I went to Williams Jewelers to get an appraisal on my father’s watch. I was very impressed with the store, but even more by the courteous and kind staff who helped me with getting the appraisal. They told me it might be a while, which was fine. In fact, it came back much quicker than expected and I was notified via email. My appraisal was professionally done, and again, I was treated with such kindness. The store is an oasis with so much to look at and the associates are knowledgeable and professional. It was a positive experience, and because I have several jewelry pieces I need to learn about, I will certainly return.

Couldn’t have asked for a better buying process for the engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. Felt so welcome and not pressured to buy anything. Carol was awesome to work with when I first went in for the engagement ring. Helped having an idea of what I wanted but Carol was always in communication after purchasing as well and made it much more comfortable buying such a pricey item. Buying an engagement ring at Williams Jewelers was a GREAT experience! I came in a few weeks ago with almost no information about rings, diamonds, or even how proposals worked. AJ took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that was informative without overwhelming me. Then, when I went back, he helped me to pick out the perfect ring and diamond for my proposal. Finally, he went above and beyond to make sure I could have the ring ready by the time I flew to MN to propose. Absolutely wonderful service and I highly recommend this place!

Walked in Williams Jewelers in Englewood with my husband and received a warm welcome from Dylan. We wanted to custom an anniversary ring based on the style that we had purchased at a chain store, but with better quality of diamonds instead. The chain store used diamonds of I color and SI clarity, but I wanted a minimum of G/H and VS. Dylan brought down their jewelry designer Pokey and walked us through the whole process. About a week later, we went in for wax fitting. Only a few minor adjustments were needed. Within less than 10 business days, Dylan personally delivered the beautiful ring to our house since Williams Jewelers is forced to close during COVID-19 lockdown. The ring is made exactly the way I wanted. We finished the "tailgate" transaction in the garage :) Thanks to Dylan for the professionalism and completed the order in such a timely manner during this difficult time! Every time I have to go to Williams Jewelers they amaze me. Twice when I brought my wedding set for repair and thought it would be $500-$600, I wasn’t charged anything. Believe me, I was shocked!! For being an upscale jewelry store, everyone I’ve dealt with have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. They’re friendly, courteous and even fun. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend them, they’re the best!

My girlfriend and I live just down the street from Williams, so we decided to go there to look at engagement rings. We had a good experience there as we were helped by Jack. He was patient and did a good job at explaining all the details, as he knew it was all fairly new to the both us. Overall, the experience in the store was positive with Jack. I emailed him a week later asking to schedule an appointment to design her ring. He got back to me four business days later with some times and I sent him my availability. I did not get a response and had to send him another email due my schedule changing (although it was only two business days by then and not his fault, as my schedule changes frequently.) We then met and he said he’d get back to me within a week for the ring design. I did not hear back from Jack at all. I sent him a follow-up email a month after we met asking for an update and still did not hear back. Over another week passed and I emailed the store (still had not gotten a response from Jack yet) to inform them of what happened and that I was going to go elsewhere so they could stop the process on their end. I still have not heard back from the store nor from Jack. I then emailed another store and had an immediate response and a design sent within a couple business days. As previously stated, we had a great experience in the store. But, the consistent lack of communication was not impressive. If there were delays in the process, at least some communication would have been nice. I’m not asking for a 24-72 hour response, but to go almost a month and a half with no contact and me sending follow-up emails with no response did not make me feel very valued. If I could do 2.5, I would. But because Jack helped us so much the first day and because they’re a family owned business, 3 will do!

Steve is just about the nicest person you’ll meet. I was having trouble with a watch band and he solved the issue in a second. He then very kindly gave me a detailed tour of the watch section which was beyond enjoyable as burgeoning watch enthusiast. Steve’s (and the whole rest of the staff’s) kindness, expertise, and love of watches was such a special thing to experience. Thank you so much!

Me and my wife went to Williams this weekend to look for a watch for me. Upon not finding anything for me, I immediately noticed a stunning Tudor 31mm Black Bay for my wife. John, our salesperson, immediately noticed my interest and quickly pivoted from me to my wife, both talking up the quality of the watch but also instructing her on the pedigree and provenance of the Tudor brand. He was both engaging and funny, less interested in making a sale and more interested in making sure that my wife loved the watch. Ultimately we purchased the watch from Williams and it is perfect. John was so great, as was all the staff. As someone that as purchased multiple items from Williams, I can attest to not only the quality of their goods sold but the attention and time they spend to ensure they are selling their customers the right piece. Dylan, who is very knowledgeable, took great care in helping my friend and I pick out a couple of watches. I won't hesitate to make additions to the collection from Williams. Since then we've made additional visits and are always greeted with a friendly welcome and great service. Cory, the watchmaker, did a professional job getting additional watches sized and minor scratches polished. Thanks again for making us feel welcome and taking care of us!

Jewelry repair only. They were very helpful and took their time with me, no rushed feeling. Andrew was so wonderful to work with. The downside was, when I saw the Jewelry completed there were clearly imperfections in their work to the naked eye. There was no attention to detail from the jewler themselves. Fortunately they fixed it quickly with buffing but it should never have been an issue. Would not return for repair.

We went there to get my wedding ring set sized way down, they did a fantastic job of repairing all the wear and tear, moving all the diamonds around and the customer service was fantastic- Carolyn was the best!! So glad we picked them for our jewelry needs.

Top-notch business!! Pleasant, non-intimidating shopping experience. I also have entrusted them with numerous jewelry repairs and refurbishments over the years. My most recent visits were for the replacement of the crystal for my Rolex, and the replacement of a clasp for my bracelet . I dropped my watch on a tiled floor, and the bracelet had such a small clasp that it was unwearable before the fix. Now I can wear my Mom’s bracelet, and it’s a warm remembrance for me. I also am pleased with the engraving for my watch; it was well worth the reasonable price. Beautiful workmanship from a well-trusted company!

Don't let anyone in the store take your watch into the back room for a number of minutes -- they'll swap out the original valuable jewels of your watch and replace them with inferior ones.
