This place is absolutely wonderful for children. If your just an adult going I don’t suggest it. They let you bring a small cooler in with outside food and drinks! The bathrooms were very clean, even by the end of the day. They have reasonably priced dip and dots and snow cones(cash only). Price for admission was $13 for kids and $15 for adults. We stayed for 5 hours it was totally worth the price.

We had so much fun at this water park! We had a team party over here and it was awesome. Lifeguards friendly and always keeps an eye on the children, plenty of chairs, slides in good condition, and great water! I also really like the lagoon/playground they have there, such a nice design. They also have a cafe and their ice cream sandwiches and their dippin dots are good. Overall, awesome water park. Will definitely be back whenever we are in the area and highly recommend this fun water park!

Absolutely love this place!! Perfect size for everyday water park fun. Great area for toddlers especially love the HUGE sandbox area, my kid loved it. Reasonably priced and close to home. The ONLY complaint was the quality of the food from the snack bar, and the quantity for the price. The have GREAT funnel fries but $6 for 10-12 fries is a ripoff!! We go to another rec area in Aurora and order the funnel fries there EVERYTIME and for $6 you get a whole basket FULL of funnel fries!! Just saying...think about a family ordering food if they were to share with most do, it wouldnt be satisfying at all to only get 2-3 funnel fries per person!!!

This place is so fun. This was my first time coming here as opposed to water world and I can see why water world is priced a bit higher but this is definitely on point for what you pay for. And if you are closer to this location I would definitely recommend it. It's great for a fun day with your kids. I really enjoyed the high speed slides and the lazy river was super relaxing. They have an all-day use locker that you have to enter a code to get back into so it's kind of pricy it was $8 if I recall but it's nice if you're using it all day.

Loved Pirates Cove! Enjoyable water fun for this grandma and her 8 year old grandson! Our favorite ride was the river!

This was my first time here. It's a great place for families. The price is what you'd expect to pay for all the fun equipment they have. I didn't think their food was badly priced either. The only reason for 4 stars is that it was really crowded (we went on a Tuesday), kids and people everywhere. You couldn't help but bump into someone or wait in long lines for the slides and other activities. The photos were taken when we first arrived so doesn't show all the people that had yet to come in. There were quite a few lifeguards at every station. They really keep their eyes moving and watch the kids well!

Very fun and beautiful day! We were allowed to bring in food and drinks which really helped during these trying economic times. The kids had a blast and so did the adults. Life jackets were available with just your drivers license. Will definitely be back!

This is a great smaller water park. My 16 year old son enjoys it because of the 3 big slides and lazy river. It has a splash area for younger kids and a deep end pool for the adults and big kids. With that said...it is a small park. Don't think for one minute that this compares to water world. My teen is over it after about 3 hours. The younger ones enjoy it allllll day. The food from the grill takes forever but it's cheap and tastes pretty good. Our family LOVES going to pirates cove. It really is a blast with the Littles. And they have a HUGE sandbox

Great water park! The lazy river was a hit with my oldest two. The youngest loved the splash area. Husband and I totally loved the fast purple slide & the in-the-dark yellow slide. Refreshments were cooked fresh. Was a wonderful way to spend a hot summer day.

We were there for a birthday party. It was a fun experience and a great time my kids had a blast. There also was a snow cone stand it took cash only, but there is an ATM available for you to withdraw cash if you do not carry cash.

Fun but small water park. We came on a Friday close to opening, and we were able to find chairs and a decent spot to set up. The lazy river was too crowded, though. I kept getting knocked and bumped around and bumped into the sides. They allow too many tubes in there. The big pool can also get pretty packed in. There were always like 4 lifeguards around the pool at a time, which made me feel they care about keeping people safe. They have a snack bar with fairly decent choices and prices. The kiddie area is really big and also has a sandbox. I think it's a good place to take small children for the day.

Really great small water park. The pirate ship was great entertainment for our three year old and 7 year old niece. They had a blast. Water park was pretty well kept and clean. The food was good too! Affordable day trip for residents and visitors. Would definitely go again. Get there as it opens though as the doors line up before opening and the closest lot is fairly small (not too bad though and plenty of parking if you’re willing to walk a little!)

Pirates Cove was perfect to kick off the summer. The sand area is a great alternative to getting in the water. Our 1 year old couldn't go to many spots because the playground area was too wild. She mostly stayed by the big mushroom and liked being on our lap for the lazy river. We would definitely visit again.

My kids had a great time. The lifeguards are so attentive constantly scanning the pool. My complaint as a mom is that there is no safe space for younger kids to safely swim. The area they designated for young kids to swim is so crowded with field trip groups even if they can touch the bottom there isn’t much room to play.

Fun little water park. My son was too short to go on any of the big slides so we didn't try them but we watched for several minutes and only one person came down. I think this and other pools and water parks have become too cautious about people running into each other at splashdown. Fun kids section and we liked the big pool and lazy river as well. Staff were very nice.

Me and my family had a great time. Want to go back before summer ends because we all had fun.. tubing was relaxing. That purple slide is crazy lol. Everyone who is tall enough needs to try it !!

Excellent facility. Great features, watchful and considerate lifeguards, food is expensive but to be expected at a theme park. Huge area dedicated to smaller kids, as well as a separate lazy river/large tube slide area on one end and a deep pool with diving board and drop-off slide for adults & older kids. One pair of little kids slides was out of order - that needs to be fixed asap. Lots of lounge chairs and sitting chairs as well as grassy areas for blankets for parents and families, quite a few umbrellas (not enough for everyone, but that'd be impossible.) Snack bar available, but every group is allowed 1 small cooler. No glass containers allowed (not just bottles but also jelly jars, etc.) Restroom facilities are more than adequate. Small souvenir/gift stand, so even if you bring food, bring some extra cash for a frozen treat or souvenir. Two suggestions for the facility: - Enforce a "no earrings in the pool" rule. Bare feet and lost earrings don't get along. - Fix the 2 slides in the little kids area, since that area is a huge family draw. Highly recommended, we had a blast. 😀

Loved it. Took my son there for his Birthday and it was great. There was barely any lines and we had a blast.

Chill laid back version of Water World. Especially in the afternoon close to closing time. Great for a birthday party location or a toddler day trip. The burgers they serve are pretty decent. And the smoothies are addicting!! We loved the different play areas that were just water. Like the beach area to play in sand and all the grass areas to relax in. Highly recommend.

It was very crowded, all the family bathrooms were locked, there weren’t many shady spots, water was cold for kids and it didn’t look clean. The only positive thing was that the slides were fun and lazy river was ok. They charge a good amount for admission, could’ve spent some of that budget for a cleaning. Unfortunately we wouldn’t like to go back to that water park.

Staff was incompetent allowing for a lot of cluster, confusion and unfairness in the lazy river. We asked a question because of the exit policy for the river and was given a really rude and disrespectful comment. Ordered drinks at the cafe and was given 4 wrong drinks. Not the right size or product. Staff was sitting around often or not directing the visitors properly. Not sure I saw a single person over the age of 17 working. Food prices were fair though

They are the absolute best, I did my daughters 4th birthday party here and what was turning into a disaster ended up being a blessing. The entire staff championed our cause and made my daughters birthday the most unbelievable day ever, from singing her happy birthday, to blessing her in more ways than one. If you want a family like atmosphere ran by staff that is family oriented, please book here. The park was fun but they all turned out to be my angels and I couldn’t be more grateful that my daughter and I were shown so much love! Thank you all so so much again. We are grateful and blessed again. I pray many abundant blessing over you all, thank you 😊
