After reaching out to the store bakery, and was hung up on. I decided to reach out via email to Walmart and was later contacted. I spoke with someone from Walmart and was told to go to Walmart and it would “refunded”. I arrived at Walmart Tuesday, explained to the bakery worker how this wedding cake sunk within 2 hours of pickup. Considering it was for a wedding I was unable to return it, on such short notice, the worker didn’t seems to concerned, she asked what I needed her to do, I then informed her I spoke with someone named S****** (blocking name for her privacy) and she told me to go to the bakery and they would know what to do. This is where things got worse. The baker called someone. Told me she called S********* and that S******** would be right there to assist me, then mumbles she prolly won’t come. Very long story short, I was taken to the customer service desk where I was humiliated, belittled, and pretty much laughed at because this cake, someone’s wedding cake at that was ruined, only because it didn’t have support between the two layers! Not only was I unable to provide a decent cake for a small wedding, but was treated terrible! Like I was being punished for complaining on a cake that I spent my money on. There was one nice lady who did what she could to help me, from customer service but not sure of her name). I won’t be anyones joke, so I won’t be back.

So walked in and as always the people at the front are always nice. But walked back to the deli to get a few things stood around for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out and help. There were multiple Walmart employees that walked by me and did not ask if I needed help. Finally a older lady walked out from back and was not very pleasant. While I was standing there there was about another 3 or 4 people waiting there and she did not even acknowledge them. Very bad service and I wish there was another Walmart in town to go to. Will not go back while I am in town. Would not go there unless you need to

This store in general and this department specifically has really declined over the years. It has become a real adventure to discover what shortage on basic items we will be subjected to. My last visit had me waiting in line over 20 minutes as even the self-checkout registers had long lines. Less than half the regular check out lanes were open. It is a 30 minute drive to visit here and unfortunately there is not a better option for another Wal-Mart. One would expect your own store brands to be generally available however, Your own Twist Up soda is frequently out of stock? Additionally the Ocean Spray Cranberry juice cocktail is a rare find these days. Blame it on current conditions but this is not a recent manifestation. Photos show what I was compelled to accept. Imagine the mess when the seal on a third bottle was broken. I should add it is not unusual to find product displayed in this condition. This failure falls squarely on management. This should have never been offered for sale.

Always have to wait to get checked out. Only 2 or 3 cashiers. Need more cashiers. I am in my 80s and I have never checked myself out. The seniors don't like going to Walmarts any more. Please get more cashiers.

Don't go before work and even think about wanting to try on clothes or buy any. They will NOT open the dressing room for you until 10am, and they are very happy to let you know this. Straight from a manager. I use to enjoy going before work because it's just me no family and I thought I would get to look at clothing and try it on. NOPE WON'T HAPPEN. GO ELSEWHERE.

Tiffany in produce was extremely helpful. Girl at self-checkout almost tripped me. Seeing she was right there I asked her to wipe off the scanner because it was so dirty it barely worked. She walked away making some snarky comment. As I waited for my husband, she shares something with blonde coworker and they both laugh in my direction. I am a senior citizen and don’t appreciate being treated rudely. I called her on it as we left and again she walked away mumbling. I heard her respond under her breath and when I asked what she said? “ I’m talking to myself!” Attitude! And that’s ok? Senior discrimination is a REAL thing, even in the South. Shameful.

Breastfeeding propaganda. Not only do their company “Parent’s Choice” have that “breast is best” message unnecessarily stamped on their formula packages, Walmart will allow “wOmEn” to post horrible reviews shaming those who use formula, yet take out the option to report them. I actually talked to a “representative” and she claimed that it isn’t possible to remove the reviews. I hung up on her after wasting my time. Not every woman is able to breastfeed. Men are the horrible ones, though. Give me a break. Fed is best. Things could be SO much worse. Look up the poor children in Afghanistan. Those poor newborns who are suffering, because of their starving mothers. Would you rather them to be breastfed, or ACTUALLY FED?

It's a Walmart. Not much to say about the store aspect. As for the employees, the stocking people are always in the way. Leaving the big rolling carts in the middle of the isles. Sometimes stopping and talking. I use self checkout most of the time. The bank, eye place, hair salon and subway are conveniently located at the front.

I do lots of shopping at Walmart. Some for myself and some for elderly people in my community. For the first time in a long time I encountered an employee with great customer service skills. Now I know that’s no longer important in your organization, but, Ms. Deborah back there in electronics is a cut above the rest.

I'm 66 years old and I refuse to shop there anymore, I have a heart condition, therefore it's to hard on my body to put groceries in the buggy, take them out ring them up, bag them, put them back into the buggy, get them out put them in my car, there were 3 cashiers just standing around watching me, I was so exhausted, didn't think I could even drive home. Walmart should be ashamed of the way they treat the elderly, we don't know how to order groceries online. Publics has my business now, can't beat the customer service

Black Friday deals are going on every week. You should know Walmart by now, alittle bit of everything.

