    I don't give one star rating very often but.... $7 for a 1/3rd full taco and nearly empty crunch wrap. At least the unsweet tea was good. I'll think twice before coming back. They were friendly but I was wanting some food not just nearly empty shells.

    Don’t come here if you’re hungry. We waited over 30 min to even have our order taken and another 25 to get our food that wasn’t even right in the slightest. It took another 18 to get the remake and it wasn’t made correctly either. The manager on duty was cursing the people who brought their food back and making snide remarks to her employees about us. All while they looked high on weed and worked like it. My 80 year old grandma walks faster than they do up there. Get. It. Together!

    I’ve eaten at this Taco Bell for several years, ever since it was built. Always good service, and good food. Starting about a year or so ago, and this was noted by other reviewer‘s, there was a big change in the attitude of the staff. They have been friendly before, but they were even more friendlier after the change. Not sure who was responsible, but they need a raise! The food is always good, especially considering the price. One of the better buys right now.

    Went in to eat. Our oldest son was with us. While the staff working in the kitchen they start playing music from a phone or speaker. The F word and B word blaring through the restaurant. When my wife asked them to turn it down, they asked why. She told them we don’t appreciate the vulgar language. They turned it off and then they proceeded to make fun of us and called us names. I told them they wouldn’t have to worry about us any longer. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

    Make sure you check your food before leaving. Got two nacho fry boxes. They left one of each of our tacos out. Everything was nasty. And I asked for no sour cream because I’m allergic to it. And it was in every single one of my tacos. I will think twice before coming back.

    Not every experience is like this, but make sure you check your food before you leave the parking lot. Asked for chicken tacos, the portions were small and one taco didn’t even have chicken in it. Then the chicken was tough.

    Absolutely the most terrible Taco Bell we have ever been too. There was nothing in EVERYTHING we ordered. A completely flat burrito, it wasn't even round it was so empty. A completely flat Supreme crunch wrap, completely flat tacos, the fries were half empty, the tortillas were very stale and too top it off we were given diet sodas which we did not order. I'll stick to my Dothan store and totally understand all the reviews now.... The worst customer care I have EVER seen.

    Waited 30 minutes on 11/30/2023 for two small orders, they were messing up everyone else order including door dash and had to correct the mistakes while others (customers) were waiting for there food for an extended period of time. (15-25 minutes)

    Taco Bell in Enterprise, Alabama. My husband went last night 12/5/2023. He ordered 2 of the party boxes and it was $71.00 total why so much . The Tacos wasn't even right more lettuce than meat . Needless to say we will not go back ever again . 0 stars

    Ok first off, there have been a few times in the past I have ordered the same exact thing I ordered tonight and it came out very low quality. I’ve been ordering the steak grilled cheese burritos. The service has always been great for me. Food unfortunately not so much. TONIGHT THOUGH… absolutely everything was on point!!! Great food!!! Great service!!! Just absolutely phenomenal. I don’t know if there has been any changes, but this right here gives me high hopes for this establishment. Thank you to everyone who made this an enjoyable experience tonight!

    My husband was pulling a trailor and we didn’t want to block the drive through so we went inside to order. There was one other person inside who had already ordered when we got there. Three cars in the drive through. It took them exactly 32 minutes to finally get my order. They constantly pushed cars through the drive through and didn’t worry about the inside until there were over 4 customers (including the original person who was in there before we got there). I get that you’re timed for drive through, but this was beyond ridiculous. 32 minutes for chicken rolled tacos and a drink. There were three people on the food line and one working drive through. There is absolutely no reason anyone should have had a wait like that.

    We got a few party packs for a potluck and they were quick and nice about it (I know we sprung it last minute). They also gave us PLENTY of sauce packets. 🤩

    We went through the drive thru and ordered today and we got back home and noticed they forgot our child’s quesadilla, my Husband went back up there and they got an attitude with him over it even though it wasn’t his fault. We originally ordered 2 meals that was it. And only walked out with one and they wasn’t even packed when we went. Just sad.

