Therefore, unfortunately, a star deduction. If the reception is always friendly like today, then my visit would be worth 5 stars. I was there for a teeth cleaning. The lady cleaned my teeth using a new method. The teeth cleaning was super gentle and pleasant. She was open-minded and gave me a few tips for better care. I have been a patient there for years and am very happy. It is clean, hygienic and bright. See you soon 👋

Everything is fine..in terms of the staff and the doctor..cleanliness..the speed..and the regular role..but they do not speak Arabic. If you do not speak Arabic, you must bring an interpreter..this is not a defect but it is a lack of service...and the prices are a bit expensive..

Ich rief dort irgend an, die Dame am Empfang sagte wir könnten sofort kommen. Wir waren heute um die Mittagszeit da. Meine Tochter 17 Jahre hatte Schmerzen, eine schwellung an der Oberlippe und wahrsch. Eine Entzündung. Der Arzt der kam war sehr sehr lieb, die Arzt Helferinnen auch sofort hilfsbereit, allesehrfreundlich dort. Die Praxis sooooo schön und so groß so dermaßen viele Räume. Nehmen auch Kinder und machen auch Chirurgie. Wir waren sehr zufrieden über die gute schnelle hilfe. Immer wieder gerne. 😊👍.

I have seen Dr. Meul had bone augmentation done for future implants. I can thank Dr. Only recommend Meul. I found her and the entire team to be very empathetic and extremely precise in their work. You can clearly see her many years of experience. I felt like I was in good hands at all times.

Termin 18 Uhr. Zu Beginn wurde eine Wartezeit von ca 30 Minuten mitgeteilt. Bin nach 1.5 Stunden Wartezeit ohne Behandlung rausgegangen. Eine vernünftige Info zu geben, sollte nicht so schwierig sein

Ich habe gestern um 11 Uhr dort angerufen und gefragt, ob ich kommen kann, weil ich starke Schmerzen hatte. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett und ich konnte einfach rein kommen. Da niemand da war, hatte ich keine Wartezeit. Die Arzthelferin und der Arzt waren sehr professionell und vorallem vorsichtig, da ich Angst vor zahnbehandlung habe. Obwohl es für mich unmöglich aussah, den Zahn zu retten, hat der Arzt dennoch den Zahn retten wollen und wie er gesagt hatte, hab ich heute schon weniger Schmerzen. Danke dafür! Ich würde diese Klinik jedem weiterempfehlen und würde im Notfall immer wieder diese Klinik wählen.

I didn't feel like I was in good hands. The dentist seemed incompetent, listless and somehow out of place. The assistant at the X-ray also seemed too uninvolved and unfriendly. I had to ask everything myself.

We had an appointment for a check-up for our daughter. Unfortunately, we had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour and my 4-year-old daughter sat in the treatment room for less than 5 minutes. After asking several times why we had to wait so long, we were told that there was an operation ahead of us. Then we shouldn't have been given the appointment so soon after the operation. We cannot recommend this dental clinic for children.

Was there for years for inspections and professional cleaning, which, apart from the friendliness, was always fine. However, this practice is absolutely unable to repair a broken corner. After the first appointment the corner broke off after a week and now after the second attempt I have a sharp corner where even the dental floss gets stuck.
