I love this place! Only reason it's not a 5 star is because it seems like almost every time I order 3X pepperoni it seems like it comes with just the regular amount of pepperoni. And as we all know pepperoni is expensive these days. So I feel like I'm not completely getting what I pay for. The reason I get triple pepperoni is because I am diabetic so I need a form of protein to balance the carbs for the pizza or I wouldn't even care that much. There have been a few times where there was triple pepperoni but more often then not its just the regular amount. Will definitely keep ordering and the food is always delicious and 🔥 and the employees are always kind so thank you for that!

What the hell has happened to blackjack? Last 3 pies were cold took over a hour and was just awful! Can't even cut the pizza nice.... what a shame, been a loyal custome since 1992 . You have lost your pride and a customer!

My husband and I came in 2 weeks ago. The place was absolutely filthy and everyone was messing around when we tried to order. We asked for help about 5 times because they were all just playing around and not paying attention to us. Finally someone comes to help and I ask for his name, he said Max and that he was the manager. He was incredibly rude and made us feel very uncomfortable just for asking for help and made us feel like we were disrupting their fooling around time. After we ordered our food and came home we saw that they got the pizza completely wrong. This place use to be so good like 3 years ago! This entire place has gone down hill. Will not be coming back.

Pizza, better than Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Jet, & Capital, just enough toppings, sauce, dough w/crust, to make a "perfect pizza," and real Buffalo NY style Hot Wings, BBQ, or even plain wings availabe. Yum!

Absolute garbage service. Never received our order. Customer service was non-existent seeing as they hung up on us, we called back and they told us they’d deliver the pizza .. which they never did. Not to mention the first guy who answered was so high he asked us “how our pizza was” after we just told him we never got it and laughed about it. The manager Lied about being closed at 10:15 when they close at 11 and we ordered around 9. BlackJack will never get our support again and I recommend others to follow. Trashy place and trashy employees.

Extremely poor. The man that took my order tolde 45 min. Took almost 90. The driver said the big order in front of mine caused the delay. My pie was ice cold. $27.00 for an ice cold pizza almost an hr late. Ps. I love 4 blocks for the blackjack location. Horrible .

Five star only for the young man that assisted me, I wish I had caught his name as to note, he was the only one customer service oriented. I had called to inform the store that I had placed an hour almost an hour previous and had yet to receive the order when I was greeted I was told that the store was currently closed to which I reminded her that I placed the order over an hour prior. To which I was “Disconnected” when I dialed back a young man answered an I could hear the female that hung up on me in the background, I simply stated I had placed an order and it was approx. a half hour late, I just wanted to check. He simply stated not all orders had been delivered and to simply call back if I never received my order. Shortly after which my order was deliver. All it took was a simple response and honest expectation and I was happy. I hope this reflects on the gentleman who took the less than extra two minutes to explain I should receive my order despite them being closed. All it takes is that minimal effort to be better than the rest, glad to see that’s not lost on everyone. I truly wish I had caught his name to give the praise deserved.

I called 10 mins before closing, they were happy to accommodate my order. Pleasant experience, a rarity it seems these days to encounter employees who know the meaning of "Customer Service!" Pizza was also delicious!

Ordered ahead and picked up my pizzas. They were hot and delicious and exactly what I ordered and the cashier was willing to work with me and use two different coupons. Very pleasant experience.

Pizza was great this time. Not sure if it’s the employees or managers that are changing. Most times I absolutely love it and others I can’t/won’t eat it.

We were there visiting from Oklahoma back in the nineties. I like pizza and this place rocked. I was 21, my parents said I really talked to the guys who worked there. I wish you all would put a Blackjacks in Oklahoma. Love from Oklahoma

I ordered 2 extra large pizzas for lunch for my landscaping crew and it was on time and gobbled up.

Honestly this is my favorite pizza restaurant in town. I haven't had a bad experience here and the pizza is always amazing. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because they won't deliver to my address and I have to go pick it up. There is actually no Blackjack pizza that delivers to my house. Which is unfortunate.

I used a coupon for a medium pepperoni pizza for $10.00. Crust was good and a decent amount of pepperoni. Staff was quick and friendly.

Picked up a carry out today at the dry creek/university location. Chris was super friendly and had my pizza ready when he said it would be!! Makes ordering from here my favorite pizza place! Go Chris!

I ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery. Not only did it take longer than an hour so the pizza arrived soggy and cold, but I also did not get what I ordered. Very disappointing experience.

Blackjack has been my last minute default birthday meal several times. 100%, A+, never disappoints. Cheers to 37, blackjack.

My girlfriend and I ordered two XL pizza's and the service today was amazing and fast. The worker there was named Chris, love the dude he was very friendly and respectful and most of quick paced at his work.

I ordered Pizza/Wings for pick up, when I got to the store, an employee was touching the wings container with no gloves and mentioned the sauce was mixed in (I asked for the sauce on the side), Offered me to take them which I refused as he had no gloves on and was checking the wings! Make a long story short, they redid the wings order, it was was undercooked (We had to trash them) and took extra 15 min, when It was ready, pizza was stone cold, bad experience, won't try this location again.

Always good pizza and salads from here. These guys have been around here for decades which says a lot. Plenty of options and ingredients are fresh. I order on the internets using my computer and pick up in store. Awesome value to quality/quantity ratio!

Place is great! Pizza is always amazing, and fresh! Ive had take out almost every Friday night for the last six years, I would say. The employees are great, and always friendly to! I used to know this guy Eric who worked their in the 90's. Sad what he did, he was a nice guy to.