    I'm not sure exactly what happened. I'll just give you the results and let you decide. The taco shells tasted like they'd been fried in month old oil. Every. Single. One of them. I kept hoping it would get better, but the burnt oily corn taste was pervasive and absolutely NOTHING could get that horridness off my taste buds. It finally went away the next day, but even then I was burping it up and gagging every time I did. I can honestly say I'm not sure if I not only don't want to visit the Enterprise location again or ANY Taco Bell after that. It was that bad.

    Would give zero stars if I could, worst experience at a Taco Bell ever! Barely busy and it took them twenty minutes after ordering my food to tell me that they don’t have what I ordered and the cashier girl was being as sweet as she could but the girl behind the line doing the orders was basically throwing the bags of food down on the counter to the customers! Rudest service ever! Go somewhere else .

    The kid at the window had wonderful manners and was doing a awesome job pushing the line through. Definitely asked for only mild sauce but they gave my a little of everything which is okay.

    Every time we’ve come through the drive thru (always in the evening) the workers have been friendly and fast, and food has been hot with no problems! Best fast food experiences we’ve had in Enterprise

    Place is absolutely disgusting. Food was a mess and wrong, drinks always taste like the machines are about to run out, slow service and terrible employees with attitude. I love Taco bell, but Enterprise, AL location ain't it.

    Everything we ordered was cold. No meat in burrito. Drive through took 15 min total - we ordered and then SAT at the window for 14 min while the staff figured out which order was ours. No forks for potatoes. Quesadilla was cold and only half full. Terrible food.

    Half the time I visit they can’t get my order right. The other half the food excellent. I’d go more often if it wasn’t hit and miss on them getting things right.

    Taco Bell you mean taco hell it's not doing nothing but getting worse since they took away the Mexican pizzas they just absolutely don't care it seems like!! Can we get some real food back in there and drop the prices back down because a hard taco with a little bit of meat cheese and lettuce on it it's not worth $3 and something a piece because the prices are ridiculous and you wonder why you're losing business bring back the food we love and you might get back your business sincerely the tattooed

    Normally Taco Bell tacos are marginally edible (we ordered Door Dash because our Grandson like his tacos), but what we got tonight was not only overpriced, but just downright disappointing. So, in a case like this, we would just pile on the sauce. But wait! Even though we ordered sauce, it was not in our order. So 2 dozen nasty tacos with NO sauce! Enterprise Taco Bell, I hope that at some point you do better. Not that we will ever know because tonight was strike 3.

    The order taker Jordan in drive thru had excellent customer service, he seemed genuinely happy to be there which is a rarity when it comes to fast food nowadays. Food came out quick, was delicious, and had me satisfied. I WILL be coming back to this location. Thank you Taco Bell Enterprise.

    Haven't been to this location in many years but I was near by visiting and my wife asked me to go to Taco Bell for dinner. I was thinking back to my memory of the location and I was worried, but I was absolutely amazed at how much this place has improved. It was a great experience to see the updates and the staff and food were spectacular. Thanks for the nostalgic moment.

    Miss Allison on the headset tonight has nailed customer service, she was absolutely fantastic, repeating orders and apologizing for wait time as well as making connections with the guests THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU, from personal experience that is a hard job, and great work to those making the food and getting it out in a timely manner, very impressed tonight!

    I had a great experience at this Taco Bell at 10:15 on 10/17/2021. The person taking our order was polite and clear. Then when we pulled to the window the computer went down, apparently for the second or third time recently. The manager was very quick to get in the window and talk to us. We then witnessed her pulling the team in to teach them what tech had told her to do. They still got us our food in a very timely manner. It was beyond professional and we are happy customers. 😁

    Service was horrible and the food was worse :( I was so excited to get the Mexican pizza back, but they broke my heart.... they definitely need new management and training.
