    Terri Tina, and Jackie do a great job! The space they work in looks a little small....I bet there would be even more customers if it was bigger.....by the way my caramel Frappuccino was outstanding!

    I HAVE TO GIVE A 3 STAR JUST OFF THE FACT THIS IS THE ONLY STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER SEEN THAT WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE COLD FOAM YOU REQUEST, THEY MAKE IT ALL THE SAME! LITERALLY JUST A DIFFERENT SYRUP, BUT THEIR SYSTEM LIMITS THEM AND SOME WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN! THOSE 1 GAVE THE STARS! IF NOT FOR THEM I'D GIVE A 1 STAR! THE PEOPLE WHO SEE THE PETTY RULE AND OFFER THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY PAY FOR! IS WHO KEEP ME A CUSTOMER! MY ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL MAANGER IS FIX THAT WITH THE REST THE STARBUCKS AND MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS DRINKS JUST AS THE HOPE FOR! AND PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR!

    Does anyone remember how it used to be when you walked into a Starbucks?! Any time of day you'd walk in everyone would greet you and appear so happy and energetic. Now you walk in and everyone is so busy they don't seem to have time between the drive through, pick up and in store orders. The staff are still super pleasant and typically greet you with a smile but I do miss the old baristas that used to be employed all over.

    Clearly there is no management present. Why do you hyper focus your drive thru? Your front facing customers pay the most on average and spend more time in your establishment. They should always be your focus.

    The "manager" Cassie and her employees guaranteed we will never be back to this location. Went through the drive-thru 09/04/2023 around 10AM for two drinks and a sandwich prior to a road trip. When we got to the intercom, the woman taking our order was incredibly rude and clearly not paying attention because she was too busy talking and laughing to her co-workers which we heard through the intercom. The first thing she said "Are you ordering any food today" was responded to with "Yes, we'd love to actually!" Silence from the employee. Then, very rudely the employee snapped, "Ma'am are you ordering food or not." At this point, we stopped trying to have a personality, and ordered our drinks and food. When we got to the window, we asked to speak with the old woman who took our order about why she was so rude. Her co-worker, a tall skinny white kid, slammed the window on us without a word. Shortly after, they handed out one drink and a bag and said "Okay bye." We still had another drink that we ordered. We knocked on the window to get their attention and at this point asked for a manager. Cassie was the manager. Cassie was clueless and took offense to us being frustrated with the situation, claiming we were rude. Cassie was wearing a headset, so she was very aware of how her employees were handling customers in the drive-thru. As clueless and helpless as Cassie was, it would not surprise me if the employees at this location were in such a bad mood because of her ineptitude. There's too many local options for superior coffee to put up with this. Starbucks ain't worth it and their employees are goobers.

    This is a great Starbucks to go to. They are usually not crazy busy and even when they are they can churn out some coffees. I always get a vinti quad mocha and at this point Christina knows me and is ready to make it when she sees me. Great customer service and good environment. I love going here and would recommend it to anyone. And by the way, you can also grocery shop after you've got your fix.

    The service was extremely slow and the employees were rude. The store was not clean the counter was a mess. I like the coffee but I wouldn't go back there.

    This place was so busy training new folks, they couldn't, and wasn’t, paying much attention to the customers right before them. Also (and this is apparently a "national issue") what....?? NO Splenda?? Now... ONLY Stevia (or whatever?). 🤢🤮 This has a horrible aftertaste!! I tossed about 3 bucks worth of coffee....

    Goto this location pretty often and line is sometimes very long due to location. Customer service is always top notch and line moves pretty decent. Will keep going back. Love Starbucks

    Starbucks does not have anything special to offer in real single origin coffees. I simply don't know what all the hype is about unless you're referring to those sugary pseudo coffee drinks. If You want the highest quality, single origin coffee sold at Boston Stoker. They are the best I have ever drunk. Kroger is next in their Private Selection brand.

    Shout out to Joss (name is Jossalyn sorry bad spelling). I arrived just a few minutes before closing and I apologized but she insisted it was ok. She was kind, all smiles and took my order with no hesitation. It's nice to see an employee that doesn't actively hate working WHILE THEY ARE WORKING. Please do what you can to keep this employee. She will keep people coming back without question. Thank you again Joss!
