    Worst one to go to! I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and BOTH patties were very undercooked! More raw than cooked! Fries were actually fresh and perfectly salted rather than having a little fries with your salt. Most of the workers make it known they hate their job and your order is an inconvenience. I’m not Lady Gaga.. I don’t like things RAW! Awful! Just awful!

    Always terrible service. Night employees often turn off the lights outside, turn off app ordering, and hide inside doing nothing til the morning crew comes in. I've noticed this anywhere from 1am to 3am. Foods often not fresh and they don't know how to count on the nuggets. Never have Frappes at this location so I try to avoid it. They should pay better so they can hire real employees.

    Waited in drive-through over 30 minutes just to be told that my food wasn’t ready and to pull forward. Then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes just to be approached and asked what my order was. So then waited another 10 minutes to get my food. Got home and looked for my food in the bag just to find it all wrong. Sweet!

    After waiting for 10 min to get help we ordered on the kiosk. Our order went through. Waited another 20 minutes to be ignored by every person that looked at as. Finally someone took food to a customer that had came in 30 min after we ordered. Asked about our order and she told us she had no orders on the screen. The manager came up and hatefully said, “tell me your order”. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t even give this place one star. We ended up getting a refund and leaving with a hungry child.

    I must have the best luck with McDonald's as they always make sure they screw you by not giving all you ordered. . One thing for certain is if they make a mistake, it's never in your favor so conveniently. O then get no answer if you try to call.

    Food seems decent. And most staff really friendly. Missing part of my order so had to drive halfway back across town. Took a bit but I did get the missing part of my order.

    Ordered 2 of the new BLT QPC, received 2 regular QPC's. Charged us extra $4.00 for bacon (that was to come with the sandwichs) . Did not get bacon. Incorrect order Over charged Cold fries Manager could not do the math regarding overcharge for bacon. Then to get home without bacon. Not a good visit. Store was very trashy and floors were horrible. I would not have ordered if I had gone inside in the first place.

    Drive threw attendants need an attitude adjustment, and to clean out their ears. After repeating my order 3x, I was told I didn't have to be rude because I said, "no one ordered coffee. " I just left.

    Usually I give this McDonald's a high rating , but today is a different day , I was upset when I paid for my big breakfast and extra egg and didn't receive my extra egg not my hash brown, which was completely understandable considering they were super busy, so I called to inform them that I was missing some items and the assistant manager that gets to work at 9 cause that's what he told me was very unprofessional on handling the situation you'd think it was me that messed up something of his! As I proceed to inform her of the mistake her telling me to calm down well I was only talking he was literally "Yo yo lady you need to chill man, I'm chilling and I'm the assistant I'm telling you what I'm gonna do!" 😲 Seriously sounded like some punk kid and when I told her she sounds young she then informed me she is 31. Well McDonald's this 31 yr old that you've made assistant I would most definitely look into another more mature adult to consider being in he's place cause she is the most unprofessional person I've ever delt with. Sorry I took back my five stars but this visit was definitely a very unsatisfying one as I have ever had ...my own children that are 18,16,&12 talk with more respect then this young man. Manners and apologies is what gets you far in life young woman! Not the hood status your carring . Hope you all don't keep this young woman around cause if you do I'm sure I won't be the only person complaining.And I'll go to a different McDonald's for now on as well and hope to much that people take this review seriously 😒

    Terrible quality of food, very often stale and gross. Randomly the crew hides at night and refuses to take orders. You can see their cars there and it's a 24 hour location but they'll hide and refuse to take orders.

    Went here around 1 am and waited in line for a whole HOUR and we received cold food. You’d think for being a 24 hour mcds they’d be more prepared for these late night rushes ESPECIALLY since y’all are the only ones open in town around that time.

    This is the worst McD I have ever been to. Management and staff are rude, crude, and arrogant. Rarely is my order 100% correct, and they are so self important that complaining is just a futile attempt. Their first option is to accuse the customer of lying. Today they were unable to locate an order for 20min and informed me they couldn't find me. While they were looking for the only waiting customer they told me I didn't pay, they didn't have my order, I didn't order, and we couldn't find you. This store and staff are reprehensible.

    Kids playing in the front window which is very unprofessional. Waited at the window 5 minutes for my iced caramel macchiato just to be sent to the 3rd window...it's been another 10 minutes and I'm still waiting. The line is backed up. Horrible service.. Horrible atmosphere. Idk if the manager is on METH but the district manager needs to come check on the employees here. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Rude customer service. Cookies hard as the devil's balls. Leaving without my drink cause it's been 20 minutes...and I'm only waiting on my MACIATO..

    Maybe it's my age, but I will always think of McDonald's as a fast-food place. Now, they have removed the fountain and self-service items in the dining area, and you have to ask for any sauces, tell them how much ice, etc. in a much more-restricted area around the cashiers/order line. Understandably this is the kitchen area as well, but it just ain't the same. Also, they do not know how to round up your change, on your card, as a donation to the Ronald McDonald House--which has been a tremendous help to family in the past--if you don't drop coins, it doesn't happen. At least the food remains, for the most part, great.

