If
you
ever
wondered
about
getting
or
needing
help
from
a
personal
trainer…...my
story.
James
Worrel
is
the
owner
of
Anytime
Fitness
at
the
Englewood,
Co
location
and
runs
a
tidy
fitness
center.
To
the
point,
his
AF
is
clean,
well
equipped
and
the
staff
is
friendly
and
competent.
I
started
working
out
via
a
gym
later
in
life.
I
had
neglected
my
physical
self
(sort
of)
while
allowing
my
work
life
to
consume
me
(true).
I
had
thought
about
getting
a
gym
membership
but
put
it
off
for
years.
Finally,
after
letting
the
years
fly
by
without
working
out,
and
noticing
my
untrained
natural
muscle
that
I
had
had
for
years
gradually
leaving
me,
clothing
not
fitting
as
good
as
I
like
and
feeling
tired,
I
decided
to
get
a
gym
membership
to
get
in
shape.
So,
I
got
a
gym
membership
at
AF
and
I
had
the
membership
for
a
couple
years,
but
since
I
didn’t
know
what
I
was
doing,
I
just
went
through
the
motions
of
working
out,
and
then
only
when
I
felt
like
it….
no
more
than
that,
there
was
no
consistency.
Maybe
once
in
a
while
I
would
get
inspired
and
really
put
some
effort
into
it,
but
not
knowing
where
I
was
going
with
it
found
myself
sort
of
floundering….
wondering
what
am
I
doing
here?!
Asking
myself
that
question
after
having
a
gym
membership
for
2
years
with
minimal
results,
I
knew
I
had
to
figure
something
out,
which
lead
me
to
the
realization
that
I
really
didn’t
know
what
I
was
doing.
I
had
no
experience
or
idea
what
working
out
on
a
regular
basis
would
entail,
so
I
sucked
it
up
and
asked
AF
for
a
personal
trainer
to
learn
from
and
get
help
from.
That
turned
out
to
be
one
of
the
better
decisions
I
have
ever
made.
It
changed
my
life.
As
it
turned
out
for
me,
owner
manager
James
Worrel
arranged
Cindi
to
become
my
personal
trainer
at
AF.
Over
the
next
several
weeks
of
working
with
Cindi,
my
workouts
went
from
the
same
old
same
old
workouts
to
workouts
with
intention,
and
I
began
noticing
results.
I
later
came
to
learn
&
understand
the
value
Cindi
brings,
as
she
is
specifically
qualified
for
and
trained
in
personal
training.
Turns
out
she
graduated
with
a
masters
in
fitness
science
from
NE
State
in
Oklahoma,
and
is
also
a
certified
nutritionist.
Cindi
loves
her
work
(it
is
not
work
for
her)
and
she
is
gifted
at
it,
which
carries
over
to
your
workout
attitude
and
results.
She
brings
a
lot
of
intangibles
to
the
table.
Today
my
workouts
of
1
to
3
times
per
week
for
the
last
18
months
have
me
feeling
so
much
better
and
seemingly
has
wound
the
clock
back
several
years.
Key:
the
intentional
workouts
that
you
learn
are
not
ball
busters
(but
can
be),
however
the
importance
of
consistently
showing
up
and
doing
the
work
cannot
be
overstated.
From
the
perspective
of
a
previously
non-workout
person...
me,
this
is
something
you
learn,
and
learn
to
commit
to.
Maybe
for
me
it
was
blind
luck
finding
a
personal
trainer
like
Cindi,
but
you
don’t
have
to
rely
on
luck
if
you
are
reading
this.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
