First time here on 5 March 2023. This restaurant was very busy so I’d suggest making a reservation if you’re a group of more than two people. Or maybe even then just so your don’t have to wait ! The service was great and very attentive. Our server was very kind and worked very quickly. We had a large group for a birthday dinner. The food was very yummy ! And the portions are definitely generous. We got bread at no charge for the table as well which was nice. And carafes of water are also set out. I ordered the Italian margarita and it was very delicious and definitely well made. I’d 100 percent come here again to try more dishes!

We just moved into this area, we came across Colore and thought we would try it. What an amazing meal and exceptional service! Jessica was our server and she provided an exceptional experience! The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails, appetizers, dinner and dessert. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the flavors were a bouquet on the palette! We sat on the covered patio and had a nice quiet dinner. I would HIGHLY recommend Colore Italian Restaurant. You may have to call for reservations on a busy night. The peach bread pudding and pistachio Gelato were delicious! Thank you Colore! I invited two guests to dinner here. Without reservations, we had a bit of a wait which was fine. I was embarrassed having told our guests the service was exceptional. Our server only came to our table once. I wanted their experience to be what we encountered on 8/9/2022. We may have to rethink Colore because of inconsistencies in food and service.

Fresh, quality ingredients in an open and spacious layout. Service was prompt and courteous, no rushing whatsoever. Complimentary bread is always nice. A good spot for lunch where they get the details right.

I saw other reviews that this is the place to be if your gluten free. So I had to come check it out. The parking lot is small, but all the other businesses were closed, so many parking spots. This place was unique, quaint, and tasteful. Why? The decor was elegant but modern. It was a small venue but very taste food. The staff and environment were just right. I had an option to get pizzas, pastas, or a salad. I went for the salad. Why? I saw one go by me when I was seated at a table. If you look at the pictures, you know why now. I love avocado, which was fresh, grilled chicken, feta, hard-boiled egg, and good lettuce. Not the cheap iceberg lettuce here. The dress was just right, too. After getting full on this, I asked about dessert. I was surprised to have several options to choose from, but I went with the flourless chocolate cake with strawberries, ice cream, and whipped cream. I loved that they have an open brick oven to cook their pizzas, etc. There's nothing like a pizza baked in a brick oven, in my opinion. Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely Would I return to this place? Absolutely Don't take my word for it. Go see for yourself. Also, kudos to the lovely ladies who allowed me to take their picture. They have been best friends forever, and great to see them still getting together after all these years. This is a family owned business.

Incredible depth of flavors and variety. This is a MUST VISIT. Even if you think you don't like Italian food, you will love this place!!

The people I was with ordered and picked up the food. I haven’t been inside the place yet though I’ve driven past for years. My salmon spaghetti was delicious and a good portion, rarities in “fine dining” Italian food. Thanks for the yum!

Cute place: Family/Celebrations/Date Night/ Last minute!!! My children come here cause they're locals. And I definitely enjoyed it as a visitor. Waiter "Michael" is very professional and we enjoyed his personality and service.

We love walking to this place! It’s always a good meal and a glass of wine! They have a great patio as well! I highly recommend the Pinot Grigio, the Colore Salad, & the baked bolognese penne!

Our order was an penne Italian sausage and gluten-free shrimp scampi. The desert was peach bread pudding and carrot cake. This was a take out order. The shrimp scampi was watered down and very unappetizing as they did not cook out the wine. The penne Italian sausage was not great. The bread pudding is a cup of bread in water. Although the flavor is not bad, I was expecting pudding lol and the carrot cake was fine. All in all, I wouldn't recommend eating here. You're better off at noodles& company. The manager did refund us for the shrimp scampi which I appreciate but I will still not be returning to this restaurant.

Wonderful staff and excellent food. They have a great lunch menu to mix and match salads and pasta. Wonderful atmosphere and very innocent looking from the outside, but it’s the bomb!

Best lasagna (bolognese) I’ve had in years - delivered piping hot to our table. We also had the salmon salad (enough for two meals) and the grilled salmon. Highly distinctive carrot cake and first rate tiramisu.

This has become hands down our favourite restaurant in Denver! The staff are so friendly and every dish we have tried is a hit. You just can't go wrong. But we will never skip their burrata starter.

