I was recommended to Dr. Tadros through a family member and it was the best decision I made when considering her for rhinoplasty surgery. Before getting a CT scan, at my consultation with Dr. Tadros she was able to see that I likely had a deviated septum and possibly a fracture at the bridge of my nose. Dr. Tadros and her team were very professional and accommodating and made the whole process from start to finish as comfortable and seamless as possible. Leading up to the surgery, her office team was very on top of the perpetration materials and lovely to speak with whenever I had a question. On the day of surgery, Dr. Tadros walked me through the procedure and changes that were going to happen during the procedure to set my expectations of the desired outcome I was trying to achieve. Dr. Tadros and the entire medical team made me feel extremely comfortable before going into the OR and from the second I woke up from surgery. It was very easy to schedule my follow up appointments and during my follow up appointments, Dr. Tadros walked through the procedure again and explained the changes she had made. She fixed my deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, and a broken bone which has helped not only the physical appearance of my nose and making it look more naturally straight with no bump, but also the breathing issues I was having as a result of those aspects of my nose prior to surgery. I would strongly recommend Dr. Tadros for rhinoplasty surgery given her extensive expertise and knowledge in the facial plastic and reconstructive surgery field. Her professionalism goes unmatched and I am so happy I found her!!

I had a rhinoplasty as a teen in the early 80s. In short, it has been the cause of a lifetime of chronic sinus issues. My ENT had been imploring me for years to undergo corrective surgery, but I was fearful and convinced myself it wasn’t impacting my life enough to undergo surgery. As I have gotten older the issues had gotten worse. Enter an advertisement in 201 Magazine. Reading Dr. Tadros’ impressive bio prompted me to make an appointment. From beginning to end, the experience has been phenomenal. Her office staff has an unmatched level of professionalism. Every one is incredibly nice, concerned, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Her staff took care of everything pre surgery: insurance, pre-op appointments, scheduling. Even post surgery texts are responded to promptly. Dr. Tadros had her work cut out for her with the myriad of issues my nose presented and she took care of me with skill, confidence, patience, reassurance and a lot of hand holding. I feel like a new person and am able to breathe normally. I am six months post surgery and recommend Dr. Tadros, without reservation. It was the best experience I have had with a doctor in terms of level of care, follow-through and interactions with office staff.

I would leave one thousand if there were a negative star to give. I met this doctor after my first rhino in early 2000 to fix the tip of my nose that was a little round which I believed interfered with my breathing (in hindsight, there was nothing wrong with it, but I wanted a more defined nose). Three surgeries later, I was left with a ruined, dilapidated nose with a massively undefined, bulbous tip. I trusted this doctor, and time and time and time again, she failed me – yes, I blame myself for not walking away sooner. After the last surgery (2020), I realized that I was duped and questioned the results, only to be told that my “ethnic skin” caused all my surgeries to fail. INSANITY!!! Blame the patient instead of your incompetency is her MO. I’m now two months post-op after seeing a different surgeon, and my nose is significantly different after ONE surgery. It took my current doctor one surgery to fix my nose (many doctors refused to operate on it for the state it was in), which this doctor failed to do in three. Oh, and the surgical notes provided were a bunch of nonsense designed for insurance billing. This is my story, and if there were one person, I wish I had never met in my life, it would be this doctor.

After you do your due diligence and read about Dr. Tadros's medical credentials, her brilliance, her surgical expertise, her patience and her kindness, make an appointment and you will still be blown away by the person that you meet. Dr. Tadros saved my life. I was lucky enough to be referred to her after suffering a freak accident several years ago which resulted in an onset of debilitating migraines as well as the need for several facial surgeries. She has qualities that I find rare in the medical field; she is beyond highly skilled, kind, patient, efficient, and always has my needs as her priority when she is treating me. Her efficiency doesn’t mean she is fast-it means she takes her time doing exactly what I need after she listens intently. She clearly understands the unfortunate changing and painful symptoms involved with migraine and was able to get me back to a place in my life where I can enjoy it. Her careful diagnoses and treatments truly saved me and continue to allow me to manage migraine and live in as little pain as possible. Her office staff is also exceptional. Not having to worry about insurance issues was a major relief, especially during the time of surgeries. Amazing staff! Everyone is super nice and caring and available at anytime! The whole process was thorough and I knew the next steps no matter what it was, Dr. Tadros did an amazing job with my nose, I went from barely being able to breathe through my nose, to breathing great! After the procedure they make sure to keep up with you to answer questions and check how you are doing with recovery as well! Great Experience!

