This
has
to
be
my
worst
experience
of
what
happens
when
automation
takes
over
common
sense.
I
watched
an
older
couple
walk
out
(they
weren't
allowed
to
order
at
a
traditional
till),
two
friends
orders
take
longer
than
should
and
my
own
order
crumbled
to
pieces
down
to
a
store
being
force
fed
corporate
automation
(For
example
food
being
binned
because
another
item
failed
or
took
too
long).
There
has
to
be
a
line
drawn
where
customer
human
interaction
and
customer
obsession/service
overrides
procedure.
This
store
between
location
and
customer
service
needs
a
major
look
at!
It
is
not
one
person's
fault.
It
is
just
a
series
of
problems
that
leads
me
to
not
only
never
to
return
to
this
store
but
potentially
never
return
to
this
McDonald
at
all.
Please
look
at
this
as
constructive
feedback
as
there
were
elements
that
were
perfect
for
example
store
hygiene,
uniform
and
professionalism.
This
is
where
a
typical
area
manager
says
this
is
a
high
performing
store
that
is
punching
above
targets
but
as
opposed
to
in
our
opinion
a
store
that
could
do
ten
times
better!
I
would
like
to
point
out
this
is
not
a
staff
problem
but
a
corporate/owners
problem.
Food
was
good.
Parking
is
hard
and
no
drive
through
it's
more
a
chip
shop
vibe.
Maybe
the
operator
needs
a
second
store
that
is
a
24hour
drive
through
in
a
very
busy
town!
