The service was horrible because of a sloppy and rude sandwich maker who obviously hates her job and hates the customers. The sandwich barely had any toppings, it wasn't wrapped so chicken fell out into the bag, and the bread was soggy. The sandwich I asked for used to be called Frontega Chicken and it was made in a panini grill and it came out pressed together with all of the melted cheese. Now, it's put into a small oven. I don't know why they bother because it doesn't do anything for it except melt the spot of cheese that's only the size of a quarter. This place isn't worth your time or money.

Place a carry out order with one drink. My order came up and went to get it, the drink was missing. I said something and was told someone was working on it, almost 10 minutes later I finally got the drink. You shouldn't put the order up and call out the name until all components are ready. After getting to the car and checking the order I found that they didn't give me my 2 chocolate croissants and chocolate chip cookie. I had to walk back in to get them. Lack of communication on processing orders, inconvenient.

Purchased a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup. The baguette that I received was the size of a biscuit. Prices are going up, yet the baguette has been reduced in size tremendously. Paid $14.00 for a bowl of soup and a small smoothie. Not worth the money.The smoothie still had pieces of ice that were not blended thoroughly. BEWARE!

Ordered the Baja bowl with chicken in drive thru. Two ingredients were missing, avocado and salsa verde. Last night I ordered the green goddess caprese melt and there was hardly any chicken, so I basically paid over $13.00 for a foot long French bread! Panera needs to get their act together and stop cheating the customers! I will not tolerate the cheating or inconsistency anymore by checking all orders before leaving parking lot. I would like to compliment the friendly and apologetic drive thru attendant for the long wait on today’s order (Baja chicken bowl).

One star more than should have been given, but didn't have an option for zero. Placed a catered order for 35 people. I do this often, ordered the same order I always do. However this time I did not get the full order of soup, when I told the rude customer service person this she said, you got what the catering manager told me to give you. I asked if I could speak to the catering manager, she said no, she isn't here. But that's what she told me to give you. They also gave me full loaves of bread, I asked if they would slice these as they normally do, she acted as if I asked her to slice her arm off and no, she wouldn't slice them. I called corporate, they told me this store is a franchise and plays by their own rules. I took my 35 cardboard bowls and spoons back to the group waiting on their meal, gave them a loaf of bread to rip from and a spoon full of soup. Expensive lesson, well played Panera...you know how to cheat the customer.

I don't have a problem with the product but damn! Clean your lemonade/ tea machines.

True I got here to the convenient location off 70 a half hour before closing. Coffee was cold, bagel was not sliced as requested, but whole bagel was toasted on the outside. Manager could not have cared less. Sad!

I placed my order online, when I got there (which was 8 minutes after my pickup time), my order wasn't ready. I had to wait about 5 additional minutes. Got home and my order was wrong (insert angry face). I took it back and they corrected the problem, but gave me the same paper wrapper on my sandwich and the same bag (insert shocked face). No manager came to apologize, no "would you like a cookie or a drink for the inconvenience ". I'm really disappointed with Panera and the service that I received today. BTW.... the cashier was SUPER nice.

Normally this is a great restaurant, but tonight I was treated like a nuisance. I had ordered a delivery and when it arrived we noticed there were items missing. Called the stairs and the phone rang so long that it switched to a busy signal. Called back and a young girl said " hello". I asked if this was Panera, and she said, "it is". I explained my delivery was missing items. She says, " So, you coming to get them?" I arrived at the store and there was a girl leaning over on the counter on her phone. She looks up after a minute and asks if I have an order in. Same annoyed voice that was on the phone. I said no and realized I was there for the missing items. Puts them in a bag and shakes the bag at me. No sorry no nothing. So much for service.

Horrible service. Cashier could not be bothered to show the size of a bowl of soup (despite the bowls being less than 5 feet away), did not give silverware with order (according to staff they do not unless you ask for it, even though dine-in order), when they provided silverware, it was visibly dirty (twice), and had no condiments. Soup and Mac and cheese lukewarm (health hazard). The worst Panera store to which I have been.

Don’t waste your money. We recently moved to the area and love Panera, so we’ve been trying to give this location a try. But, every time we visit, our orders are incorrect. The first instance the employee making the pizzas was very rude. The next 4 times, my pizza was again missing the chipotle sauce for the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon pizza. We are awfully disappointed with the service and product prepared, we will not be coming back to this location.

Decent food. Pretty busy location but worth the wait . Food was fresh.

I am a fan of this Panera. However, I had an outpatient procedure and came this evening. I apologize that I got dizzy paid pulled forward and sent my kid in. Wait there’s more I ordered a peach blueberry without the blueberries. The staff was in talking so disrespectfully. I heard if I wanted just peach I should have gone to McDonald’s. The staff is night and day. With that attitude you are correct I should have gone to smoothie king or Starbucks. If you do not like your job get a new one sweethearts. I didn’t like mine now I own 2 companies.

I ordered carryout Fuji apple chicken salad around 5 pm. They forgot the salad dressing. Furthermore, they didn't use real fuji apples in the salad. They used tasteless freeze dried apple slices. Finally, they just threw the bread in the paper bag when usually it's enclosed in paper sheath. Worst salad ever for $12!!!! Really bad considering I ordered exact same salad 2 weeks ago which was perfect. Inconsistent food and service (people making the food) at this location.

Pretty good food. Enjoyed the lunch and I'll likely return since my sister lives the place. Very tasty alternative teas and drinks along with usual soda selection. Quantity and quality were both good

Sandwich so small and dry. 3 bites and it was gone. Not much taste. Salad had to ask for more dressing as 1 container didn't coat salad. Wasn't impressed at all. Spent $34 for 2 chincy , tasteless meals.

The worst Panera location I’ve ever seen. Due to working in the area I had to have repeat interactions with this location. Always messed up catering orders, Long waits, and no customer service to speak of. Panera is usually a safe “go-to” but I would never recommend this location.

We ordered ahead on the app and ate outside on their patio. The Value Duets are a quick, light meal which is just what we needed as a break from our road trip. The interior of this Panera has plenty of seating arranged in patterns that make each group feel like they have a place of their own.

I've had good breakfast sandwiches and really good soups at this chain. The lunch sandwich was skimpy on fillings and the girl behind the counter, at this location, seemed slightly irritated to have us there. So, I am sticking to breakfast and soup from now on.

My husband wanted something sweet. and told let's go to Panera. Never again at this location. Panera in Englewood, poor customer service on 7/23, Sunday around 6p. My number didn't come up for rewards. No suggestions about website/ rewards. Walked away while I was trying to explain about rewards acct. Baked goods dried out from the lamps. The cookies in the bag not that great, said my husband.

Great place with excellent service. I was taking a break while I was on a road trip to Ohio. I was able to answer some emails and fuel up with a lite salad. I felt very welcomed while I rested a bit so I could continue on to my destination.
