My experiences at Publix is usually pretty good. This time I had a bit of an issue with a cake I ordered. It was just being started when I should have been picking it up. The girl that took the order wrote the message for the cake wrong, which I should have checked better when reviewing my order. It was also suppose to have a flavored filling and that was also not put on the order ticket, but she let me know it was extra for that filling. I was not charged for it. Cake was beautiful, but it wasn't ready when it was requested and a bit of a disappointment without the flavored filling and the incomplete message on the cake. I will order future cakes but I will be much more careful in checking my order ticket.

Never had a problem with anyone else in store but when I complain to my spouse about the eye rolling poor attitude afr. Amer. Female that works the deli and she goes in 3 days later and calls me because she had the same woman with the same poor attitude it’s ridiculous. I spent $100 this week just in the deli. Move her to stocking or the back if she hates dealing with customers.

So as always we love to go to a Publix if they have one in town where we are at. As always they do not disappoint. First off the men behind the meat counter was amazing. I was looking for a certain cut and they took the time to go in the back and get what we needed. If not they said they would cut it for us. We also stopped at the deli section and right away we’re greeted even know that they were busy, the fruits looked fresh and the desserts were great as always we took home a small little cheesecake . They had a huge wine selection just like most and the people that worked there were friendly as always.

I am in town for work and just had to leave a comment because the employees at this Publix are SO NICE!! Above and beyond helpful and kind. They really helped make my time in Enterprise great.

We have to drive 35-40 minutes to this Publix once a month to get my prescription’s due to them being the only one that has it the cheapest. Being on a fixed income, it is worth it! But what makes it easier and more enjoyable is the staff in the pharmacy! Love them!

Publix! OMG! I want to live here! I’m obsessed with this place! Here is a kaleidoscope of color, an orchestrated cacophony of sound and aroma! My senses and imagination were stimulated beyond measure! The chili! The minestrone soup! Both to die for! I got a head of iceberg lettuce too beautiful to eat! It’s now the centerpiece on my dining room table! The restrooms were spotless! My experience in checkout line #5 inspired 2 pages in my diary! The associates were invariably invaluable and inviting. I shall return again and again!!

Very easy in and out .We'll most of the time

Went and bought 2 containers of pre packaged fruit (each $6). Usually I love the fruit from Publix. This is the first time coming to this location as we just moved from Fairhope. I get home and not only do I have to remove at leas 10-15 out of each container that are rotten but they were dirty. I had to rewatch both thoroughly and what was left didn’t even taste fresh. They tasted old like they were about to be thrown out. This really sucked. I was trying to get my kids a quick snack with it being Memorial Day weekend and just had to throw both out. Very disappointed. Expected higher standards from a store that is supposed to get fresh fruit everyday.

I love Publix. The usual great customer service here. However, their Deli can use some help. Seems like they're always short staffed and there's never any chicken around dinner time. I have to almost always put in a pick up order to guarantee any chicken. Not sure if it's due to short staff, poor planning, lack of resources like ovens or friers or a combination of sorts. Still a great place to shop either way just wish their Deli was a bit more efficient.

A sandwich artist by the name of Sajon provided me with easily one of my top 3 most enjoyable experiences at Publix. Her energy, positivity, and fun-loving attitude were contagious; and gave me the perfect start to my work day. From the "flair" to the mustard smiley face, she was a 10 out of 10! 💜

Great customer service! Always friendly and ready to help find whatever I need. My go to grocer to find those products I can’t find at any other store. Prices may be a little higher than some others places in town but quality of products and A-One customer service make it worth it!

I used the pharmacy at this location and didn’t have too many issues. It was definitely harder to get a hold of someone at this store compared to the one in Dothan, but it got the job done. I will say they have a great selection of cheese if you’re ever looking to make a charcuterie board!

Nice clean store, but somewhat pricey. Plus, you have to do your own checkout and bagging. I guess something we have to get used to these days, unfortunately.

Like all Publix this is very nice, well stocked and friendly. I love the variety and freshness of everything.

Best grocery store I have ever been in. So nice stocked with everything. And so associated I spoke with was very helpful.

My opinion is Publix always has an impressive fruit and produce section. Their seafood selection is pretty good as well. Stores are always clean and the Publix representatives seem polite and nice.

