitudes I've ever met. He's a bully! and he has no reason to be he should be kissing people's feet to want to spend even one night in that place!

This was a nice little motel. Everything was booked the first night we got to Denver. We needed to be close to Porter Hospital. The place was very clean. It smelled of Lysol always a good sign. Heater worked well and bed was comfortable enough. My mom said she hated it, but she's pretty spoiled. I thought it was decent and was glad we found a place to rest. Granted it's old but it's right on Broadway so it's not the Marriot. But, it's half the price and the Marriot was booked.

I was leery about coming here because of the reviews but it was nice here. I had a TV, bed, bathroom that works and air conditioning. No one bothered me. It is at the moment cheaper then the other motels and it's close to Walgreens, Chick-fil-A, King Soopers. I did enjoy my stay here.

Cyber block hotel on Broadway. My room was super super tiny. The SMALLER bed hardly fit insde. No ice, no microwave even. Cleanliness is bad, water pressure in the shower very low. It was just convenient and available. They came and fixed the shower head rt away.

I read the reviews and was prepared for the worst, HOWEVER, it's been the complete opposite, on my first night it was so cold in my room I could literally see my breath, I told the manager Scott and he immediately got me two space heaters, the same with my shower it was creek cold and he took care of it immediately, as in followed me to my room and saw it was cold and fixed it. He explained why people think he's a jerk, well given the area, I understand why he'd need to be a bit more strict. The others staying here seem to just go to work and go back to their rooms. It's a great place and has served it's purpose.

Dirty room shower curtains are nasty stained towels heater was broke dirty floor beds extremely suck door sticks. I got overcharged $20 after checking in to get the room we needed. Never going back worthless place should be shutdown only good thing it has is the location. Also manager convinetly tried to forget about the deposit

Management here is top of the line if you need anything he will make sure that it gets done ASAP I had no issues at all been here going on 4 weeks now and it’s been a good stay. The maintenance man is also a good dependable guy. Thanks for making my stay in a need of time awesome 👏🏿

Guy who answered the phone was absolutely, flat out, rude! I was trying to find out if they had any rooms available and he hung up on me after saying 'I have things to do'. Will never call there again or visit there.

Better bring your own things cause the room comes with paper towels one set of outlets in the corner that don't work would not recommend

Man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He told me I was not allowed to bring my medical alert service animal, even though it’s illegal to deny access to a service animal. 👎

If you need a cheap place to stay hands-down this is a spot to go management is super wicked cool good people the client he maintained is very low key respectful quiet It’s clean it’s not dirty not full of bugs it smells kind of like what you think your tea is house wiould smell like relaxation and Fabuloso always got towels so the amenities All in all when I got to rest my head at night with my old man this is by far my favorite spot

We had a very comfortable stay for three days and the staff were very friendly.
