Staff nice and helpful. Transportation to airport was good even though they seem to lack a dedicated driver. Facilitates are okay; my room had an obnoxiously loud air conditioner. I turned it off and dealt with warmer temperatures rather than listen to that thing. I booked a room on the "park and go" rate but was still told I need to pay $10 for parking when I arrived. Not sure if front desk person was mistaken or if the setup is not fully clear.

Denise, Melissa, and Kennedy were absolutely wonderful. Super accommodating and willing to make a last minute change. The gentleman who helped us check out was great as well! Clean rooms, quiet, no safety concerns. We were in town for a dance competition so we only stayed one night. Happy with our stay!

The front desk staff was amazingly friendly! The rooms are very dated and a little run down, but clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean and functioning. There was highway noise, but not intrusive enough to keep me awake. Breakfast was what you would expect: cereal, baked goods, some hot items, coffee, juice.

Instantly disappointed. Paid premium prices because I expected a pool, but it was closed for renovations. I could have gone somewhere else for cheaper if I didn't want a pool. We got a room right next to a noisy highway, with curtains that don't close, facing a bright parking lot. Needless to say, I barely got any sleep. The location is also in a weird spot. Breakfast was medicore. Definitely will not be back here next time I need a hotel in the area. I've been to hotels that were much nicer for literally half the price.

2nd time we've stayed at a Hampton Inn, employees went above and beyond to accommodate us. Best breakfast buffet ever cooked fresh right there

We had multiple family members stay for a wedding and everyone agreed it was a good choice. The complimentary breakfast was more extensive than I had anticipated and a couple of our group complimented the pool.

Girl at the counter was checking people in mid afternoon wearing a shower cap and crocs while FaceTiming her significant other. The most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever seen in my life. Hotel was dirty, room smelled stale. Convenient to the freeway, but that’s the only perk. Breakfast was not ready at 6. Overall a disappointment as a hotel and especially as a Hilton brand.

Everything was pretty standard and met my expectations. Shoutout to the breakfast crew. Two different kinds of waffle batter, biscuits & gravy, lots of cereal options, plus all the standard stuff. It feels like most of the Hilton branded hotels are just mailing it in these days but these guys take pride in their breakfast and I really appreciate that as a guest.

I reserved this room last minute as another hotel I wanted to stay at was sold out. After booking the hotel I went and was reviewing comments left. I was a little worried when I got there but hotel is a tad bit outdated but the location is great. For some of the comments people left about road noise are untrue unless they found a way to leave their windows open. The one complaint I have is I heard someone walking around their room at 1am above me and it woke me up. The walls are thin and you can hear people walking around. Other than that staff was great and location is great. If you want to get a bite to eat you'll need to drive as there really isn't a place close by to walk to and eat.

I was sent to this area for work purposes. The rooms are clean and the area isn't too bad for ambient noise. The pool was nice but, the fittness center was out of service for remodeling. The free breakfast was great! 8/10 would recommend.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times for my husband’s work. And is my family’s favorite hotel so far. My kids love the breakfast here and the pool.

The staff was absolutely amazing during our stay. Every member of the team was accommodating, helpful, and kind. It made traveling alone with children so much easier.

Booked here for the swimming pool, even call when we made the reservation and someone lied to me. When we got here they said the swimming pool was down, even when we made the reservation. That is so low down, just to get people to stay here. But we went somewhere else. Especially when your traveling with kids. A swimming pool is the main reason we picked this place and didn't mind paying the $475 for 3 days. Sorry it didn't work out, maybe next time.

I didn’t think to snap a photo. I got in late. The woman at the front desk was thorough and got me to my room quickly. The room was fine. Turned on the fan, called home went to sleep. There was a continental breakfast in the morning, but I had a long ride. I had an omelette and a couple pieces of ham. The only odd thing was that the trash can in the bathroom was in the middle of the bathroom floor. Wired placement, but over all, the room was exactly what I needed.

This was by far the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room I was in had a leak in the ceiling that was clearly never fixed. The room was also dingy and sub-par at best for cleanliness. If you want a clean hotel room DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!

Stopped for one night on a relocation from NC to Indy. Great location right off the highway and very friendly staff! Very accommodating for pets and enjoyed our short stay. Note: If driving a large truck/Uhaul, park outside the vicinity as the driveways are super narrow.