    I ordered and my daughter ordered husband went to pick up. Since my husband did not have the phones it was ordered from they refused to give him the food. He had code from both orders. This Mcdonalds has been difficult for decades due to the franchisee. Mcdonald's needs to revoke the franchise. this is ridiculous. I am so over these people. I will call corporate tomorrow. Not that it will do any good but I will give it the old college try.

    Come on McDonalds. Paid $10.00 for a fish meal with a small shake upgrade. And I only got a half slice of cheese? Sandwich was not hot either but French fries were good and hot.

    Waited at the drive thru 10 mins, not exaggerating, for food. We were the only ones except for the truck already waiting. 6 cars behind us when we left. Was told they were making all the food. Pulled into a parking spot to eat and my daughters burger was cold.

    Ok so there doesn’t seem to be a negative star or I would have -2 at the very least. The store seems to be operating on auto pilot except that the auto pilot is a little special and could care less about quality. After going through the drive-through and getting cold fries, waiting at the third window for 15 minutes. I went inside to see if I could personally assist them with my order and upon entering the store, I noticed that there was at least 12 high school kids just standing around chitchatting like they were at some kind of a party. The second time I got my fries there was no salt on them. They were hot, but I can’t say that they were fresh. The young man at the counter seem to have a serious issue with giving me a couple of sugars for my coffee, and then had a completely other issue is similar to the first about giving me some sweet-and-sour sauce for the flavorless fries they just handed me… the whole experience is hands-down, the worst McDonald’s experience of my life. #tru #GodBless America

    On 4-22-23 about 210pm I Got a quarter pounder with all the fries and a caramel frappe with an extra order fries the fries were cold the meat was dried out and that was the sweetest caramel frappe I have ever tasted. It shouldn't take 20 minutes in drive thru.

    Espresso machine and ice cream/shake machines are ALWAYS broke down or being cleaned. Their drive thru time at night is sinfully SLLLOW. I went through drive thru one night with one car in front of me and one car in front of him (who was currently ordering) and it took 59 minutes to get my order. SHAMEFUL!! Should consider hiring employees who actually care about their job and know how to actually WORK. I rate 1 star only b/c there is no way to rate a - star

    If it's night shift at this place and you're going to drive through be prepared to spend a very very very very very very long time and drive through. My friend and I showed up at the drive-thru there was a car at the menu board ordering one car behind him and then us. It took us 20 minutes to get to the menu board. After waiting 20 minutes to even order our food it took us a total of 59 minutes to get it!! This is a ridiculous time for a crew of any kitchen to serve fast food I mean come on could you possibly possibly work any slower

    We hardly ever stop at McDonald's for anything but their chicken nuggets. This time we ordered 2 quarter pounders, 2 medium fries and 2 ice tea drinks (meal deals). We were surprised by the hamburgers, they were pretty good but the fries has not changed their quality or appeal in decades. The ice tea was great and tasted fresh.

    Best McDonald’s ever from food to service. Young lady working this evening and her friend with the tattoo on his arm hold this store down. You all be nice to them they are so busy and they get more traffic and less help, but you can tell this is run as a tight ship. Don’t be a Karen. Loved seeing the manager call out to her team and have them work together in harmony. They have a big job to fulfill. Some of the DoorDashers picking up tonight were rude for no reason. If you’re so worried about your hourly rate, maybe you should put an app in here, then you’ll know how much you’ll be making. Thank you all at the Maine St location.

    We had my mother-in-law's funeral we were going to, and we stopped to eat. The cashier was so amazing. She even brought sauces and ketchup to us.

    It's McDonald's one of the better ones around just fatty paradise. Should be more options to entice the keto, dieting type people. I go there mainly for my kids.

    Our fries were stale and cold and the manager refused to make fresh fries for us. So we had her give us a refund for the fries. This is the first time this happened. Our family loves McDonald's so this was very disappointing.

    Serving food not cooked all the way call store got told they know but still needs to sell the food and than told me I can go to willow than and hung phone up I did call the other store to get a hold of the general manager he said he was going to look into it but no phone calls back customer service there sucks recommend don’t go

    My go to Micky D's. Not only does eating at this location bring me childhood nostalgia, but they always seem to have fresh fries when I come through. Also they haven't ever told me the ice cream machine was down but I may just have good timing lmao

    This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The Manager there was so rude. She couldn’t get my order right and when I told her she gave me the wrong food she argued with me and told me that is what I ordered. I know what I ordered. Then when I ordered the again she still didn’t get it and still again argued with me and told me it was I didn’t tell her the right order. All while she was trying to take orders thru the drive thru at the same time. I asked to speak to the manager and she grinned and shook her face at me and said I am the manager. I said I will call corporate then and she said go ahead it won’t do you any good! Worst customer service ever! Then when I finally got my order she left it at the counter instead of calling out my number to let me know it was ready and a customer came and told me my order was sitting up there ready! Then she told me why don’t I just leave and not come back. Worst manager I have ever experienced!

    I just went through the window, and I ordered a big Mac and a happy meal with a cheeseburger plan for my daughter, and they only gave her the box with apples and fries, the burger did not come. thanks for the bad service.

    I would have given them 5 stars if they would have been serving serving breakfast, but they were not. The restaurant was clean, they were friendly, and they got my order out pretty quickly. It did take us long to receive our food, I just wish it would have been breakfast and that I'd why the get 4 stars.
