Great Lunch , my 1st visit. I have to say the atmosphere and decor is unique to the franchise. The restaurant was very clean. I love all the rustic and historical pictures. You walk in , order then sit down. The food was delicious. The staff was all friendly and each of them that walked by our table asked if we needed anything. Very enjoyable, will be back.

I was staying Nextdoor on business. The woman at the front desk said they had a good burger. That’s what I ordered. I got the all American with everything on it. I added sweet potato fries. The burgers do not come with a side, just FYI. Not a big deal though they are reasonably priced. I’m here for two nights, may try the ribs next time.

Ordered the wings and what a joke! They were the smallest wings I've ever seen. Took them to the manager to show her and she was very rude. She refunded the price of the wings but still charged us for the sides and drinks. Any decent restaurant would refund the entire meal. She didn't even try to make it right and tried to say that there's a shortage of wings? Went to Beef o Brady's and the wings were twice the size! This place has went down hill!!! Don't waste your time or money! This place sucks!!!!!

Great food and good prices. One of our favorites when working in town. The service is usually fast and easy. The portions seem fair, only 4* because the coleslaw is dry sometimes.

Great place to have something off the beating path; Very quick service and friendly. If only the tables were cleaned properly; They we're sticky leading me to believe is everything else cleaned in the same manner? That's the only reason i gave a four star. Ordered chicken tenders and the tenders where extremely small without any flavor.

Had been craving bbq, I don't eat pork or beef BUT their shredded chicken did what it needed to do! Fries crispy, sauce excellent. The highlight though... Peach Tea!!! That tea was worth the 3rd refill! 😄

Good ribs for being set up like a Zaxby's. The prices are good and the staff is friendly. The fries were well salted and had a good flavor and the Mac n Cheese was fantastic.

Where do I start? There is no legal handicap parking. When you enter its so dark you can't see the floor walking to order your food. The ribs were old and dry. All the sides come from a box or can. The utensils were cheap flimsy plastic that ar almost unusable. And the Texas toast was cold and soggy. The employees were friendly. The restaurant needs a good cleaning. Our table specifically was sticky and stained. All in all it was a horrible experience.

We just moved to the area and of course reviews can be subjective. This is not BBQ. No smokers on the premise and the food (pulled pork & half chicken) tasted like it came prepackaged and came out of a bag and then heated up. They did get the potato salad right but not enough for us to go back. We ordered peach cobbler to go. What a joke. There were some peaches in there with some kind of dough. Absolutely gross Would not recommend

Wow! We have nothing negative to say about this place. We ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs plate with Mac and cheese, and a pork melt sandwich with fries and a peach cobbler. At first glance I was concerned about using a plastic fork and knife to eat my ribs but didn't even need the knife. The ribs are what you would expect paying at a high dollar restaurant, fall off the bone. But it wasn't to expensive for a barbecue place. It was kid friendly and had plenty of sauce options. The pork melt was one you want to take a second one home with you! And the peach cobbler is going home to add over some ice cream! The ladies up front where super nice and the service is faster than any restaurant I've been to in a long time! Please give this place a chance it's worth it! Proud to give them the clean plate club stamp of approval!

It was great but the only thing is the meat is very greasy. There was grease all over the chicken and my fried. I did ask for the tossed seasoning but I didn’t think it’d make it so greasy. It tasted amazing though! Their service was fast and the people were kind. A great place to go if you don’t care about health food and grease.

We drove over an hour to try this place out and it was definitely worth the drive! The food was the best on 100 mile radius in my opinion, and I eat out a lot. It wasn't crowded when we went, so it was quiet inside. The staff brought us our meal rather than us getting up to get it like other places where they just yell out your name. The staff also saw me getting up to dump my tray and came over and got it for me. I would definitely make the drive again. I wished they were closer, but then I would need to buy new pants!

The ribs are just okay. My wife and I spent over $40.00 for a half rack plate each with no drink. The ribs are NOT fall off the bone. If you want great ribs at a great price, don't go here.... The quality of the food definitely doesn't match the high price. We won't be returning....