Good food and great service! Had a table of 25 people and the food all came out at the same time! Didn't have to watch other people eat while you waited. Great job to the kitchen and staff!

Such an amazing place with amazing food and amazing staff! We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation and they seated us anyway and were extremely friendly and accommodating. Menu has something for everyone and we got the margherita pizza and mussels with a salad (that they kindly split for us on two plates- not a big deal but staff that pays attention to these small details really do make the difference!) The food was delicious, from the wine to the food, atmosphere on the wonderful enclosed patio, it was a great experience. Our waiter was extremely attentive and just genuinely nice (which is hard to find these days!), and even honoured a promotion we had on hand. Thank you Colore staff and kitchen for a great dinner and customer experience! 10/10 - will be back for sure!

Second time here and just like the first time, it did not disappoint! The food was delicious, cocktails made to perfection, and the service delightful. Our server, Rich was on point. The only thing I had to go down one star on was is the spacing of the tables in the center of their restaurant. They are extremely close together making getting seated and up challenging. It just felt like we crowded with the tables around us. Otherwise, I highly recommend and will go back for sure.

Such a great place... great food, service and I love the open kitchen atmosphere... very appealing. I had the shrimp scampi and my partner had the linguine and clams... both excellent. Garlic lemon sauce is hard to beat... it's the best I've had in a long time!!!

My new favorite Italian place for dinner. First time … We get there, without a reservation as it’s Thursday, 5pm…hello. Guy at the desk says..we full, no room without reservation. Then a man gets there….blue dress shirt, smile on his face says let me see what I can do. Whispers to the host…boom table for 4 ready! Thank you Chris!!! Aka owner Thank you Aline!! Have really enjoyed the meatball appetizer (pictured) and the calamari appetizer. Excellent food, nice beers, and friendly, efficient service. This is my new go-to place when attending concerts or classes at nearby Swallow Hill.

Accommodated our large pre wedding party. With pre planning they created a personal menu for our party with selections we wanted. The patio dinning was great for our group that provided a secluded Group table. It was awesome. The food was great and delivered very timely for the whole group. The service was excellent and we enjoyed our whole event. We never felt rushed as we visited and shared stories. I highly recommend them for group or an intimate dinning experience.

We attended a pre-wedding dinner last night that had roughly 28 attendees. Even with such a large party the space was perfect and not overly crowded. The patio setting was perfect, little noise from the road traffic but nothing disruptive and the ceiling fans were a nice touch with the outside weather being as warm as it was. The food was amazing and all came out at the same time with no issues of people getting cold food. The staff went above and beyond and served with such great attitudes. Thank you for such a great dining experience.

There is not words to describe the warm welcome the owners and the staff have. If You come to this amazing Italian restaurant, I enjoy from the start to finish. All of the food is made in the house!! Love the tiramisu one of the best desserts I ever try. Come and check it out.

Upon entry we were greeted by friendly staff. Despite not having a reservation and staff telling us there wasn't any room at the main tables, they still accommodated my date and I by clearing a high top table by the window for us. Phenomenal food, not the largest portions but super high quality, wasn't disappointed whatsoever. Baked Bolognese Lasagna was exquisite. I will be back!

Yum! I was craving pasta that I didn’t have to cook and Colore Italian did not disappoint. The lunch special was hard to beat and I was even able to get gluten free noodles. Mandy was friendly and efficient! I’ll definitely be back.

Always tasty. And prise-wise. I love their pastas, cheese ravioli also good, my mom told me that pizza is delicious, vegetable lasagna surprisingly very nice as well. But my favourite dish is mussels. A bit spicy so I ask to cook it mid spicy. Today they were so tasty, I did not find time to take pic of them🙈 I took pic of my “desert”- Chocolate Martini. I liked it. P.S. My signature tiramisu is more delicious. So usually I don’t eat desserts here, but lava cake was good. Highly recommend this place.

Busy place on Saturday night. I had the Pepperoni and Sausage pizza. Yummy. Others had Lasagna, chicken Alfredo and Margherita pizza. They ate every little bit. Servers were efficient and good looking. Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced. Owners talked to us. Good guys.

Had the Lobster Ravioli (you had seafood in Colorado huh) and it had so much flavor and tasted fresh. My wife had GF pasta and completely worth it! Honestly, you will have one bite of the focaccia inspired bread and you will never want to leave. Highly recommend!
