We stayed here for our baseball tournament. First staff are so rude. They are not pleasnt to begin with.Tgr hallways smells weed al the way to our room. Beds are small. It looks like more a twin than a full. Tv is not working and the towels we have in our room had a black stain around it. When we told the front desk, didnt apologise or nothing. She just say so you need more towels.Very rude. Oh and also breakfast is sucks. They didnt have that much selection.

VERY clean! We’ve been in 3 hotels while traveling this week & Comfort Inn was by far the nicest & cleanest!! In the future, we will look specifically for a Comfort Inn when traveling!!

Stayed the week for work. Stay across the country in hotels for work. Not one for leaving reviews on the hotels but had to because Kia was the best. She was super helpful!

Budget friendly, clean and right off the interstate. Front desk was super kind and welcoming. Nice pool and everything smells clean. Wish the a/c was left on in the room but it cooled down quickly.

Service was excellent, our room attendant, Gaquaya was excellent. She was speedy with service and tended to us all week. The GM Brianne was excellent and friendly as well. And Tina made made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was clearly not cleaned! There was hair on our bedding, brown gunk on the sink faucet handle, dirt behind the door in the bathroom, and a dirty wash cloth in the shower upon arrival. The toilet seat was broken and barely hanging on. We travel a lot and it just seems these “cheaper” hotels are just that, CHEAP! For $140/night I expect a clean, top notch room. Nobody takes pride in their work anymore it seems. We will not stay here again. We will stay elsewhere. We have had better experiences at a Motel 6 for $75/night.

This comfort inn is very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice we had a late check-in free wifi no hidden fees. This hotel is right off the freeway. It's convenient and quiet, The sheets were amazing, the shower was awesome, and the breakfast was perfect. We had eggs, sausage, Canadian ham, English muffins, and juice. Driving from California, it was so refreshing to get a solid night sleep in a safe area.

Our rooms were clean when we entered. We found that AC and heating units to work very well. Bathroom was very spacious, water pressure and heat were fantastic. TVs could have been better quality, but we barely used them to begin with so not really a big deal. The bed were somehow soft, firm, and lumpy all at the same time and were generally not very comfortable to sleep on. The pillows were the same way. The blankets were very comfortable and warm though. The complimentary breakfast was actually very nice. A good amount of variety, the taste was good, and there was a decent amount of space in the dining area. The pool was very cloudy and reeked of chlorine, somehow both too clean and too dirty. It's also a small pool area, and it's weird that it's so close to the lobby.

HANDICAP BEWARE!!!! This hotel is not accessible or safe for those with disabilities. They only have 2 handicap spots and their across the parking lot. Not next to the building, that is saved for their vip. Seems unsafe to me. The floors in the rooms were also very slippery. This is Not safe for those any assisted device. Do Not Stay Here if your are handicapped!!!!!!!!!

I prepaid for my room on a booking site. When the hotel asked for a credit card for incidentals, I didn't think anything of it - all hotels ask for that. It wasn't until after my family checked out that I noticed a $150 charge from this hotel. I called and asked why I was charged, and I was told that it was a "service charge for third party booking". I called the booking site to ask why that was not disclosed up front. They said the hotel can't add charges like that - it's against their agreement. They called the hotel and were told that it was a "deposit for incidentals" and that it had already been refunded. This is not true. 9 days later it has still not been refunded. I will never have family stay at this hotel again.

A bit difficult to find as the entrance is off the driveway to a McDonald's and a Waffle House. Needs better signage. Prices were very reasonable. Service was very good, finding a handicapped room with a walk-in shower for my wife. The free breakfast was a good deal. The only negatives were noisy overhead guests on one night and coco butter soap which left our washed hands feeling oily. Also, our handicap room did not have a separate closet, but had a wall rack for hanging clothes. This would have been OK, but they placed a large floor safe underneath which interfered with hanging dresses. It did not make sense since there was plenty of space for it elsewhere in the room.

I have stayed at this location several times over the past 10-15 years when visiting family. Their answering machine states "newly renovated", but it's probably been at least 5 years since any renovation. Pros: The rooms have nice, new duvet covers. Their beds & pillows are fantastic! Their staff is very welcoming & friendly. The breakfast is very good along with the cookies & lemonade in the afternoon-evening. The indoor pool is nice! A Waffle House & McDonald's are right next to the hotel & across the street there is a Meijers, urgent care, and multiple restaurants. Cons: The rooms need to be updated and cleaned throughly. The bathroom has "dirt" around the doors and furniture. Mold in the showers, bleach stains on the countertop, rust on door frames, drywall patches, vent dusty, and the hair dryer only worked on low. Anywhere a trash can is located, the wall is dirty behind it. The carpets were filthy. My white socks turned black quickly, the curtains had tears, and the closet door wouldn't stay shut. They no longer clean rooms daily, unless requested. The sign said the room would be cleaned after every 3rd day. Suggest coffee be available 24 hours. Do not get a King bed room as they are right next to the noisy elevator on the 2nd & 3rd floors. You don't want to hear that all the time. Overall this hotel is slightly better than the sketchy Motel 6 behind the hotel. This hotel was more expensive & the room cleanliness was bad. I am not sure I'll return to this location. As for Corporate: I tried using their "Best Price Guarantee" (match price & give you a $50 gift card). I found the same room/date/type about $12 cheaper per night on another website. I submitted the form with links & screenshots. I got a reply that I needed to submit it again (?) on their website. However it gives you a new confirmation number. I had deleted most of the screenshots, so I went back to the site & it was still lower, but more than it was when I first submitted it. Plus, by the time I got the request to resubmit, it was past the 3 day window for submitting it. I have not pursued this further.

It was okay. 100% better than the Best Western we were at the previous night. More attention needs to be paid to cleaning. The bathroom especially. Mop those floors with clean water. Wipe out those sinks and tubs. Vacuum the carpets a little better. Clean like you're staying in that room. And get those phones fixed! Safety violation, folks! Not everyone has cell phones. If someone needed to call 911, they couldn't. Another guest said he reported it a week ago. Uphold your reputation.

Booked a king bed room through their website, but upon arriving was told none were available. Entire second floor smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. A/C unit barely worked and didn't adequately cool. Breakfast was the standard kind of not great that all these kinds of mid-budget places are, I guess it at least existed. The staff was polite, had no issues there. Really, the place really needs a renovation to justify the price they're charging. Other hotels nearby provide much higher quality for roughly the same cost.

Could not get waited on at the Front desk even with the attendant sitting right in the breakfast room looking right at me. I wouldn't have been there if the vending machines worked. Wanted to get a different bill or quarters. Guess I don't need that candy bar. Please wait on your customers.

Stopped while traveling. Conveniently located just off interstate. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was okay. Wasn't dirty or anything, but the beds are very firm. I woke up in extreme pain.

Janae and Sam at the front desk were incredible. They were a smiling and inviting set of faces after a long road trip. They made the process so simple. Highly recommend to anyone needing a last minute reservation and amazing guest services. They were willing to help right away and didn’t leave my fiancé and I waiting.

I only reduced the room rating because my mattress was shot! Very uncomfortable. Also need a selection of pillows. They were all firm. The staff was great, the place was clean and easy to find. But please replace some of the mattresses!
