Nice clean restaurant. Mrs. Carolyn took great care of us. I️ ordered a meat lovers omelet with grits and it was delicious. So delicious that I️ had a few bites before I️ took the pic.

Our waitress Paige was very sweet and attentive. She even helped me figure out how to earn points through the rewards app as well. Our food was prompt and delicious with a hot coffee on a rainy day. I'm fat and happy lol

I ordered take-out and the staff was all very nice and addressed me while I waited and kept me up to date on my wait time. The food was great, I had a southwest wrap with hashbrowns and I really enjoyed it. Ill be recommending this place to my friends and family.

To the owner of this establishment, your morning team is rock solid. We sat at the table right by the kitchen by choice not realizing I would have a front row seat to the organized chaos that is your kitchen. It was a pleasant sight to see the girls run that kitchen like a well oiled machine. Customers on the other side of the wall hardly ever see what goes on behind the scenes to make sure they receive proper, timely, and efficient service. Our server, Stephanie, was amazing. She was professional yet warm and familiar. The other servers, Gayla and Daisy were also attentive to their respective customers. Your quarterback, Hillary, is the real MVP though. She ran that team like it was constantly on a 2-minute drill! All of these ladies require strong recognition. I sincerely hope you reward them accordingly. Thank you all for an amazing breakfast experience.

My party of 3 ate here this morning for a late breakfast about 10:30. Our waiter was Tyler. He was very friendly and had a great personality. He was very attentive to our requests. We actually apologized for asking for so many things (hot sauce, extra butter and creamer. Even joked and told him to just bring the kitchen on over to our table. Lol) and he said, "No problem at all, he wanted us to be happy, that was his job". Our food was delicious and we will definitely be back and request Tyler if he is there. 😃

Took my family there to eat last Tuesday. Food was delicious, service was amazing! I couldn’t say more good things about this store. Manager checked on us and she was an absolute doll. Asked us if we needed anything, how everything was. I will definitely be back!

Me and my girlfriend visited the huddle house in Enterprise Friday. The food was great and the staff very friendly. I think the manager name was Tanya. She came by our table and asked if we was doing ok. Not managers you see do that. What a great atmosphere.

Came in today for lunch and the food was exceptional. I ordered a prime trip tip omelet and it was great. Had a really nice server, Tanya, she made sure me and my mom were well taken care of during our weight. I'll definitely be back.

Came with my friends and the food was great and really affordable. Had a great time listening to the hustle and bustle around the restaurant and enjoying the company of my friends in a relaxed atmosphere. We sat for about hour enjoying our food and talking and our waitress consistently checked in on us and made sure we had refills. The check for four of us was under $50 so I decided to treat everyone. A lot of food for your buck.

First thing, why are you turning customers away at 7:15 pm when you don't close till 8pm? Next, we visited your location on Friday evening 6/10/22 and we had to wait for over 20 mins before our order was taken and then waited for 48 mins before our order was brought to us. Our order was wrong but chose not to say anything due to the time that we had already waited and all the food was cold so the waitress took our food back and put it in the microwave. I watched a lady take a order of our grits out of the microwave and use her finger to see if they were warm enough to return to us. Your store has some serious issues and they need to be addressed. Your staff needs to have better training. You are setting your staff up for failure without training and how to be a servant to the public... I am not looking for any handouts, but rather to let you know about our experience. We will not return to this Huddle House ever again...

Walked in. 5 open tables. Waitress gets menus and utensils to seat us. Manager tells he to make us wait at least 5 mins. We left. Will never be back again. Waffle House is right up the road. Go there instead.

Decided to go eat breakfast during a solo outing without the baby. Found a seat in the corner booth next to the kitchen. The place was bustling so the food took a few minutes, but I just let the sounds of dishes clanging and eggs sizzling lull me into a kid-free calm while I sipped on a huge glass of OJ. The food was hot and greasy, pancakes were fluffy, and the waitress called me baby. This place is like therapy.

