order.
Ordered
in
person
and
waited
a
full

min
watched
no
one
attend
to
any
of
the
cold
drink
orders
-
order
stickers
were
coming
out
of
the
machine.
The
person
making
the
hot
drinks
was
oblivious
to
anything
around
them
and
was
extremely
slow.
I
watched
a
new
person
who
just
walked
into
his
shift
make
my
drink
(as
one
of
the
other
associates
asked
him
to)
but
it
was
so
disorganized
he
had
to
make
my
drink
literally
4x
because
there
was
no
decaf
espresso
ready,
no
ingredients
near
him,
he
had
to
go
back
and
forth
to
get
the
decaf,
the
caramel
and
the
toppings
from
the
back
room,
it
was
a
hot
mess.
And
to
top
it
all
off,
it
wasn’t
busy
and
the
barista
was
busy
talking
to
someone
making
their
drinks
who
happened
to
be
3
people
after
I
ordered.
The
person
who
took
my
order
was
friendly
and
helpful
and
the
associate
who
made
my
drink
was
fine
as
well
but
obviously
jumped
into
a
shift
where
everything
was
disorganized.
This
location
is
always
so
terribly
disorganized.
It’s
a
shame
because
it’s
a
busy
area
and
it's
coffee
and
people
are
normally
don't
have
time
to
wait
15
minutes
for
a
coffee.
I
would
have
ordered
it
as
a
mobile
order
but
there
was
no
option
to
make
the
drink
decaf
that's
why
I
walked
in
and
ordered.
Glad
I
didn't
order
mobile
because
everyone
that
walked
in
expecting
to
pick
up
and
go
was
told
it
wasn't
even
ready
yet.
