    I purchased a used Lincoln Navigator pretty much over the phone. Dave Cunningham was the salesperson, he picked me up from the airport and did everything I asked him to do. It was a very pleasant experience. I flew from Florida to Colorado. It is 11/17/ 2023 , I purchased my 2014 Lincoln Navigator L . It has been a great vehicle. I still talk to Dave Cunningham the salesperson. I have even referred a friend to purchase a vehicle from him as well. He flew in from Chicago to purchase another Lincoln Navigator.

    We bought our second Lincoln at Landmark, and we're so happy with the whole experience. We found a certified pre-owned car online and when we went to see it it was raining. Mike knew we were coming so had the car inside so we could look at it while staying dry and comfortable. The car was immaculate and Mike and Landmark made sure everything was tip top. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and personable. Thank you Mike F. and the entire team 👍🏻😁

    My experience at Landmark Lincoln was nothing less than exceptional. Lou Y. did a phenomenal job at helping me decide which vehicle best satisfied my needs. He took the time needed to make sure that I was informed to make the right decision, and was a key component in facilitating a great deal. Before leaving in my beautiful flight blue black label Nautilus, Lou made sure that he answered everyone of my questions and that I knew how everything functioned. I would also like to mention the wonderful job that Alan R. did, he also made me feel comfortable during the finance process by thoroughly explaining each document without omitting a single detail. Thank you Landmark Lincoln for an exceptional experience.

    I walked into Landmark Lincoln with no certainty that I would be interested in any of their vehicles. From my first visit, Tammy Walker was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. I walked in with a BMW X5 and walked out of there with a 2023 Lincoln Aviator. I’m thrilled with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and this vehicle!

    I worked with David Cunningham to purchase a used 2017 MKX at Landmark Lincoln. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I would rate this as the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, new or used, out of the several vehicles I have purchased to date.

    Landmark Lincoln was the best experience I have had at a dealership and I can’t say enough nice things about Monica Axt and Alan Reick. From the moment I arrived for my service appointment, I was greeted with warmth and experienced a level of customer service I had almost forgotten existed. Doug, Kyle, and Steve were instrumental in making the extended repairs and service a seamless and enjoyable experience. What truly stood out to me was their genuine dedication to ensuring I had a positive service experience from start to finish. Their excellent communication, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills made me feel like a valued customer throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the lovely lady who always answered the phone and then followed up with "it would be my pleasure to connect you".     I looked all over the country for a 23 Black Label Nautilus in Blue with the tan interior and was very fortunate to find the exact vehicle I wanted at Landmark. Within minutes of my inquiry I had a response back from Nichole and she went to work from there and made the complete process a breeze. I drove my trade in out from Missouri and Nichole even came in on her day off to complete the deal. Absolutely an A+ dealer ship. Thanks Nichole and team. Chris

    I was very pleased with my experience at Landmark Lincoln. I love my Lincoln Aviator and the entire process was enjoyable and simple. The team went above and beyond to work with my complicated schedule and make the process effortless on my end. They ensured my vehicle was ready when needed and kept me updated along the way.     I would like to express how much I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tammy Walker in the purchase of my new 2023 Lincoln Corsair. She certainly is a delight to work with and goes above and beyond to ensure that you’re completely at ease making this a no-pressure sale. With Tammy, I felt comfortable and relaxed as she took us for several test drives as I worked through my choices before settling in my dream car! She is very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the features of the new car. What really sold me is she found the exact color I wanted, with the exact interior I like and even let me drive it home to make sure it fit in the garage!!!! I have not been disappointed with my new 2023 Lincoln Corsair and would certainly recommend Tammy Walker as your sales representative, she’s the BEST!!

    Landmark Lincoln really needs to be recognized by the Ford/Lincoln corporate office. Every single employee I dealt with, form the initial phone conversation with the Service Manager Shawn, the Loaner Manager Ryan and all the way up to the General Manager not only did he ask me how I was doing that day he asked if my warranty issue was resolved. It was! - Very clean and stocked client waiting area - Every employee was attentive and super polite - The team at Landmark earned a new client and only reaffirmed the commitment Lincoln has to providing Luxury vehicles with the same standard of service

    Truly has the best car buying experience and Landmark Lincoln. My husband and I purchased a preowned BMW from them. It was detailed immaculately, we had the best sales woman Nicki help us out and Brad the finance managed helped us finish up the paperwork. We had fantastic customer service, and it was just a really great buying experience! I would absolutely recommend anyone who’s in the market for either a Lincoln or a preowned vehicle to check out landmark Lincoln!

    My husband and I spent three months looking for a car and visited with countless dealerships across the Front Range. From the moment we connected with the staff at Landmark Lincoln we could tell their customer service was a BIG step above the rest. Not only did they sell me a 2011 Lexus RX350 in beautiful condition, they went the extra mile at every chance they could to be sure I was happy with the vehicle I was purchasing. Nicki, our salesperson, takes great pride in her job, is transparent and helpful, and was a blast to hang out with while we waited to finalize all the paperwork. Ed, the manager, was new to his role but made us feel right at home in his office. It's clear that everyone at Landmark Lincoln cares about the cars they are selling and the customers they are selling them to. I will forever recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pre-owned car in the Denver metro area.

    First, I’d like to thank Ken for making buying my second Lincoln a fantastic experience. Thanks to Alan and everyone else that made sure that we got everything we wanted and a few things we didn’t know we wanted yet. I’m very happy with my new vehicle, hopefully everyone will still be around when it’s time for my third, and possibly electric, Lincoln.