One female waitress refused to take our table for almost 20 mins while a male waiter had us move to his section and wait on us. He was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend his as your waiter. Disappointed in the female tho.

Me and my husband were out getting a late breakfast after a long day of work and we were greeted with a friendly smile that boy is such a sweet heart. He said he went by the name Nico I highly recommend seeing him!!!

I have dined in at Huddle House on multiple occasions and each time was a great experience!! The service was impeccable, food was delicious and served promptly, and management was very attentive to customers and employees! Excellent job! We will be back!!

I am not one who gives reviews but I felt this waitress went above and beyond even though she was super busy with quite a few other tables. I was a waitress years ago and know how difficult it can be to give attention to each customer but she made sure to check on everyone numerous times. My husband and I came in this morning and our waitress Kiara came with a big smile and asked us what she could start us off with. We decided to get the mvp and I asked Kiara if it would be a possibility to get some boiled eggs on the side. She assured me that it would be no problem at all and that she would make sure they were done to my request (soft boiled). I heard her make sure the cook was aware of the request and even went back to check that they were being done correctly. She deserves a praise and a raise for what she did. It seems little but we are regulars at Huddle House and this is the first time that I felt someone actually cared about us instead of the money they were making. We will definitely be back and will request her personally.

Cashier took 2 white people orders then told me that I had to wait . It was only 4 customers in the store. The place was very nasty. Milk and food all over the floor. I start to leave but I though maybe they had a rush earlier, but it stayed on the floor the entire time. When I got my food my bacon wasn't done . My bacon was finish B4 the eggs was. Smh My bread wasn't toasted brown I went to my car and didn't have salt. I went backI ask for salt and pepper. She replied ITS IN THE SILVERWEAR PACKAGE. I stated then I must be blind, as she look an didn't c any. Well it's some on the table . I ask for napkin to put it in . She puffed loudly an gave me a small cup an said and I don't have a led. I said oh my lady you never have to worry bout me coming here any more. I truly believe she is racist

Cant speak for in person but if you order doordash here they obviously dont care at all. Nothing seasoned, unbuttered toast and no syrup for the soggy woffle. I will eat a plain stick of butter out the fridge before i doordash from here again.

I’ve been here 5 times and every time I have to wait FOREVER for my food. This time I ordered at home for pickup I arrived 5 minutes after the time it said it would be ready and I’m still waiting 15 minutes later. I keep trying to give this place a try but this is it for me. Employees are always gossiping and sitting down instead of trying to help out to get food out fast enough. I will continue to take my business to the Waffle House until this place gets it together.

The wait was long but it was worth it. Food was very good and the service was amazing. Our server made sure we had drinks and when our food was brought out it was amazing how she carried all the plates at one time.

They were out of about half the things we tried to order. We had ordered biscuits and gravy and our waitress came back and told us they were out so we had to sub for toast and grits, but then we heard another waitress tell a table they had some in the oven. Just overall lacking in service. Never been to a Waffle House with this many issues is all I’m saying!

Jessica and Daisy were amazing with their customer service, their smile, and hospitality! Food was fresh, hot, and made just the way we like it! The strawberry covered pancakes were amazing too! Thank you for great food and service!

Food was better than i thought to be honest. The server i had (Nic) did his best to make me feel comfortable. Even noticed him doing his best even with the worst of some customer. Great guy and employee!! Definitely deserves great tips!!

I had went in and ate with my kids the other evening and our server Alexis was amazing had a great attitude polite kept up topped off with our beverages made us laugh and enjoyed our visit. Untill the manager came barging in a talking very disrespectful and unprofessional like towards the servers and if I was one I would have quit and walked out. my kids watched and asked me why she was acting that way so I would definitely be cautious next time I take my kids.

Gayla and Amy at the Enterprise location are always wonderful to see. They are very attentive and are wonderful servers. I love going here because the food is always great and I don't have to worry about bad service. Very well recommended for any meal whether breakfast or dinner.

