I really enjoyed visiting with the staff here and learning about a few benefits of the drinks. I bought 4 and got one free of the 'take and make' later drinks. I plan on drinking these to boost my energy for my night shift. They were quite busy when I was there and I wish I could have learned more. I will be back for more 'to go' items so that I can make my drinks at my own convenience. The drink I had made and took with me was delicious! Fruity pleasant tasting drink. Staff were friendly.

I love coming into the Square nutrition and starting my days in a healthy way. When I start my days here, I end up making better food choices all day long because I feel good from their products. Gloria and everyone is so sweet and welcoming.

The owners were there when my wife, 2 boys, & I came in to get drinks & were a font of information & knowledge; the drinks were excellent & has a nice family environment!

Awesome customer service. Explained everything and was very helpful. Great place to go for a nutritional tea or smoothie.