Not pet friendly. $75.00 pet fee that we were not told about. We arrived in after 1 am. Our dogs are well taken care of. No fleas. No accidents.

The hotel was relatively clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. BUT, the volume of highway noise in the rooms at night was much too high. Even with earplugs I could still hear it. I did not sleep very well because of that. Some sort of noise barrier between US 70 and the hotel should have been a construction requirement.

This facility double charged for the room. I booked my room on Expedia and the charge went through. When my employee arrived at the hotel, they took his card for a $25 incidentals hold, which is normal. However the lady at the front desk then charged him for the entire price of the room. My employee doesn’t have a lot of money and this emptied his bank account. I sent receipts and bank statements to show the room was paid for on Expedia. However, the facility refuses to reimburse my employees card. When I ask to speak with accounting or a manager, I am told the lady at the front desk is the only one there. When I call corporate I am told that I need to speak directly with the property. BEWARE!!!!

Had to stay here on Christmas because the roads were too bad to keep travelling. The staff was so friendly and welcoming even though they were working on a holiday. The rooms were clean, and they had a free breakfast. Right off the highway and near plenty of fast food, gas stations, etc. Definitely recommend.

The room seemed clean. Little things were off like a broken lamp on the desk in the room; no toilet paper holder (the middle part), grout missing in the tiles in the bathroom, no hand soap. The lady cleaning during breakfast was thurough and kind. The front desk people were... efficient. It just seems like an older hotel tucked away near the airport. I'm glad there was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room.

i came in the hotel like around 1 am due to my flight and i love how the shuttle service was still available. Ms. Dianne was very friendly and because i was tired i forgot to give her a tip and the following day i was expecting her to take me to the airport but it was David instead, who was also friendly. I talked to David and asked him if he can give the tip i was supposed to give to Ms Dianne the night before ( i tipped David too). Anyways, the night prior, Quinn at the front desk was very welcoming. He offered me bottled water and snack . The room was really nice and not cheap looking. The only thing i was shocked about was in the room was there was a towel left hanging behind the bathroom door ( it looked used). Breakfast was decent and the person expediting the food was friendly too. All in all not bad and more than likely i will stay here again

Zelma at check in was a little lack luster. She complained about working 4 days in a row. Most people work 5, sorry. There were long, black hairs around the tub; the cabinet with the microwave/fridge hadn't been dusted in months. This speaks to your Executive Housekeeper. You should inspect what you expect! Your Night Auditor is nice.Morning clerk was fantastic! Breakfast Hostess (African American lady), was sweet the lady replenishing the batter was not friendly at all! You have the best coffee in town!!!! Those curbs at the entrance are horrible. We were here for a funeral. Thank you for the late check out.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for one night a few weeks ago. Based on the reviews I was expecting the typical Hampton Inn quality. When we walked into the room we were immediately appalled. A horrible, musty/skunk-like odor hit us like a ton of bricks. The carpet and furniture was very worn, torn, and stained. Honestly the furniture looked like something pulled off of the street. The bathroom area had not been properly cleaned. Toothpaste/soap scum was all over the faucet, there were hairs in the shower soap dishes, pee stains were around the toilet, hairs were floating in the toilet bowel, and there was no toilet paper on the roll. The shower was nasty enough that I wore flip flops, almost like I was showering at a campground. The front desk manager was gracious enough to ensure that my friend and I got a refund. The city was bustling that night and there were no other available rooms in the area, so we had to stay the night. My friend and I were so disgusted and could not wait to leave as early as possible the next morning.

Not good, even as Hampton Inns go. Our room smelled moldy and... I dunno, yeasty? Front desk not very friendly or helpful. They're clearly super understaffed, and there seemed to only be one staff member in the hotel at night. Breakfast is gross, so if you're weighing options between a hotel you like better that doesn't offer free breakfast, go with that one. Oatmeal was more like gruel, and no protein options for vegetarians. Decaf coffee was BAD bad. Like, if some one asked if I'd rather drink that coffee or eat my own hair, I'd have a long think about it. I don't even know how it's possible to make coffee that bad; I'm not even picky! Frustrating that no one wears a mask, even riding in the elevators.
