They
are
doing
some
renovation
but
right
now
rooms
are
just...
meh.
The
reason
for
the
1
star
is
because
they
gave
my
pre-paid
room
to
someone
else.
I
have
had
issues
with
Motel
6
in
the
past,
so
I
had
called
to
make
sure
they
had
my
reservation,
which
they
confirmed
the
morning
of.
I
got
there
that
evening
and
they,
all
the
sudden,
didn't
have
the
reservation.
I
talked
to
the
front
desk
a
few
hours
after
I
had
gotten
another
room
(because
I
got
to
sleep
somewhere)
once
I
had
found
the
confirmation
number.
That
is
when
I
found
out
they
had
given
the
room
to
someone
else.
Not
even
close
to
the
same
name
as
me,
not
even
from
the
same
state
with
the
address,
and
that
person
definitely
didn't
have
the
credit
card
that
the
room
was
paid
for
on.
Also,
front
desk
a
few
hours
after
said
I
needed
to
talk
to
management
in
the
morning
because
they
couldn't
do
refunds.
The
next
day,
the
font
desk
in
the
afternoon
said
they
couldn't
do
anything
and
I
needed
to
call
Motel
6.
Motel
6
customer
service
said
someone
would
contact
me
in
5
days...
hopefully.
Pretty
sure
I
am
just
going
to
need
to
dispute
the
charges
with
my
credit
card
company.
Not
100%
but
I
do
feel
like
this
is
credit
card
fraud
to
some
degree.
Also,
my
phone
number
and
email
were
still
on
the
original
reservation,
so
not
sure
if
the
other
guy
got
that
information
and
is
going
to
sell
it
or
what
not.

10,
would
not
stay
here.
First
reservation
$120,
second
reservation
$150,
total
for
a
2
night
stay
here
$270.
If
I
was
going
to
spend
$135
a
night
somewhere
much
nicer.
Going
to
try
and
stay
away
from
Motel
6
in
the
future
as
well
