I think location deserves a zero rating. The fat manager or employee in this location is a racist. I walked right behind a black woman and she was able get her drink. And this fat man said she is last customer allow to get the drink and I can’t because I am Asian. Very unfair and unreasonable, beware of racism in this location.

I always order at drive thru, today I decided to go in and immediately regretted it. Self order machines were down and slow. No one at the register. And then when I received my salad is was half empty with no chicken. When I told them there was no chicken it, the lady had no reaction just told them to add chicken and lettuce. I then notice there was barely any onions or bacon. Went back she had an attitude and added a few pieces of onions. Service was awful. I forgot how awful the food service is here and just wasted $20 on a pick up once again the salad was half empty with ingredients missing. 🙄 such a shame I love Panera but this location just SUCKS.

Very average-to-subpar Panera location. Recommend dining in, do NOT order delivery - the portions vary big time. Ordered tuna on 2 separate occasions for delivery, and both times got a veggie sandwich with a pinch of tuna. Both times, had to call for the manager and request a refund (which they honored but you have to demand). Also, don't bother ordering at all if you enjoy their bread and you're looking to dine after 7pm'ish - they're guaranteed to run out of bread and will not tell you in advance, you'll receive chips without accountability instead.

I haven't had Panera in a while so was in the mood for it. I ordered my meal online of the Mediterranean veggie sandwich on ciabatta with avocado along with other items. I ordered it for a 1:10 pick up. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and to the pick up area and my food was ready. I ordered a jug of juice for my clients but they didn't have cups in the bag so had to ask the manager. They also forgot my side special sauce I asked for. When I got in I ate and the sandwich wasn't bad. It tasted better when I added chips. Eveything was good and I had an ok experience.

order was wrong/missing items. Soup tops were not on properly- soup all over me and the carpeting in the office. Plus Doordash idiot went to loading dock next door, then didn't listen to instructions where to meet hi,. On top of that harangued me saying he wasn't tipped enough (I tipped 15%) he said he received $2.75- gave him $40 to get rid of him.

I’ve been coming to this Panera Bread for a few months now and like it a lot. The place is convenient, spacious and the crowd is usually quiet. Service has always been great. I’m particularly impressed with Ebony as she’s always smiling and proactive in helping (she also helped me signed up with the unlimited drink program which I’ve been using happily!).

Fantastic! When I came into the store I thought that the store manager is Eboni with her loudly energetic voice and her welcoming greetings. She took care of me with an international level of customer service in a very passionate manner against her profession and she was intellectually helpful to me to make the correct choice from this amazingly tasteful kitchen! The coziness that she brought to this store definitely deserves an appreciation such as a raise on position or salary.

The management really needs to work on this Panera location. I use multiple Paneras in bergen county, and this location 's coffee is terrible, period. This review is from several months of trying coffee products at this location. Their off the pot hot coffee, and especially iced coffee is really bad. It is often mixed with water or most likely brewed using the same grind bean twice, it has 0 taste or very diluted almost like water. Not here to mention about food as they are pre-reciped menu anyways, but their service is pretty bad

Hands down best location in whole north jersey. And I’ve been in quite a few . But today I want to talk about their new breakfast sandwich chipotle avocado chicken egg melt cheese whatever else they put in there. Picture doesn’t do it justice. Must try

Absolute worse Panera Bread I’ve ever been to. This place is literally 2 miles from my home so it’s location is very convenient. However they never get the order correct. No matter what I order there’s always an issue. I stopped visiting this location for over two years because of this issue. Recently tried again and it’s the same thing nothing is ever done correctly. Decided to leave a review because people should know the type of service to expect from this location. If I could give them a zero I would, it’s that bad!

I always order the same chicken Baja bowl. It seems that the quality has gone down while the price has gone up. The ingredients have been inconsistent for a while now. They either leave out some of the ingredients or put too little of any of them. I assumed they would have to follow a recipe to ensure it's always the same. Sadly, it doesn't seem to be the case. I have gone to a few Paneras in different towns because i love this bowl but the same has happened to me. Panera has been my go-to since Covid but I may have to find another place for a good salad. *picture*

Oh pretty good until there was a long brown thick hair in my food.. obviously not mine because A . I have thin blue hair .. and B. It was inside of my sandwich when I opened it. Off putting

They gave me a chicken and pepperoni melt with just pepperoni. Sandwich was incredibly overpriced for what i got. 20$ for a sandwich drink and an apple, while your mens bathroom looks like nobody has cleaned it in weeks. I will never dine here again, i would recommend people to think twice, if they dont clean the bathroom daily, then imagine how clean the food prep area is.

Great breakfast sandwiches with flavorful sausage. Premises are clean. Hazelnut Coffee a plus. Yet, you can sense that there are fewer staff and there seems to be a lot of staff turnover. Still our regular spot for Saturday mornings. See you there!

Very clean place, friendly cashier and lost of choices, also healthy menu choices.

Went there for a drive thru this week. They have drive thru parking spots so I thought there will be some wait. We ended up getting our order from the Window which is so fast. We got green passion smoothie, tea, flat bread pizza and kids grilled cheese. Everything is fresh, tasty, at the right temperature. The staff were so friendly, waving us goodbye and saying safe drive.

My family and I stopped in before our planned spa day at SoJo and were assisted by Eboni. She was very friendly and made the experience a pleasurable one. The next time we’re in the area, stopping through this Panera location is an absolute must!

I love the service at Panera Bread. The staff is polite , the food is delicious and FRESH and the options on the menu are great. I also like how the service is set up. From placing your order to taking your name, to having a designated area where you can comfortably wait to receive your food. They offer a variety of pastries and drinks that keep me coming back. I enjoy the pumpkin/squash soup in the cold months along with the 10 vegetable soup and the sandwiches are also delicious. They also offer a dine-in section which is cozy. If you are in this area, stop by!

These guys consistently butcher mobile orders. I believe there is a double check process but we still cannot go three consecutive orders without them making a significant mistake. They really need to do better….

Ebony was so helpful when we ordered! Food was great, as always, and Ebony went above and beyond making sure our Panera experience was on point, it was like talking to an old friend. Would go back just for the service.

First time here, missing ingredients in my chipotle chkn sandwich, Avocados were hard as a rock. Manager gave me a refund but I probably won't risk this level of disappointment again 😞
