So,
I
just
moved
to
the
area
two
months
ago
and
I'm
looking
for
a
new
stylist.
Saw
the
reviews
for
this
salon
so
I
thought
I'd
give
it
a
try.
Last
Saturday
I
was
in
Enid
doing
my
weekend
errands
and
stopped
by
the
salon
to
make
an
appointment
-
hair
cut
and
brow
wax,
super
simple
since
I
have
a
pixie
cut.
Had
to
wait
for
a
stylist
to
come
to
the
front
desk
to
help
me
-
no
big
deal.
When
she
asked
how
she
could
help
me,
I
told
her
I
wanted
to
set
up
an
appointment
for
a
cut
and
brow
wax.
When
she
asked
for
stylist
preference,
I
told
her
it
was
my
first
visit
and
I
didn't
have
one.
When
she
asked
for
a
day
and
time,
I
said
a
Saturday
because
my
working
hours
conflict
with
their
salon
hours
during
the
week.
Then
she
went
to
speak
with
her
colleague.
When
she
returned,
she
took
my
name
and
phone
number
and
said
"we'll
call
you
back".
It's
been
a
week
and
I
haven't
heard
back
from
them.
I'd
seen
really
good
reviews
but
when
I
was
there
I
didn't
feel
welcomed
and
I've
never
gone
to
a
salon
where
making
an
appointment
for
a
new
customer
required
review
and
a
call
back.
I
asked
for
an
appointment
for
a
Saturday
with
the
understanding
that
it
would
be
two
weeks
out
or
so
--
I
didn't
imply
that
I
was
a
walk-in
or
wanted
an
appointment
the
same
day.
And
I
would
call
them
myself
if
I
felt
the
outcome
would
be
any
different
from
when
I
came
in
person
to
make
an
appointment.
I'm
just
really
miffed
and
disappointed.
