After
reaching
out
to
the
store
bakery,
and
was
hung
up
on.
I
decided
to
reach
out
via
email
to
Walmart
and
was
later
contacted.
I
spoke
with
someone
from
Walmart
and
was
told
to
go
to
Walmart
and
it
would
“refunded”.
I
arrived
at
Walmart
Tuesday,
explained
to
the
bakery
worker
how
this
wedding
cake
sunk
within
2
hours
of
pickup.
Considering
it
was
for
a
wedding
I
was
unable
to
return
it,
on
such
short
notice,
the
worker
didn’t
seems
to
concerned,
she
asked
what
I
needed
her
to
do,
I
then
informed
her
I
spoke
with
someone
named
S******
(blocking
name
for
her
privacy)
and
she
told
me
to
go
to
the
bakery
and
they
would
know
what
to
do.
This
is
where
things
got
worse.
The
baker
called
someone.
Told
me
she
called
S*********
and
that
S********
would
be
right
there
to
assist
me,
then
mumbles
she
prolly
won’t
come.
Very
long
story
short,
I
was
taken
to
the
customer
service
desk
where
I
was
humiliated,
belittled,
and
pretty
much
laughed
at
because
this
cake,
someone’s
wedding
cake
at
that
was
ruined,
only
because
it
didn’t
have
support
between
the
two
layers!
Not
only
was
I
unable
to
provide
a
decent
cake
for
a
small
wedding,
but
was
treated
terrible!
Like
I
was
being
punished
for
complaining
on
a
cake
that
I
spent
my
money
on.
There
was
one
nice
lady
who
did
what
she
could
to
help
me,
from
customer
service
but
not
sure
of
her
name).
I
won’t
be
anyones
joke,
so
I
won’t
be
back.