We were traveling through Enterprise, AL the other day and stopped to eat. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious. I noticed that the manager was working as hard as the rest of the employees and had everything well organized. That really impressed me. The waitress was kind and attentive. We will definitely be back!

I have eaten here a handful of times and it has been generally good all the way around. However…. On 13 January 23 my wife ordered dinner for my family. It took 2 hours and 7 minutes from the time she submitted the order to the time it was ready for pickup. I understand if the restaurant is understaffed and orders take longer than normal to prepare. The worst part is that when we finally got the meals, our order was wrong, we were missing food and nearly all of it was cold. Unacceptable. It seems to me that it would have been better for Huddle House to close its doors until they could/can get enough employees to offer acceptable customer service. Probably the last time I eat here.

Food was pretty good, although a little crunchy. The staff was really nice and made sure we didn't need anything. All though I can say it was really cold in there.

Service was slow but polite. Eggs and hashbrowns were great. Pancakes are mediocre and the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were not very good. They have good deals and offer military specials and kid days on Wed.

Service was pretty good and the wait really wasn't long. We got there pretty early so the crowd showed up soon after we arrived. The wait for food once the crowd arrived was 45 minutes. Overall pretty good experience.

Really liked this place for a easy and fast breakfast but that depends on what you get since this place has a variety of food, the cooks are phenomenal but also depends on who's there i only recommend going in the morning. Night shift can be a little off they game sometimes and the place needs a new makeover in my opinion the atmosphere isn't that great. I know this diner is not top tier especially with food quality but you can tell the cooks try their best to make good presentation and make the food as good as possible for every customer. I think anyone who wants good and semi fast breakfast should come here don't sleep on this place.

Raw chicken! We went to try it for lunch with my family and one basket of our chicken tenders was raw! We was told the fryer is not working properly so if they are not able to make the food the correct way they need to close to fix the issues. The manager never came over to apologize to us about it just took it off the bill. then the soda machine wasn’t working correctly. As we left one family wasn’t able to get waffle cause the breakers kept kicking off for the waffle makers. I will not go back.

I will never eat at huddle house again, The two star are for the waitress how had to keep telling us she was sorry about the wait. The food sucked it was cold and not anywhere close to good. I was told that it was a new cool well see should have been watching him. Take the time to go to Mom's,waffle house or anne's

Never tried this restaurant before so I decided to give it a try. I call to place a call-in order to go pickup and they say they only take orders over the phone if you’re a rewards member. What!!? That’s the most dumbest thing I have heard and that a restaurant can do. They are definitely losing money with that standard. Guess I will continue to go to Waffle House.

Food was off big time today. Cold grits, raw eggs, and bread instead of toast. Even the pancakes were undercooked. The 2 stars are for the server. He was a nice guy. Should have said something to someone, but after waiting 30 minutes for a 2 egg breakfast and kids pancakes I was too frustrated and just left. I give up, tired of spending good money.

Just moved to town and never heard of them before. I always loved Waffle House and this is damn near the same thing. Kinda pricey, but worth it. Honest waitresses and she made the experience much better. I will absolutely be returning.

I went there with a friend the service was fast professional and staff very friendly. The food was very good and hot more than enough to take some home and the prices were great. Very nice to see everyone get along and work to make the customers happy.

First time here in years and had satisfactory fast service. The blueberry bites were fantastic and highly recommended! I ordered a blueberry waffle which unfortunately was not executed very well, i figured the blueberries would be cooked into the batter, they were just kind of smooshed on top! Cheap and great tasting food otherwise!

Service was well below sub par. Waitress forgot my side, as well as forgot other items I had asked for. Before I was halfway through my meal, I was made to make payment so she could go sit and chit chat with her Co-workers. Then after that was said and done I found a hair that was cooked into the meal. Immediately got up and left. Save your time and drive another 5 minutes to the Waffle House.

Pretty decent food at an affordable price. Server was friendly and accommodating but had to take a star for them not being able to add steak to my stuffed Hash Browns :/
