Nice personnel. Tends to go out of their way to help you. Very clean. 6/24/21... Breakfast manager was extremely nice, even though they were busy. 6/13/22...Food was good. Service could have been better.

The food was warm but not fresh. They were completely out of unsweet tea and wouldn't make any more so we had to select alternate drinks that we didn't really want to consume since was later in the day. There were 2 ketchup dispensers that were empty and they just laid packets around on the counter. The staff were friendly but the service was lacking in the drink and condiments were lacking.

Both burgers came out wrong and where I told them I was allergic to what was on it they rolled their eyes at me. It wasn’t even noon and everyone was negative. I understand if you are having a bad day but every single table around us had their food made wrong. Either lighten up or clean house

This place is great! Really good ice cream. Classic burgers. Crinkle cut fries on-point and they have a little convenience store where they sell dairy products from their farms and other staples. Come here about once a week. Also love the Jim Varney connection!

Best place in town for burgers, fries, ice cream and fresh produce! Love the frozen yogurt. And the prices are great!

This store was as nice as the other Brains in town. The interior looked out dates and dingy. The floors where dirty, and the food was slow. In their defense, the store was busy and I didn't see many employees.

OMG! We just moved to OK from TX & had never seen a Braums before, but let me tell u, they have the absolute best dairy products & the absolute best ice cream! We can literally get our little family of 4 ANY ice cream treat we want & it's usually around 12$ TOTAL 😱 and soo yummy! Could u imagine getting put of the other ice cream shops spending 12$ maybe for one person...lol. Love it!

Good ice cream, breakfast mostly reliable... but the bagels are rarely sliced evenly. I miss the $1 drinks

Very disappointed in the burgers tonight. The meat was over cooked & my bacon was burnt. The fries were hot & fresh though. It's usually so much better than it was.

Always the best ice cream. Had a #1 combo today. The burger looks like it sorta got smaller and the fries were limp and soggy. Not like Braums at all. Lost 8.69 for something I just threw away.

As always it's Braum's...what could go wrong? Answer: not stopping 😎 Stopped in for lunch and noticed they offered shakes and malts. So we ordered a chocolate malt. And oh my goodness that was the best choice and it was so good. Their hamburgers and other menu items are very well prepared and the portions are very good. No thin meat patties here unlike most fast food chains. The french fries here are excellent and not little strips of hard and tasteless potato product in the shape of fries. Braum's ice cream is to die for. Our favorites are Rocky Road and Cherries Pecan and Cream. They also have the best tasting food and dairy products available in the mini market area. Braum's is like eating a home cooked meal and you don't have to do the dishes. Braum's there ain't nuttin gooder y'all 🤠

Great food at good price and you can't beat their ice cream prices. Workers are nice and I like the mini store they have. My kids love their chocolate milk.

Best burgers in the southwest. Banana Split and Strawberry Shortcake Sundae were delicious. Stop at the store to purchase chocolate chip cookies to go. Braum’s reusable shopping and cooler bags are made well and priced to sell. Braum’s is our favorite fast food restaurant.

My friend food was incorrect she asked for braums sauce and got no sauce and no lettuce or tomato on her chicken sandwich and me too grasey.

We love Braum's dairy products, freshly made burgers, delicious banana sundee, plus its the only place I love to get my ice cream & cows milk

This place is absolutely off the charts. Delicious from the double cheeseburger and the crispy chicken Sandwich with bacon exquisite affordable. Way better than mcdonald's.

Good food and love the ice cream. I just want to know why I ALWAYS have to pull ahead and wait for my ice cream? Am I not as important as the people behind me?

We arrived at the tail end of major rush and that meant tables hadn't been wiped off, the drink & condiment station needed attention & our wait was a bit longer than usual. We grabbed extra napkins & sat outside. Our frozen yogurt order was easily modified when then that machine malfunctioned. Overall their crew was amazing given the obvious recent chaos.

Store was filthy. Coffee dispenser was empty. Waitress behind counter seemed upset I asked her to fill my cup. Get it together Braum's. You used to be better than this.

7:00am Ordered biscuits and gravy with a small orange juice. Orange juice comes with ice in it, so it's basically watered down tang and the biscuits are so hard around the edges that the plastic silverware won't cut through it. I had to cut out the center and throw out the edge..... 2nd time I've been dissatisfied with quality from this Braum's. Good luck to anyone that goes here.

Typical fast food. Usually a good experience. Right now they have egg nog ice cream and it's GOOD!

I didn’t mind waiting in the drive-through for six minutes for my burritos. But I didn’t appreciate you ruining both of them by leaving them in the microwave way too long. Both thrown in the trash.😡 next time I will go back to the Braums on W. Garriott.

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy has really gone downhill in recent years. The inside is always dirty. Table tops and floors have leftover food on them. The floor feels greasy in the grocery department. Freezers aren't cold enough to keep ice cream frozen hard and it's often melted around the top and sides when you get it home. You often have to wait to check out in the grocery area until a worker notices you standing there with your items. I have not had a good burger here in years and actually have quit eating food here. Burgers were never cooked the same way twice. Raw one time and burned beyond recognition the next. Fries were always cold. They do still make good malts and shakes, if you don't mind waiting a while for them. Appears the entire place is ran by high school kids, most of whom lack customer service skills or the ability to correctly count change back, and just drop it in your hand with the receipt and tell you how much is there. Braum's milk is still the best around and usually the only reason I still shop here.

It was pretty good but not life-changing good if you know what I mean, LoL. I am friends with some folks from Oklahoma and have been hearing about Braum's for years so I had to give it a try.

What you expect from Braum's. The highest quality dairy products abs great fast food.

Braums is the Best Food Service Business Model out there. With a high caliber grocery section and a super clean (very accessible as well) restrooms they become a necessary stop in our travels.

Normally I get great service. But this trip was disgusting. And how does a company Not have large drink cups? That should be a basic order.

Food, was hot a fresh. Employee were not wearing mask. Little miss personality at the window can be less rude.

My home town favorite! Please come to Georgia! I only get Braum's when I come home to Oklahoma. But please don't be like Sonic! Georgia Sonic is NOT Oklahoma Sonic. And can you please have pineapple almond frozen yogurt for cones during Thanksgiving?

Extremely rude people and the management seems to be the worst. I've complained and nothing happens. The new store manager is a joke, and seems to be nothing less than a child himself. They obviously don't care that the cleanliness has gone way down, it's disgusting.

Good food but always closes early. Annoying. Ive gone multiple times after work at 10:15 and they have the doors locked and won’t answer. Get a better closing crew.