This places food NEVER disappoints. My husband loves the wings and I love the tenders, the baked beans are amazing , and today we tryed the ribs and they will just make your mouth melt they are so amazing. The manager on duty kyelee was so nice and attentive and the staff were so friendly. Can’t say enough good things!!

I can not explain how good the ribs I had were! I grew up with Sonny's as the gold standard. When my sister recently moved to the area and said she found a BBQ place better than Sonny's I had to visit and check it out. OMG it was amazing. I had the 1/2 slab baby back ribs with fries and beans. The ribs were perfect & fall off the bone. The fries were great and plenty of them. The baked beans actually had onions and peppers in them (not spicy). The only thing that was not super impressive was the toast it was just average not real garlic bread. My sister got the samples which had chicken strips, ribs, pulled pork & onikn rings. The chicken strips were wonderful and the onion rings were amazing (and I'm picky about what a good onion ring is!) I would absolutely come back!

Great place tucked back, so most people never see it. Staff is amazing. My pulled pork was good but very bland. I do recommend this place.

Shack wrap is basically two nuggets with more tortilla than filling. Tasty, but just two bites. The sides were bigger than the main item. Not bad, but not great. Quick n cheap.

I tried this for my birthday and it did not disappoint. I ordered the half rack of ribs combo with fries and baked beans. It was so good and I got way more food than what I was expecting so I definitely got my money's worth. I love the self serving aspect of the restaurant, instead of waiting on a waitress, you can refill your own drink, get your silverware, napkins, and takeout trays. I will definitely come back here whenever I'm in Enterprise.

Wow!! No more than 8 minutes after we ordered our food, it was sitting in front of us!! I had a baked potato and my husband had barbecue chicken. Both of them were delicious. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

For a place with "Shack" in name this place was pretty nice. I ordered the shack fries because they sounded good, though I should have ordered some of their barbecue to see how it was. I'm curious because I couldn't smell it from outside, and generally that's a staple of a great barbecue place, when you roll in and your mouth is watering from the smells. My wife had half a rack of ribs and she said she loved it. Overall a good dining experience and I'm looking forward to trying some more stuff next time.

They have amazing customer service and the food was awesome! Went there ti have the last sister date since my youngest got married and she going where her husband is being shipped out too.

Awesome food! Haven't actually been in the restaurant, but doordashed half a dozen times while we were at the hospital for both lunch and dinner. The food was great every time! We particularly enjoyed the loaded pork fries!

It was my first visit to Shane's Rib Shack. My wife and I w as walked in and sat ourselves down in a booth. We then realized there are no servers. There is a place you go up to, order and pay first. Then sit down and wait for your food to come. I had half rack of ribs and sweet potato fries with baked beans. All was very good in flavor and presentation. Wife had sampler of ribs, pulled pork and french fries. She said it was good. The only thing we did not like was the sauce. Now you control putting on the sauce. It's on a bottle. This is by no means a reflection on the food. I do highly recommend this place for good ribs.

Very nice staff! Clean place and quick service. Ribs are very good and meaty. Didn't totally enjoy the pulled pork; it was a bit mushy but tasted fine. Slaw and fries were super fresh though. The grilled chicken tenders were AWESOME!

My food was great, service was fast and efficient. I didn't like the small water cup, so i had to purchase bottled water. I would have perferred to pay for a large cup of water. Some in my party complained about the peach tea being to strong. Lastly, several people in my party became ill. I however did not.

As a foodie and traveler the wife and I eat out atleast 3 times a week. And 9.5/10 times we leave anywhere from unsatisfied to unhappy .. I'm happy to say we are very satisfied with the service , atmosphere , the staff was very helpful and all were smiling and happy . The food came out very fast , and was very hot and fresh. Wasn't the best food I ever ate but was 9/10 The rest of the experience makes it 10/10 I will definitely spend my money here again.
