Kayla and Christine are awesome and amazing. Saff were on time and spot on. The cleaning staff was cleaning the parking lot and sweeping the whole front of the hotel. Very impressed. Room was clean enough to eat off the floor....no we didn't try it. Highly recommended. God-bless them

Hotel was clean and the staff showed exceptional hospitality! Rose and Geneva went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were clean everyday and also made sure there was plenty of breakfast for us to enjoy in the morning! Everything was delicious!! We will be back :)

Warning to potential bookers: I just called to book a room and was quoted 40 dollars over what every third party seller (Expedia, Travelocity etc) is listing a room for. When I pointed out this detail, I was told they don't do third party. I followed up by asking "So, if I booked on a third party app I would be turned away?". I was told I would not be. Essentially this hotel is just trying to make more money for the sake of making more money. 🚩

Second week staying here for work. The room both times has been super clean. It even smells clean. The staff and the manager are extremely friendly and helpful if you need anything. I know this probably reads like a bot post, but this Best Western lives up to the "Best" in the name. I've stayed at other hotels in Enterprise, AL for work and nothing has come close. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second family trip this year to Enterprise, we enjoyed Ms. Pat and the other staff we came back again. The morning weekend housekeeper is awesome, she provided us superior service, room clean and the breakfast was great. We shall return and thank you

We were in Alabama for a church event; we stayed at this hotel. After looking it up on Trip Advisor, we decided to book a reservation. The staff was friendly and professional(especially Cartic- not sure if I spelled that right.) The rooms were very CLEAN & SPACIOUS. The breakfast was filling and fresh every morning. The location of the hotel is nearby everything, stores, restaurants, banks etc. We truly enjoyed our stay here, and would certainly stay again.😊😊😊😊😊

REALLY A 3.5 STAR RATING. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN, HOWEVER THEY DO ALLOW PETS AT THE HOTEL, SO WATCH OUT FOR BOMBS IN THE SITTING AREA BY THE PARKING LOT. ALSO, WATCH OUT FOR DOG HAIR IN THE BATHROOMS. IT HAS BEEN CLEAN EVERY TIME WE STAYED, BUT SOMETIMES IT IS EXTREMELY LOUD. I STAY HERE AT LEAST 5 DAYS OUT OF THE MONTH. BREAKFAST IS DECENT. STAFF IS NICE. GOOD LOCATION.

We checked in on nov 23 2022and soon as we walked in there was roaches crawling all over the place went to the front desk told them roaches crawled in my grand babies food and the manager acted like she didn’t want to give my money back the worker called her manager and she didn’t have minutes on her phone but you a manager and they need to be reported having a problem giving me my money treated wrong they was rude and I will never book there again and this needs to go to cooperate and they tried to keep running my card at a place I didn’t stay at

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom is a split style(sink in one area and the shower and toilet in another), making getting ready in the morning faster for a family of 4. The hotel is well kept up we will be staying again if the need arises.

Older motel, but remodeled very well. There was a basic sit-down breakfast, but it was much better than the "grab-and-go" that too many motels have today. For our needs the location was ideal. There is a range of restaurants almost within walking distance, and downtown Enterprise has many quaint shops if you need an unusual gift.

Everything here was great. Super friendly staff, very clean, extra attention to details, and amazing breakfast from Ms Betty! Thank you for everything!

The room was very clean. The women that checked us in helped us with a great rate also. The water was hot, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was great.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious. . The hotel is well kept up we will be staying again if the need arises.The bathroom had mold on the ceiling but you could tell they trying spray it. Loved the breakfast. The lady there was wonderful. Everyone there needs a raise. They worked so hard.

Love this place and I keep going back. Makes you feel like home away from home and the front desk lady Kayla is amazing and understanding. Both Kayla and Pat has great customer service skills. And don't mention the cook lady, breakfast is always hot and tasty