Dr. Tadros is the BEST and I trust her with everything! She has amazing bedside manner, so caring and really listens and hears what I am saying. I am very happy with Dr. Tadros. I got Bell’s Palsy back in 2018 and I discovered her after it had healed to about the point it was going to. I was left with synkinesis, but she does treatments with Botox that really help make the synkinesis less noticeable. She is very nice and knowledgeable and everyone at this office is super friendly. It is also a beautiful office and a very relaxing environment.

Dr. Tadros and her entire office staff is one of the best around, I highly recommend her. Dr. Tadros is an expert at what she does. My son was referred to Dr. Tadros for what appeared to be abnormal bone growth on his nose. Dr. Tadros was caring and very patient with us while she explained recommended testing. When she called us in to go over the results, my son’s bone growth was perfectly normal but she noticed that he had a severe deviated septum with chronic infection in his sinuses. She went over his scans in great detail and recommended surgery. We couldn’t be more grateful. The surgery was an amazing success and my son’s overall health has improved because of it. My son was 13 at the time and we were very nervous. Dr. Tadros’ calm demeanor and patience made us beyond comfortable with the upcoming procedure. One night, Dr. Tadros scheduled a virtual appointment to answer additional questions and concerns that I had. In addition to Dr. Tadros, her entire staff is caring, professional and very easy to work with.

To go straight to the point it has been a blessing to find Dr. Tadros and her team in my life path. I am a combat Veteran and a now retired Police agent due to so many stresses that life placed in my path I experienced a face paralysis also know as “ Bells Palsy”. I’ve been with Dr Monica for few yrs now. I moved out of state, but cannot change my doc. I commute 3 hours back and forth just to have treatment done by her. I decided to have Dr. Tadros be the only physician I would trust to touch my face. I learned about her practice in a news review of the work she had done restoring a patient who almost entirely lost his face in an accident many years ago. I thought if she could do that, she understood both the medical and the aesthetic aspects of any routine facial improvement. So I flew from Chicago to New York to meet with her, and my perception of her skills was validated. The improvements she ultimately made were so subtle and careful, nobody knew I had undergone any kind of modification. I have continued to return to Dr. Tadros over the course of 15 years for restoration and aging issues that need attention. She has always understood what was needed, and I have always trusted her recommendations. I cannot be more appreciative of the sense of well-being that I have received from her over these many years. I would never let anybody else touch me, and I can only recommend her work to the highest standard. To this day, when I return to Chicago nobody notices the small but effective changes that have been made -- they notice I look wonderful but they can’t figure out why.

I researched for months after having been told by a local ENT that I would benefit from nasal surgery to improve my breathing. Although I live in an area with extremely qualified medical professionals, no doctor met the criteria and expertise of Dr. Monica Tadros. Dr. Tadros’ certifications and qualifications exceeded all other candidates in that she is double board certified in the two areas I needed-Ear Nose and Throat as well as Facial and Reconstructive Surgery. I had high expectations during my 90 minute drive to the office, but within minutes of arriving my expectations were far exceeded. From the moment I entered the spa-inspired receptions and was greeted by the lovely and professional team of staff, I felt comfortable. I have suffered from White Coat syndrome over the years upon meeting a new medical professional, but I felt no anxiety in Dr. Tadros’ environment. It didn’t hurts that Dr. Tadros and her staff are beautiful. As a woman, needing surgery on her face, knowing my chosen doctor understands aesthetics as well as functionality sealed the deal. I knew she cared about my medical needs/concerns and vanity as well. Dr. Tadros explained my needs and her solution in a manner that was both relatable without being condescending to a layperson. I asked a lot of questions, often interrupted her, and she was gracious and kept me on track for my own benefit. Even Alvaro, Dr. Tadros’ medical assistant was a complete pleasure in taking less than flattering photos of me for the records! I felt in extremely competent hands on the day of surgery. Dr. Tadros is very efficient in communication and procedures yet has a gentle voice and bedside manner when it matters. Another important point regarding expectations- I was given a full understanding of my post-operative recovery so that I was extremely prepared. My post-op days were relatively easy as I knew what to expect. I truly feel blessed to have found Dr. Tadros and her team. As I said to my family and friends, I should’ve had this procedure done decades ago, but I wouldn’t have had the expert care that I found with Dr. Tadros in 2022!

