I stopped by Enniskillen to give this place a go, I ordered a drink and it tasted fresh, food is really nice and seasoned.Has great flavour too, the staff I can’t say the same about, everyone is nice except “Ann”, She’s really stubborn and judges everyone. She acts like you’ve got a virus and stays away from everyone. Parking is a bit of a tussle but it’s spacious.

The Westville Hotel is ideally situated on the edge of Enniskillen Town to visit local attractions like the castle. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was spacious and had everything you need for your staff. The highlight if our staff was having our fresh hot cooked breakfast served to us. I would highly recommend the Westville.

This hotel is worth raving about. We had our wedding here in October 2023, the brilliant Sophie took over the organising of it all before the day (she's fab) then we met Robert a week before the wedding and what can I say... Robert... You need a payrise. He made our day incredible from start to finish and there's was nothing that was too big of an ask. He drove us to our photo venue and carried our umbrellas and looked after our little boy. Then he kept everything in line all evening after. Emma was a waitress and she was also worth her weight in gold. Lovely girl and very helpful. We had the most amazing day and stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and even after the wedding they continued to take great care of us. Special mention to Robert and Staff for joining us on the dance floor for the macarena 😂 it just highlighted the day so much. A million thank you's to you all. ❤️

Had meal in Westville yesterday evening (30/7/23). Food very good as always but service poor. Staff were very good but so few. Supervisor was doing every job, meet & greet, giving out menus, taking orders, bringing out food, drinks and cleaning tables. In addition he was carrying coffees to another function or room outside the bar area. 2 other girls were helping and Cora was very pleasant. Customers were complaining about long wait on food which was handled well by all staff. . Excellent bar man on duty. Some customers like ourselves did not have a booking but no one was turned away….. maybe that is what they should do if not enough staff to cope with level of customers. Hope this is a one off as Westville has good food and usually very good service. I hope that Supervisor is appreciated ( didn’t get his name but did note he was Supervisor). We didn’t complain as not in a hurry & didn’t pre book but important “Cassidy Hospitality “ are aware of the pressure their staff were under yesterday evening about 7/8 pm.

We booked a one night stay to break the drive home. The check in was faultless, our room was clean and as you would hope for, shower very nice and bed comfy. We didn't eat in the hotel as we had eaten before we arrived so can't comment on the food although the bar was busy with bar meals and they did look very nice, the bar was busy so service was a bit slow. Breakfast was first class, plenty of choice and the fry was very tasty. A very nice hotel with friendly staff. One last comment, a big thank you to the guest who found my wifes necklace and handed it into reception, all very much appreciated.

If you're dining in the bar wear shorts and t-shirt as it's roasting. Other than that it was good. Rooms lovely, staff very nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel with very tasty food. Also, good value and very handy to town. They could have done with more staff in bar/restaurant as we were still waiting for our drinks when food arrived! Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Stayed a few times before, and unfortunately, the room last night had luke warm water in the morning and was also quite noisy due to fridge lorrys parked at the back of the hotel. Would definitely stay again, but I would ask for a different part of the hotel! Lovely gluten-free full fry, but advise any allergies when booking. Update. Staying in different room and while at front of hotel with traffic outside its a lot more comfortable and bright. Some mix ups with meal last night brought the stay down yet again! Still enjoyable and will return.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with their Christmas decorations. Very warm and welcoming staff from walking in. When we went to our room it was warm, clean and well presented, beds were lovely and comfortable, bathroom clean with all you need and lovely white towels. The bar was just beautiful, the staff was so attentive and friendly. We didn't wait long before we were seated at our table on such a busy night. We ordered our drinks and looked at the very well presented menu. Our drinks came very fast and we ordered our food. We didn't expect to have our food so fast as it was such a busy evening but our food came very fast and was so well presented on the plates. The waiter was so informative and helpful in checking on us to ensure everything was okay and to see if we required anything else. The food was just amazing, 3 course meal for two and drink was so reasonably priced, we made sure full complements went back to the chefs. Also ensuring the staff knew how appreciated they were too. We would definitely recommend here to eat, drink and stay. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful stay.

Well not sure where to start. Just have been in for lunch on the way home. Went for the fish and chips and onion rings and a glass of wine. Wine was really nice and good temperature. That's the end of the good experience. Fish was way overcooked and bland. Chips were 1 star. Onion ring's looked dangerous but tasted one - even more overcooked and I'd say yesterday. But the crowning glory was the plate of veg produced for the two of us. I'm not joking but why would any chef send a plate of overcooked stuff with a dollop of what looked like cat sick in the middle out to a customer ?. Maybe he didn't like the look of us and didn't want us coming back. It worked.