    *UPDATE* 4/25/23 Unfortunately, the corrosion grew back on the battery terminal and the problem was not resolved. I made an appointment for 4/24/23 for another concern and was told that I would be charged $50 for a battery terminal clean, anti corrosion spray, and terminal grease and pads installment. Very disappointed because this appears to be a bandaid on the issue instead of the root of the problem which I invested in having resolved during my last visit. Will post picture after vehicle pickup. I chose to take my care to a Lincoln dealership in hopes that the investment would yield a top not repair that I would not have to follow up on. Overall I am not feeling confident in going back to this dealership for future repairs. The hourly repair rate is significantly higher than other options and the cost benefit analysis considering my personal time and the repeat issue is just not worth it. I hope I can find a trustworthy mechanic that will provide before and after pictures of alleged issues. I left the conversation about what my car needed feeling price gouged. I went to a Ford dealership to have an inspection completed and they offered to provide pictures with explanations. *** Update*** The mechanics that I work with commented with the following "Age of vehicle. Just getting old. Nice repair though, very clean and factory type repair." I have updated my rating from a 3 to a 5 after speaking with my mechanic coworker. Thank you Ron for the repair and Kyle for the customer service at Landmark Lincoln. Brought my 2010MKZ, Onyx, in because there was no power, no start, and a cable was burned. (I’ll add the before and after picture.) I’m no pro but I noticed corrosion around the battery terminal and the melted battery terminal cable. Landmark Lincoln diagnosed that battery cable between starter motor and battery needed to be replaced. $589.08 later and I am happy that Onyx is running again.

    I really like the service I get from Landmark Lincoln. Waiting for an oil change is usually not a problem. They get me in and out in a little over an hour. And the wait is always pleasant and they keep me informed about the status of my vehicle. I trust them so much that I even bring my daughter's Ford to them. When you have a place you like, it's very comfortable going there.

    Nicole is the best! My husband and I have been to at least five dealerships looking for the perfect vehicle and the only person who actually took the time to get to know us was Nicole. Of course we were excited to purchase a vehicle from her. She was super patient when it came to complete all of the paperwork, even when we ended up changing our minds that caused us to stay passed closed. She was never impatient and never was pushy or in a hurry. She took care of us the whole way and made sure the vehicle was taken care of in every way possible. We will definitely be going back to Nicole when we need a new car!

    We went on a whim to see a car I've been eyeing. Mel was first to greet us. I was surprised and relieved that he wasn't the typical, pushy, sleazy car salesman. He was patient, honest, helpful and offered some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Mel not only showed his great loyalty to his customer, but then he told us he's been at Landmark Lincoln for 37 years. That is LOYALTY.     I love Landmark! I've brought my vehicle here multiple times! The time for a loaner is a couple weeks but they do great work! Jorge in Service is fantastic! Zach in Sales is a pretty cool dude! Everything I would hope for in a dealership!

    Always have great customer at Landmark Lincoln. So convenient for service as they have mobile service. They can even pick up your car and service it then bring it back. The service advisor was very helpful. He scheduled my service in less than one week. I would highly recommend Landmark Lincoln for service and for vehicle purchase.

    Talk about customer service. I hate dealerships, and despise going anywhere for maintenance for your vehicle. But Lincoln landmark is truly amazing. I needed a oil change. Knew it be around 70 to 90 dollars. I got it right, costed me 86 dollars. But that is not all they did was just a oil change. Tire rotation, checked alignment, topped all fluids off. I have a mkz hybrid so they checked my battery, brakes, car washed so much more. So for 86 dollars was well worth it. Anyone that has a Lincoln, especially a hybrid I assumed it's different care or maintenance why I went here first place. But I definitely recommend this place. I will continue to take my car here.

    I was contacted by the service manager of Landmark Lincoln after my following review was posted. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to address the issue. I would highly recommend Landmark Lincoln. I am satisfied with the result. Previous review follows: Service was excellent with one exception. I purchased a Lincoln because I was told that when it needed service a Lincoln would be delivered to my house for use and my car would be picked up for the service and delivered back to my home. I reserved the loaner car weeks before when service was scheduled. The day before I was informed that no loaner would be available. THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR OR EXPECTED WHEN I PURCHASED MY LINCOLN. If Lincoln does not have enough loaner cars, they need to get more. They did have a mobil unit that came to my home and performed the service. However, I was not able to get the complimentary wash that was included if it had gone to the Landmark Lincoln service facility. The quality of the service was good it just fell short of what I was promised when I purchased the car and no financial adjustment or compensation was made.

    AN AMAZINGLY DELIGHTFUL BUYING EXPERIENCE AT A FABULOUS DEALERSHIP I recently bought my second Lincoln -- the absolutely fabulous 2022 Corsair Grand Touring PHEV -- at Landmark Lincoln. And what a great experience I had in buying from Bob Davis, the terrific salesman I had many years ago when I bought my first Lincoln, an MKZ hybrid. We had a great test drive together where Bob showed me some of the very cool bells & whistles on this beauty, and within minutes I knew I'd be moving forward with the purchase. The business end of the transaction with Alan went very smoothly, and I opted to get a protection package (window tinting, clear bra) that involved returning two days later to pick the car up. Bob presented my new car to me as proudly as if it were my firstborn child! It was waiting, gleaming and beautiful, in the "delivery room". Couldn't be happier to look forward to many years with my new Corsair GT -- and, quite honestly, to continue dealing with the wonderful service team at Landmark; Kyle is a credit to the profession! And Bob? Even more fun to deal with on my second go-round than the first!