Have a fairly large variety of products and produce. On the more expensive side compared to other grocery stores in the area. Haven't tried all any of their preprepared food yet but looked good every time I have passed by.

No chairs for employees; automatic 1-star. Seriously, there's like a hundred people here and not a chair between them. Nonsense. Also the compelled behavior of employees trying to start small talk with everyone who walks past is really annoying, and at times outright creepy. On the plus side, they're not walmart.

Pharmacy: Worst service I’ve ever received. The pharmacist scoffing and rolling her eyes like an insolent child were too much for me. I have a sick child and have asked to pay for the medication and get asked to produce an insurance card. Which he has, that doesn’t cover prescriptions. Which is why I didn’t bring it in the first place. Can I not pay for the medication for my child. I realize you don’t have his entire prescription right now, I’ll purchase what you do have and get the rest later… I didn’t ask for a discount or to be talked down to. I will switch pharmacies immediately. Unbelievably rude. The produce is good at that store though.

Employees are pleasant and very helpful to find what you wanted. All employees I interacted with were generally cordial. Even happy! This is the Enterprise location NW. on hwy. 27 at the circle. Great place to find bargains if you shop smart. Yes! Less than Walmart on many items. Highly recommend this store.

This Publix is always a great place to shop. The employees are efficient and always kind. They've always been patient when I'm having trouble locating an item. There's a vast selection of food here, especially gluten free / vegan. They don't have gluten free bread though, you'll have to get that at Walmart (which also has a very big gluten free selection, actually bigger than at Publix). Publix has very good fresh produce, whereas Walmart does not. But Walmart has Publix beat in regular non produce items in terms of price. Then again, Publix has better cheese, eggs, and milk, a bigger selection. They have a section solely for fine cheeses whereas at Walmart the best you can get is Boars Head. I usually shop at both Publix and Walmart. I get what I need at Walmart and then buy my fresh produce or specialty items at Publix. Publix also had a good fresh seafood section while Walmart doesn't have one at all. They also have better flowers.

Had to pick up a few things for a birthday dinner and needed a quick dessert. The Bakery staff were so polite and helpful and their recommendation was a hit with my husband! Thank you so much!

The absolute busiest grocery store in town, clean, very helpful staff, did I say clean? Yes, it cost more, but there's a reason and guess what? Folks pay it anyway. Publix brand ice cream totally rocks and best wine selection in lower Alabama.

I haven't had a bad experience yet at a Publix. Everyone is always so friendly and eager to help. The bagger even went to an isle to grab something for me.....never have I had someone do that for me. Great service and beautiful environment

I think Publix is very nice but I was trying to find Gerber products for my granddaughter and they didn't have or maybe were sold out of what she wanted. Hopefully next time they will be better stocked. This was on the weekend.

Publix is a dangerous place. My 210.00 bill says so! But they carry such good stuff and I've very rarely run across bad produce. The staff is ALWAYS so nice too. Hate to shop there because I always end up spending a small fortune and because what's her name donated so much money towards January 6th. But not a lot of options in small town Alabama other than Walmart sadly. Otherwise, just due to 1/6 I wouldn't shop there no matter how good their stuff is.

Allen in the bakery is amazing!! He went above and beyond took his time didn’t rush me! This man deserves a raise he was amazing!!!

Very nice store. You can find anything you need. Employees go out of their way to help. You don't have to bag you groceries. Nothing like some other stores in town.

The people are always nice and helpful. Their meat also stays fresher longer Walmart meat doesn't . Yes they are pricer but when u want quality they are the place to go. Also sometimes my recipes call for an out there item and Publix always has what I need. They sale out of the sale items fast so get them quick.

2 words …….Publix Catering …Appetizers , Drinks, beautiful cake for Wedding . Very Helpful. Great Service. Hassle free experience. And did I mention., they offer cake testing?!!!! Yes, I said it. Need I say more ?!! Lol God Bless

Everyone that works there is nice and helpful every time. The store is clean and well stocked. The people in the deli are always extremely polite and helpful. Such a nice store!

I'm never disappointed. I've order a cake and other things for Christmas. Was very pleased.Publix always does and outstanding job.The Customer service is excellent as well It's not one time I've been in Publix and not being asked how am I doing ?May I show you when I've been unable to find a product.very clean and well stocked.Its the friendliness for me .I love it