I love this store. Its always clean and I've found staff very friendly and quite helpful - across departments (i.e., bakery, deli, and electronics in particular). I tend to shop between 6-8am but even when I've gone a few times between 12-2, it's been a positive experience. I really wish they were a 24 hour store. Sometimes during the 6am times you'll a bit inhibited b/c they are stocking shelves and/or cleaning the floors with that big machine. Overall positive experience for a super center.

I visited yesterday with the hubby. We needed some groceries and had to pick up a mouse for our home computer. When we went to check out, we noticed the price of the mouse was not what was listed on the rack. When we removed the item from our cart, a sales associate came over to see what was wrong. We told her, and she sent a manager to check the price. They had been placed on the wrong space, but they let us have it for the price we saw. It saved us around twenty dollars. They went out of their way to make it right without us asking for it. Now that is excellent customer service!

Gets worse every time I go there. There's no reason other than greed for this company not to employ checkout clerks. People should get a discount for having to scan their own items. Gave them a 1 because there's not a 0.

Found a vacuum that was not marked properly for 11 dollars originally 118 dollars and the best they could do was half. Poor customer service. It was not my fault that it wasn’t marked properly and I think they should honor the 11 dollars.

It has the same selection as all the other Walmarts in the surrounding area and across the country. However, this Walmart has always been overwhelmingly crowded whether we go on a weekday or weekend. We much prefer the one in Ozark.

5 stars for Michelle she went above and beyond to help out when my son found out 2 days before he would be shipped off that he would be going to Army basic training he needed a certain item that we could not find anywhere and she went out of her way to find it for him. Thank you so much Michelle 💓 and thanks for your excellent customer service

This location is clean. I always find friendly help if i can't locate an item. There s a good selection/variety of brands. Almost took off a star because of how much stuff the 'pioneer woman' has covered (I am not a fan)

Do not sign up for walmart wireless plan without reading your paperwork first. Took many visits and phone calls to cancel what turned out to be an $85 month verizon plan. Verizon was wonderful when I called and are sending me a shipping label to return the whole thing and cancel service.

It's a Walmart. It's a supercenter sized store. Sometimes they have what you want and sometimes they don't. Who says Walmart doesn't save you money? Cancel your gym membership and just walk the store from front to back, side to side, front restroom to back restroom and I can vouch you feel like you got a great, guilt free workout. And if you didn't buy anything, you saved money! Now don't you feel better already. When you master that, next, you can grab a cart, enter the home end and see if you can make it to the dairy section in under twenty minutes. Good luck and happy weight loss in 2023.

After I had went through the cash register and made a purchase with a 100 dollar bill, and realized that I needed to one the twenties I got into two tens. I went to the money center to the money center whe couldn't give me change, then I ask one of the cashiers when they open their draw could they give me change and was denied, and lastly I went to customer service and was flat out denied before I got a chance to complete my sentence which truly left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Easy pickup on an online ordered book. Make sure to have your order number and email open to speed up the process as the store would not let me check in.

Walmart gets 4 stars for the amount of products and the diverse amounts of goods for sale. The prices are always good and better than most of their competition. Do not like the self check over-load. I understand the re-organization, but seems like this was at the expense of lots of jobs. The computers don't always work at out store and when there are only 2/3 live checkout employees leads to really long lines at the self checkout!

Did grocery pickup just a few days ago. They had everything except one item and the other they didn't have they shipped to me. I pulled up and within 2 min and very nice woman named Jo came to greet me w my groceries. She asked if I had bread or eggs, I told her yes I have both. She told me she would bring them up to me. A min later she brought the bread and said she hasn't seen the eggs yet. Then another min and she comes w the eggs and checks the exp date and opens to make sure none of my eggs are broken. That might not sound like a huge thing, but it was to me. Just that small action showed she cared. My entire order was great, all the meat was many days out before freeze by date. I must say I have never had such a nice picker as Jo was and I really appreciate it. A little bit of attention and having a good attitude makes all the difference to me. I also appreciate that Walmart provides this option to those of us that don't want to go into the physical store bc of many different reasons. Thank you again Jo!

Walmart is undergoing a lot of changes and has made a lot of products hard to find without finding a employee first. But I do always find someone to help. It would really help if Walmart had a app to help with locating items after they move the product to another location in the store.

The store is too cluttered with merchandise in the main aisles. It's not handicap-friendly. The temperature was too cold in the store on December 31st. Nice selection of keto products. The front-end staff was polite.