I have seen Dr. Tadros more than once for different procedures. My experience has always been exceptional! Not only is Dr. Tadros very knowledgeable in her field, but she has excellent bedside manner. Even the entire staff is amazing! They are very professional and extremely accommodating. My whole life I’ve always wanted a rhinoplasty. I also had some sinus issues so when I was looking for a doctor, I wanted to make sure they understood both sinus and cosmetic procedures. I came across Dr. Tadros on google and the reason why I came to see her was because she was dual board certified in reconstructive facial plastic surgery and an ENT. I came to the office and I immediately knew she was the doctor for me. She was very gentle with amazing bedside manner. Her work is very natural, which is something I was looking for. I had my surgery December 20, 2017 and the recovery process was much easier than expected. The office staff was amazing and extremely helpful throughout the process. It will be 5 years since my surgery, and I can definitely say I love the results more and more. I loved my results so much that I sent family and friends to have their procedure done by her too. I highly recommend Dr. Tadros if you’re looking for medical and cosmetic procedures.

I waited a full year since my surgery to write this review so that I could provide a true wholistic picture of my experience. I had had two previous sinus surgeries performed by two different ENT doctors before. One of those surgeries left my nose deformed, and while they temporarily alleviated some of the issues I was having, the second surgery created new sinus issues that I was left to deal with. When I asked the ENT to fix the the issues that they created and they said nothing could be done, I knew it was time to move on. In my search to find someone to correct both the structural and aesthetic issues I was facing I had gotten consultations with 5 different surgeons, including Dr. Tadros. Because Dr. Tadros is double board certified, she was the only Dr. out of the 5 that was able to fix both the aesthetic & structural issues in one surgery. Not only that, I knew within minutes into my consultation that she was the Dr. I was going to choose. Instead of talking at me, she actually listened to me and what my concerns were. She made me feel at ease on surgery day and throughout my recovery. Now that I am a full year out, I can confidently say I am thrilled with my results. My nose is straight and I can actually breath out of my nose for the first time in years. I would do it all over again if I had to and at this point, Dr. Tadros is the only one I will ever trust with my nose. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner and could have avoided my first 2 surgeries. I have had phenomenal results from being treated by Dr. Tadros. For nearly 10 years I suffered from moderate to severely issues with my nose and sinuses. Since being treated by Dr. Tadros, I actually have a functioning nose/sinuses now. Not only did she answer all of my initial questions, but Dr. Tadros also took the time to do a zoom call with my parents and I to speak on the procedure, her style and attitude towards why she has her practice, and what I would expect as I continued on this journey. Every single conversation with Dr. Tadros and the members of her team has been informative, patient, kind, and truly impactful. I felt not a single bit of nerves going into the procedure because I knew that Dr. Tadros had a specific surgery plan based off of what I wanted and what she as a highly skilled surgeon knew was best for me. On the day of the surgery, the Hackensack pre-op staff helped to keep me calm and made me feel at ease prior to going into the OR. I had heard so many stories from friends and from social media that rhinoplasty's were a tough recovery complete with black eyes and popped vessels. My experience was completely the opposite. I felt great after surgery, little to no pain, I experienced minimal bruising and swelling, and overall had such an easy recovery. I believe this is 100% due to the practiced method that Dr. Tadros uses in addition to her advisement on ways to reduce the potential negative outcomes after surgery. When my cast was removed, it really was like seeing myself in a completely different light. I couldn't believe that my reflection staring back at me, was me. It looks as though it was a nose I was born with, and that is exactly what Dr. Tadros promised. If I could go back in time, I would choose to do this surgery a million times over. I have not experienced one regret since and especially no regret over haven chosen Dr. Tadros and her team. If you are considering beginning this rhinoplasty journey, I truly could not steer you in any other direction than her.

Dr. Tadros is an amazing plastic surgeon. She did an incredible job on my rhinoplasty. She's so easy to talk to and open up to with things you may be concerned with. Professional, knowledgeable and excellent , I recently had a Balloon Sinus Dilation Procedure with Dr. Monica and have been a patient of hers for over a year. My experience at the office is always positive. Dr. Monica is very patient and comforting. I had a tic for over 10 years and would be bothered when I ate and would be so embarrassed around others. I had seen different ENT doctors throughout the years and no one figured out the real issue and/solution. She did not rush and schedule this procedure as soon as I came to her with my issue. To my benefit, she wanted to ensure that there was no other solution before requiring this procedure. Nevertheless it went so well and I breath significantly better these days.
